“good product - no service”

I have ordered 2trampoline tents from this c OK many . the first order I received no e-mail so resulted in banter between the co. And myself so no next day delivery, but product great. Second order hadn't arrived after 5 days despite receiving two emails confirming order. One from UK leisure and one from jump for fun to confirm order. When chasing up order received stupid emails firstly assuming it was the first order that was missing and then assuming I had ordered the wrong size the first time. When I asked why they were assuming their customer was an idiot, success, they found my new order but couldn't understand why I made that comment !!! Staff are arrogant and off hand but as I say the product is good.

Apparently the first order confirmation did not arrive , sorry if this was so , but it is very unusual . The second order confused our sales person . He thought is was a duplication and put the order to accounts to refund .Then you chased the order and he assumed it was the first order ,but you confirmed you has taken delivery and actually had ordered another one in a different size. . He was confused to why you have ordered two different size tents within days of this and asked if it was correct . This is customer care and we did not assume any thing that you accuse us of in the slightest ,Im not sure why you think this . I hope you enjoy the tents as they are in deed great products ,what ever the size ! = )

“Still have my money!!”

I ordered a tent roof for my trampoline when it arrived it did not fit & was advised to return it for a refund. I had to pay £12 for postage, the roof cost £60.00 It was returned by special delivery In May I have had no refund many emails have been sent with nil reply Please do give this company any business

All though we are over whelmed with the amount of customers ordering items and returning them as they havent checked it will fit their trampoline , to be waiting since May for a refund is not acceptable . “Great trampoline but after care non existent”

We have been trying to get a response from Jump for fun to replacde a broken post that is part of the enclosure since August 2nd. They opened a ticket but only responded after I chased 4 times and when he asked me to confirm which part of the pole they have now gone silent again. So next week it will have been two months since our trampoline has been out of action and I am lost in what to do next. Maybe worth finding a compamy to supply your trampoline with a better aftersales/customer service.

“Appalling customer service”

The product itself is fantastic and prompt delivery but that is where the positives end. The wrong product however was sent to me and it took 8 emails and countless attempts to call them ( they never answered) to get the product returned. I am still waiting for my refund however. Some of the email responses were extremely rude and blaming me. It is such a shame the company is clearly not staffed to deal with the custom. Avoid them.

“No accessories available for Octagonal trampoline”

Website happily took my money even though no product available in the Sept 2012, I was told it would be in stock in a few months, then I was told it would be available when the season started. Unfortunately as the trampoline was octagonal i could not go elsewhere. I am still waiting a year later despite the summer going. I have used pieces of carpet for the side protectors. Trampolines are used all year so not sure what this company is thinking. I have also read comments about this company being taken over - i really think the service is no different and i feel it is one person running a company as a part time hobby, taking money and with a good website and no products to back it up.

“Poor customer service”

I ordered a 14ft trampoline play den from Jump For Fun as a present for my nephew. The website looked great and was very informative so I placed the order on the 15th August and got confirmation of the order and payment. Nothing arrived so I checked the website and on the 21st August I opened a support ticket enquiring what was happening with my order. At the same time I checked to see if they were still showing the item I had ordered as being in stock which they were. I received a response later the same day stating that there was a delay in dispatch, they tried to send today but the stock was not there?? They went on to say that their records were incorrect and they did not have any stock and they would refund in full. I was clearly unimpressed by this and as the item was a gift so I still required to purchase it. I responded with a request that they fulfill the order(all this was on the 21st). The next response I received was on the 23rd August stated they were not making any more and were going to review the design due to a large volume of returns as the den was not compatible with a number of trampoline brands. At this point they asked for the make of trampoline the den was for which I supplied best I could. I am waiting for a response to this as well as messages I left on 27th August. I also tried phoning several times but on each occasion I connected to an answer message stating they were receiving a high volume of calls and contact via the website was advised. The most disappointing factor is that my nephews birthday has now passed and I am still unclear whether my order is to be fulfilled. Effective communication is a basic requirement for a successful business.

