I have to be the most difficult customer ever, with constant changes to numbers, location choices and dates. The advisor never fails and hasn't for the years we have been using Interactive Resorts. Words cannot describe what an angel she is and she always delivers with the perfect holiday.Trying to organise group skiing holidays and deal with everyone's special requirements is a nightmare and she is always, patient, tolerant, totally professional and makes the process so easy. I couldn't manage without her. Already she has planned our Christmas trip and is organising our March trip and will be doing so for years to come - Sorry, you are just too good! I cannot fault this company and would recommend totally.

“Just what i needed!”

After visiting many websites I emailed the company who contacted me really quickly followed up by an email with the option for a ski holiday i was hoping for but could not find on-line myself. They also provided other acceptable alternative options. all completed smootly by telephone and feel that they made the job of finding a holiday extremely easy and were really helpful. Thanks

I first used Interactive Resorts earlier this year to make a booking for 10 people in France. Dealing with the advisor couldn't be better. She came up with tailored deals to suit our needs and also some alternative options to give us more choice. Bookings for 10 people are never easy, and there was quite a lot of back and forth. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and also very patient. I never had the impression that she was after a hard and fast sale, and she was always willing to help, and try to accommodate the group in every way. I am now in the process of making another booking with her and Interactive Resorts a bit further afield; Canada. Couldn't recommend enough, thank you!

“Friendly, Helpful, Efficient Service”

My needs were very specific and quite demanding: the dates were fixed, one room had to be for 3 or 4 people, close to the piste, snow sure, fully catered but on a tight budget. We also wanted to self-drive. She was brilliant and came up with a number of suggestions to fit the specification and a couple of wild cards. I was very impressed and booked straight away. After a bad experience with another company in the past I was slightly concerned about not booking directly with the chalet operator but I was given their contact details almost immediately and able to confirm that all was well. We haven't been on holiday yet (!) but based on my experiences to date I would definitely use her again.

Jonny did a brilliant job sorting out our ski holiday with ever changing numbers in the party. Considerably undercut offers from rival agents and clearly had a good knowledge of the resort themselves based on personal experience. This is a good example of an agent earning his corn and not acting as an unnecessary middleman.

“Great service AGAIN”

This is now the third year we have booked our ski holiday through interactive resorts, and why would we change? This year i had the pleasant experience of speaking with Jonny Morton, The past two years has been with a guy (he has now moved jobs). Jonny was more than helpful, and for a group of 10, listened to exactly what we wanted and gave me the quotations based on the specification we asked for, and broke down the prices for people using ski carriage, ski hire, and board hire, so we all knew what we were paying as a total sum. As with the person in the previous years, Jonny had lived in resorts so could tell me the exact chalets we would prefer for location and easiest access to and from thew slopes and bars. I shall be using Interactive once again next year.

We have used many ski companies over the years and I cannot fault interactive resorts. We were an absolute nightmare of a group to book in, numbers/destinations and requirements were changing constantly. Jonny at interactive resorts was extremely helpful, he has been patient and helpful the whole way through the process, he has excellent knowledge of the chalets and the resorts so was able to give honest opinions knowing what we were looking for! I didn't once feel as though we were being a nuisance though I don't doubt that we were! Finally everyone has stopped changing their minds and are all really excited for the ski holiday in January! Thank you for all of your help Jonny, we'll be back to book next year! :)

I dealt with an advisor at Interactive resorts and found her incredibly helpful in finding us a chalet for 12 people in Meribel, especially after our requirements and dates changed a few times. She listened to what we wanted and as such, we now have booked Chalet Phoebe for Jan..which we are all very excited about.

Excellent service by the sales team. Despite me going back and forth several times with changes in what the group wanted, the rep was able to cater to our needs. She was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. This is the second year in a row we have booked in with this company and so far we have had absolutely no problems. I cannot think of a bad thing to say about our experience this year.

