All the staff I dealt with were polite and efficient and responded quickly to queries. All arrangements went well and very pleased with the car. I would recommend Freedom to family and friends.

I have just taken delivery of a new Clio from Freedom. The car was ordered about 10 weeks ago (the length of time was only because I wanted a particular colour so it was built to order). The team were excellent and keeping me up to date with the expected time of arrival to the dealership and it arrived EXACTLY when they said it would which I think is pretty impressive given that they were not really in control of factory schedules etc! We got an unbeleivable deal too so all round I am a very happy customer and would come back to Freedom and recommend them to anyone.

I had never leased a car before and the support from the team was exemplary. The price was also the lowest of any I could find on the internet and made a main dealer price look astronomical. The management of the communication and sending of documents was first rate and I always felt as though I was in control and also being updated at every step pf the way. I now have the car and couldn't be happier.

I've used Freedom twice now. On both occasions I found the service excellent. The second time was better than the first in all honesty. What I hadn't realised first time around was that 'in stock, delivery 3 weeks' meant 3 weeks after all the paperwork approved. So delivery first time around seamed to take ages. Second time around, when I was familiar with the process, things worked exactly to plan. The staff are extremely helpful. Far better than other leasing brokers I've used in the past. I have used Freedom for a number of years having previously used other leasing companies and I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else now. They keep you fully up yo date with their progress and always return your calls/e:mails. My most recent car was ordered three weeks ago and it arrived on Wednesday exactly as ordered and delivered exactly when they said it would. Fantastic people and a fantastic company.

Just received my car from Freedom. I absolutely love the car and would 100% use them in the future and recommend Freedom to all my friends and family. I decided what car I wanted and from filing out the finance documentation and receiving my car it only took 2.5 weeks.

This is the third time I’ve dealt with Freedom and the third time I’ve been totally satisfied. The website is very easy to use and the follow up from the office is always prompt. The staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable, nothing seems to be too much trouble. They have a very good relationship with the dealerships and that translates into a smooth and professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. 

I requested for a quotation following seeing a vehicle on the company's website. I was emailed a quote which stated "including VAT" so proceeded with the application. After informing the employee I needed the vehicle asap and also verbally agreeing the costs will be as originally quoted I was then later informed the quote was incorrect and the VAT had to be added so the price would actually be higher than initially agreed. Since initially contacting the company on a Friday it was now Wednesday before I was informed of this "admin" error so a number of days had been wasted on me trying to obtain a vehicle which was needed asap. I have leased vehicles before and never had any issues previously. I have contacted another leasing company which has arranged my car lease within less than 12hours and at a more competitive price.

All of the staff at freedom vehicle contracts are good hard workers and they never mess up etc

This is my third time using Freedom vehicles and it will be my last. Different people dealing with my transaction and no continuity. Email instructions were very poor in most cases, using 'cut and paste ' information from dealers, so unclear if instruction was coming from dealer or from freedom. Some emails were so poorly contracted it was difficult to make sense of them. Freedom staff had very limited car model knowledge, so you need to be sure of your specifications requirements.