I managed to speak with Peter today who said these will be delivered on Monday, so fingers crossed. They are due to go in the post tonight and even offered to come into the office for me tomorrow when I suggested perhaps collecting directly. “Shocking Customer Service”

The pad of my 11ft Octajump Trampoline started to tear in quite a few places after 6 months, so after contacting the customer services who requested pictures, I was promised a new pad once new stock arrived in. Nearly a year later still no pad and now have been informed that the company went into liquidation and have been taken over by someone else. After speaking to the new owners, I still have been continuously fobbed off with the excuse that it is nothing to do with them as I dealt with the previous owners. Surely if you take the company over, you take on the previous customers too?? I even sent them the original email and pictures I took of the torn pad only to be told that they did not see a problem with it and it should still be safe for my young children to play on!! That's not the point! The pad should not of looked like that after 6 months of minimal use. Basically communication ended with them stating they are trying to keep the brand alive and if it was not for them, spares would not be readily available, so if you want a new pad £65 please. I would say if you want the brand to stay alive you need to work on your customer service skills or maybe if the products are not good enough, is the brand worth saving?

The octojump pad that came with our trampoline lasted less than a year...... it is now in shreds.... I have been trying to get a replacement for over 18 months now. At long last it appears that some more pads have been manufactured but I am nervous about spending £70 on a new one which might be as poor as the last. Every other aspect of the trampoline I am happy with.... bit of a shame. Customer relations and communications are shockingly poor.....

“Gone bust from what I can see”

Have been waiting for a replacement spring pad since January - paid in full online as it was in stock. They said they didn't have one in stock after all and wouldn't have any for a few weeks. I said to deliver it when they could as it was not really urgent as long as it was before April. End March I emailed to find out where it was - no response, called at beginning of April, no response, sent a couple of emails through April. Called and they said they couldn't get access to the computer ordering but had one in stock and would send it out next day delivery. Called several times again and they said it was being sent - didn't arrive. Have now been calling all this week and emailing with no response at all. Now going to try and reclaim the £45 I paid in Jan and have had to order a new round trampoline from another company as no one else stocks the octagonal pads. The nets I purchased in Jan (which did come) are now useless to me unless I get the pad but seems to me they have gone bust so DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!

“Problems Replacing Parts for 10ft Octojump trampoline”

I have been trying to get a replacement 10ft Octojump safety pad since October last year. I bought the trampoline 5 years ago and purchased it from this company due to being able to replace spare parts and the 10 year frame warrantee. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company to track down the parts and they first said they had sold out and will re-stock in the Spring. I check the website all the time and it is always out of stock. I called and was advised they would have them in stock in 2 weeks - he said they sell out quick. I asked if he could order or hold the stock for me but he just said "keep checking the website". After reading the other reviews I have a feeling there are problems behind the scene and I will probably never get the replacement part. Wish I'd bought a TP version from John Lewis instead! It's annoying that I will probably have to purchase a new trampoline. What is the point of offering a 10 year frame warrantee if you can't replace the parts - we will just be left with a useless metal frame!

We are UK Leisure Retail Ltd and we have taken over the brand Jump For Fun from the previous owners who went into receivership . We are proud to be working with a brand that likes to forward think , is unique and very high quality whilst being affordable . There was little or no stock of spares as we took the reign. We were never in a position to receive stock within " 2 week " , so I apologise if this was heard ,maybe by mistake . Indeed we would of been celebrating if delivery had been in fact 2 weeks as production is normally 2 months from the factory to our warehouse . The pads are finally in production after some initial hurdles to over come .We website is about to be updated and soon purchases on line will be accepted .Thanks for mentioning TP Toy as they went into receivership last year too . They have also been bought by a new company who are slowly rebuilding the brand with new trampoline designs ,mainly by copying the Octajump ! However the demise of the old TP Toys left a gulf of spare part requirements from their old customers .Fortunately many of our round trampoline spares will fit TP products and we are able to satisfy the many 100's of their customers who ask us to help . If we had not taken on board the Jump For Fun brand spare parts which are unique items would of not been available to existing Jump For Fun customers .So please bear with us , the long lead time is frustrating for us as it is for you . “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”

