When the lady answer you are told 28working days, but still waiting since JULY. When the guy answers than he sayes it will be next week but still waiting. They wanted the money qick and they asked for the log book to be sent as soon as plat and i have seen the number plate i have paid for being advertised again for sale.

I bought a registration from r4v on July 21st 2016 and I'm still waiting to receive it now they keep telling me it's coming

I place a order with this company 17/6/2016 and payed for quick transfer so they took my money because the sales person said the number plate was still for sale so later after making several calls and they saying every thinks fine send your v5 book 7 days later they phone me up and say the plate is not for sale I built my wife hopes up on this plate and now she is very un happy with how we have been treated I would not like to deal with this company again or refer a friend

Avoid this company. Selling plates they don't have access to, do not reply to you and when you eventually get a half arsed reply they blame a third party seller. Use another reputable company. They have plates they say are currently on sale for a limited time. Out would think that if there was a sale it would a fast transfer but they don't even own these plates.

What a great service, I bought the registration number and received an email confirming that day,sent my V5 by recorded delivery on Friday, this morning (Monday) I received an email to say that the plate is registered in my name and can now be used, Plates have been despatched today - what a fab quick service

Stay well away from this lot, not nice people,wont answer simple a question. you will wait months, thay do not contact you to say there is a problem, and say its not there fault,and blame a third party.i went to speedyreg.co.uk and i got a new plate (irish plate) and the manager lady transfarred it over imidiatly. you dont need to send any documentayion. and was told i can put my new plates straight on the car. fantastic! save yourself a nightmare.shop elsewhere, or try speedyreg.

I have to admit that I was reluctant to use R4V after reading so many negative reviews. Did I need to worry? NO not at all, I only ordered two cheap registrations but received a first class service from them. I can only assume that most of the negative posters didn't go through the correct procedure. 15 days start to finish, couldn't ask for more. NO I am not one of their employees and NO I am not related to any of them. Many thanks R4V.

I have used r4v several times to buy cheap heritage plates for my cars. I have always found them to be great value and very efficient. They respond quickly, keep you updated and answer the phone promptly without silly menus. Most recently I bought and obtained the plates, with dvla vehicle transfer, within 7 days, for less than £200. There are plenty of plate vendors but r4v seems more personal and better value than the others.

Ordered a number plate, paid for it there and then, even paid an extra nearly £50 to have it done quickly, still nothing I'm out of pocket on money and the main problem where the hell is my log book for my car, I think a visit to the place will be needed,

ORDERED PLATE - 7 MONTHS LATER NO PLATE. WHEN I CAHSED WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTIME I CHASED I WENT TO THE BACK OF THE QUEUE AND SO THEY DIDNT FOLLOW UP MY QUERIES. FINALLY ACCEPTED A REFUND AND WHEN I RANG AFTER 16 DAYS JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WAS BEING PROCESS I WAS SUBKECTED TO THE SAME MAN CALLING ME MADAM AND LECTURING ME ON BANKING WHEN I ASKED WHY IT HAD TO BE CHECK AND NO BY CARD. HE TOLD ME IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO KEEP CARD DETAILS - NOT SURE WHY HE COULDNT RETAKE MY CARD DETIALS AND SEND THE MONEY. I HAD TO HANG UP BECAUSE HE WAS SO OBNOXIOUS AND I WONLT SINK TO HIS LEVEL. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL IF YOU BUY FROM THEM. WHY DIDN;T THEY TELL ME WHEN I ORDERED THE PLATE THAT IT WAS A THIRD - THIRD PARTY AND THAT THEY HAD NO CONTROL AND THAT THEY NEVER NEVER PROACTIVELY KEEP YOU UPODATE, YOU HAVE TO CHASE AND THEN OF COURSE YOU GO TO THE BACK OF THE FILE!!! HOW BIZARRE.

Each and every member of the team at R4V were not only professional but also extremely helpful. They were proactive in dealing with my purchase which proved to be difficult due to the delay in the donor signing the paperwork. Great service and also a great experience in customer service - Tesco have a lot to learn from people like this in how to handle customers!!