This is the second time I have booked through Interactive Resorts and nothing would dissuade me from doing so again. They have been brilliant and understanding and matching our requirements to specific locations/accommodation, providing a range of options within our specification. Service has been excellent, with prompt answers to questions fielded by the group and sensible suggestions of solutions to any potential issues we have encountered with booking up a large group. The turnaround time from initial ideas and booking the trip has been very good and something I wouldn't expect another company to be able to beat. We are satisfied that we are getting the best value for money (I challenged members of the group to find a better deal and they couldn't) and can't wait to enjoy the facilities. Roll on 2014!

“Friendly and Helpful Staff - Client area needs improving”

This is my first experience of using Interactive Resorts. I have booked a skiing holiday to Les Deux Alpes for 8 people and chose the company because they came to us with the best deal based on my requirements for the holiday. The deal was 'overlooked' by other companies, who only mentioned it when we mentioned interactive resorts had told us the chalet was available. My contact at the company was extremely friendly and helpful. She was understanding of my need to negotiate on the price a bit, doing so professionally and quickly. I made an error with the flights where I forgot to mention that two of our group needed to fly from Gatwick. She was very helpful in making the amendment for free (only increase in price was the flight supplement. The one thing which impressed me most was the correspondance. Nearly always within the hour of receiving a mail (and there were a lot of mails!) and once the booking was made, everything was clearly detailed and amended as appropriate. This made it very easy for me to keep track of all the booking details. My one criticism would be the 'client area'. This is a website the company uses for you to track the details of your booking once you have paid the deposit. One good thing about it is the message centre which tracks all your correspondance. Unlike other companies, it's usefulness is limited, for example it is not possible to track or make payments via this website. Something which would be very useful for large groups of individuals like ours. We've not had the holiday yet, so I can't comment about issues at the resort, but the booking process was easy and staff were great. I'm looking forward to the holiday and given the level of professionalism seen so far, I have no concerns at all that any issues will arise.

Booking a group trip with numbers changing is never easy and I happened to stumble across Interactive Resorts whilst searching. I told the travel rep, what sort of thing we were looking for and he came back with a variety of choices and ideas. He's been really good and very patient especially when we even changed chalets at the last minute. I'd highly recommend the company, they have made life so much easier and we are all now very much looking forward to our trip next year! Thank you again!

“Booking a ski holiday has never been so easy”

I recently booked a ski holiday with Interactive Resorts for 11 people to Val d’isere staying in Chalet Hotel du Montet. Interactive Resorts made this process very easy. She was very friendly and polite, she knew exactly what we wanted from our ski holiday and didn’t try and persuade us to go somewhere or book anything that we didn’t want to, she knew a lot about European ski resorts, she always replied to my emails within half an hour and she provided us with excellent advice. Normally we don’t use a ski company to book our ski holidays as we think that booking everything individually is cheaper and you are more likely to get exactly what you are looking for. She proved us wrong. She provided us with lots of options, and we received a huge group discount which meant we received a 4/5* holiday for 3/4* prices and got cheaper ski rental, which we would not have got if we booked everything separately. I am definitely going to ask the same girl from Interactive Resorts to help me book my next ski holiday and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

Booked a group Ski holiday for new year 2013. The advisor was really helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions, regardless how daft, and was very patient with us whilst the group decided what to do. She held rooms for a couple of people and was very accommodating to our needs. A great service, would recommend her to anyone booking a ski holiday! Just hope the holiday lives up to what we have received so far!!

Trying to book a group skiing holiday with so many variables and choices for 8 people was proving a nightmare...however Zoe was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the various ski resorts and accommodation, nothing was to much trouble even though the requirements were changing all the time right up to the last minute of booking, Zoe was very helpful! Very pleased with the ease of booking once resort and accommodation was decided at a competitive price, I would highly recommend booking a holiday with this friendly helpful and professional company!

As soon as you go to the website a friendly 'chat box' pops up offering to help. No sooner had I typed in what I was looking for - a suggestion came up. When it wasn't quite right, on speaking directly it was all sorted and I was booked within 24 hours! It would have been done quicker if I'd been more available. Great service.

We are canadiens trying to book a holiday. We havé already encountered 2 sites that looked real for Verbier but with more questions unanswered. Is interactive ressorts a réal travelling agency?  Can we assume that the pictures shown are real? Is the food Cathering good? Any reviews would Help to ease our minds. Thank you in d'avance
