I sent my phone last week, Yesterday I received and email advising me that my iPhone 6 was faulty and they would only pay me £28 - I was using this up to the day I sent it!! in extra bubble wrap!! I get that its a risk and that's fine but my choice would be to have the phone sent back to me. The only problem being is they give you a few days to agree or not and this happens to be a weekend/bank holiday + the web site does not appear to be working??? So I cant decline. Unfortunately I work in an environment I cant take my phone so only noted the email after 5 (and they close by then) Fuming right now as I would rather have my working phone back and give it away then sell it for £28 quid!

Overall ok but I did not like getting emails from you telling me you hadn't received my phone when the Royal Mail tracking showed it had been delivered. This caused totally unnecessary worry.

everything went smooth although price was knocked down for one reason only, the phone i had was not on the website pop down link so iha to put htcm9+ in, which was very understandable , the whole process went very well and correspondence with me was great noi real problems at all

Envirofone offered me an excellent price for my phone on the webpage comparison site. The transport arrangements were flawless but I was a bit anxious at the time acknowledgement took from when Royal Mail had delivered, but need not have been concerned as all was as Envirofone said it would be. Overall the service and price were excellent. I have no complaints.

Tried to sell numerous mobile phones only to find that I am still waiting for the money to arrive as twice now the cheques have been made out incorrectly. Now are 4 weeks of chasing I am being told I need to supply them with an invoice. Absolutely shocking services why this has only come to light now I have no clue. Complete nightmare from start to finish. I would never use this company again.

Took 2-3 days for the bag to come, put your phone in it, send it off and about 4-5 days later they got it. Accepted it for the agreed price the same day and processed my payment within 7 days. Overall time scale from evaluation - money in the Bank = 10days or so

This service was really good - the packaging arrived quickly (two working days). The packaging is weird as it is "one size fits all" however as my phone was a 5.2" one it was a bit of a squeeze, however I did manage to get it in. I was not worried about sending it in this as the phone did not move around at all. it took a while for the package to arrive. However once it did they processed the phone within 1 working day. The money arrived not long after. 100% would recommend.