I placed and order the beginning of April it is now the 25th.. I paid and got all my order information, after two weeks passed and I herd nothing more I opened a ticket.. they told me you did not pay enough and we do not ship to your location.. I asked why I had the option to select and pay for it.. No response. I asked when i would get my refund again no response.. I opened another ticket asking about the refund and again no response this is going on 2 weeks now..I am livid and p!$$3d that i have 150 sitting with them and not a clue as to when i will get it back if they can not deliver my product.

Refund made before the original post here .How ever we are endeavouring to make delivery charges clearer on out website when it is updated .Delivery to the UK is free but this is not available to customers outside of the UK . Whilst we are happy to ship World wide a delivery quote will be required before purchase .This is actually stated currently but it appears not every one notices and the system can be bypassed if dishonest. .

Been trying to order replacement pads for my 10ft Octagonal trampoline for 18 months but always out of stock. Have raised a sales enquiry via the website (no response in 2 weeks) and nobody ever answers the phone. The quality of the product is brilliant, shame the service is not at the same level. Just called Jump for fun and someone answered phone straight away. It sounds like that the company has been taken over. I was enquiring about the same pad they had limited stock of the narrowest size. It sounded as if they were going to manufacture some more 8 weeks delivery. Hope this helps

“New pads”

We have been trying to buy new pads now for over a year! It's very frustrating as the pads we've got are 3 years old and have disintergrated!! Desperately want new pads for the summer! Was originally told aug last year but now they are saying may!! Website just says out of stock! Any advise anyone?

I am in the same position I tried to order new pads for my 14ft octagonal trampoline as the originals have just rotted but still haven't been given a date when they expect to have them

We are UK Leisure Retail Ltd and we have taken over the brand Jump For Fun from the previous owners who went into receivership . We are proud to be working with a brand that likes to forward think , is unique and very high quality whilst being affordable . There was little or no stock of spares as we took the reign. . The pads are finally in production after some initial hurdles to over come .We website is about to be updated and soon purchases on line will be accepted . If we had not taken on board the Jump For Fun brand spare parts which are unique items would of not been available to existing Jump For Fun customers .So please bear with us , the long lead time is frustrating for us as it is for you . “Joke service”

I purchased trampoline tent 9/9/12 , came very fast. Excited to put up. The bars would not fit in slots. I rang them and they said they will replace the tent but I needed to send pics. That was fine, I sent the pics straight away. 7 weeks later I have heard nothing. I have called and emailed. I rang again today 31/10 and they are off on holidays and be back early Nov. A joke of service. Would advise everybody to stay clear from this company. Cause it's money wasted and time too. Overall product rubbish , customer service ( lack of ) rubbish

“Service Stinks, product ok.”

Product was reasonable quality but when the Frame broke at the weld the support has been appalling. They claim the frames have a warrantee but they have been unable to supply a replacement frame. Contacting their service team by phone or by email is terrible with perhaps 2/10 emails/calls returned. I claimed originally in the Autumn and was eventually told they could get me a replacement in late spring early summer. This moved to Mid Summer and I am still waiting (October) and even then they have not replied to my emails. Eventually the kids were so upset I ordered one from another company. You've been warned!

“Jump for fun - Very Bad Product. Negative Review. Do...”

Very poor product. We ordered at the beginning of Summer. There was a problem with the part, which I was told sometimes happens but which caused me to wasted about 3 hours on. The new parts arrived and things went from bad to worse. Approximately 6 weeks later and now that summer is over, it is finally resolved but only after suggesting we would allow small claims court to resolve the matter. The company did eventually assemble the frame and return it free of charge. The attitude of the manager is terrible. Steer well clear, buy your trampoline from somewhere else that really cares about supplying a quality product.
