I have booked with travel Republic every holiday ,we are now into double figures, and I have never had an issue. Fast sending of documents and helpful customer service should you need anything. Even after looking at various comparison websites travel Republic always display cheaper prices than competitor's and gives a far better service. Five star rating for price, transparency, and quality of product. Travel Republic cannot be beaten!!! Top travel company in UK .

I would NEVER use Travel Republic again or recommend them to anyone! Their customer service is appalling and disappointing!!! I initially raised a query with them on 5th October and messaged them multiple times for an update and I finally got a response on 20th November which didn’t solve my query, so I replied to them that day and then got another response on 3rd December and then I had to call them to finally get my query resolved as they were taking so long to reply to me and any response I had wasn’t very helpful! Surely it’s standard practice to keep a customer update to date with their query and if it’s taking long to solve, to apologise and provide a reason to why it’s taking so long! My query was finally resolved on 6th December!! So it’s taken over 2 months to solve a simple query of changing a name on a flight booking! It’s shocking! When I called Travel Republic multiple times for an update in between online messages and I mentioned how long I’d been waiting for my query to be solved, no one would apologise for the service I received and I was just put on hold and transferred from department to department! If I hadn’t paid such a large amount of money already, I would have definitely cancelled my booking and gone elsewhere!! Very disappointed!

Well presented information for choice of Airports/flights etc. information on airport parking excellent! No Brownie points for arrival at Hurghada - no sign of Sun International Rep spent a long fruitless time trying to persuade Sun Holidays (they were the only visible presence of (Sun Group of Companies?) they were not interested so eventually they passed us off to a taxi operator as no other means of getting to our Hotel was available - Bonus points for Sun International Rep next day at the Hotel Ahmed who was exceedingly efficient & throughout stay - however out of Pocket by £30.00 for taxi fare to Hotel (will this be refunded?) - Ahmed ensured our departure went smoothly - other than this hiatus would recommend Travel Republic as wise choice - Excellent and modern Hotel - very good facilities.

We have travelled through Travel Republic on numerous occasions and have always been delighted with the service they have provided. Our last trip to Tenerife on 5th November 2019 was complicated as we had been booked to fly with Thomas Cook from East Midlands however on the demise of Thomas Cook T.R. transferred us, at no extra cost, to a Jet2 flight from Leeds/Bradford (our choice) and our holiday went ahead successfully.

Booked a hotel and flight to Walt Disney World for November 2019. Stayed at a hotel we had stayed at before, so knew what we were looking for. Travel Republic were able to offer a breakfast option and still worked out better value than booking elsewhere. Regular emails with updates and reminders about payment dates. The credit card I used was renewed between originally booking and making the final payment. Very quick and easy to speak to someone to update with the new details. Will use them again confidently.

Rooms filthy, no wardrobe just a a very small hanging rail. Didn’t feel safe and wouldn’t book there again.

We used travel republic for many times and we like it. Just last time we had 2 little problems. They didn't ingormed us about a deposit of £300 which we had to pay at the hotel, we would get that back in few days but I preferred to knew everything before I get there and be prepared. The second thing was when I informed them about flight being delayed ( 2 or 3 weeks before departure) they forgot to let transfer company know that we want them to be an hour and a half late on returning tranfer. Apart of that, no problems. Next time I would be very happy to know everything before I get there. Thank you!

Travel Republic overal every trip I have booked has been fantastic however this recent trip has really swayed my opinion Travek Republic advertised a hotel with sldies, beautiful reception etc however the Hawaii Riviera Club hotel in Hurghada is actually across a busy main road from this and made my first arrival on my holiday not only costly but also a dissapointment! I have never in my life known a situation like this and I felt let down, not only this but they were notified I was arriving Tuesday to Tuesday due to Thomas Cook and paid Monday to Monday, the hotel did not reason in anyway and to sort all situations it cost me an unexpected additional 50.00! To move to main hotel and I paid more for last day thinking it be main hotel when its just a famoly room across the road again which we didnt need as a couple the reception would not reason or let me contact Travel Republic to say Im unaware about this situation overall I spent an additional 100 unexpectedly for the additional nights stay too!!

Amazing hotel in paradise! It was the first time that we went to Hurgada, and definitely will go again. The hotel is fabulous: good choice of food, 5 ala-cartes (we tried only 2, but they were reallygood). Staff is friendly and helpful, big thanks to Romany on reception and our amazing cleaner Ahmet! There are a lot of opportunities for self-entertainment in Serenity and the Aqua-park was the best part of it . For beach lovers there is free shuttle bus to get there. And if you like having a lunch and don’t wanna miss the view, you should visit restaurant on the beach. The view is spectacular. Room was lovely always clean, and well kept. Hope to see you all soon! We will definitely come again!

This is the first time I have booked a holiday through Travel Republic, and i was not disappointed at all with any aspect of my booking. The booking online was very simple and straight forward and the communication between myself and Travel republic was excellent. They updated me on any changes that needed to be made and sorted things out to my satisfaction. The customer care team were also very helpful, both online and via the telephone, when I had a query about my booking. The prices and choices are excellent. I have already recommended Travel Republic to fellow travellers who booked their holidays via other agents. The managing my booking area online is very straight forward and easy to use. They kept me informed via email and text messages with regard to when my next instalment was due. I will definitely book again with Travel Republic and highly recommend them to friends and family. First my holiday was booked with thomascook and as we know what happend then travelrepublic booked ne with new flights which was turkish airlines they charged me little more money for it but it was ok we were 17 people all together and they helped us getting new flights the same date i will really thank the person I dealt with she did evrything for me she was the best thank you the only thing was it took 5 days to solve our flight matter but once i got in touch with her she did evrything very quickly thank you for that

I booked a holiday including transfers with TR. on arrival at Palma airport the transfer had not been received on the shuttle bus company system and they refused to take us to our hotel. We had to get a taxi at considerable expense. This was at the beginning of September and I am still yet to receive reimbursement for this despite numerous emails chasing my complaint. I will never book with this company again as their customer care is dreadful and extremely slow.

We did a last minute booking at short notice when Thomas Cook collapsed on us. Everything ran to plan, very easy experience. Rep visited us on the first day and helped with a tour booking. All good.

Cancelled our original booking 3 days before travelling for no reason what so ever. Very stressful time as booked for others. Not acceptable if wasent for lovely chap who managed to sort another accomodation we woukd have not been able to go.

This is the first time I have booked through Travel Republic and I experienced the poorest service imaginable. At 1444 hours on 23/09/2019 I booked 4 return flights from Glasgow to Orlando at a total cost of £1612. I immediately received an email with the headline 'Thanks for your Booking' and the only other information on email was regarding for me to set up a password for an account. My credit card was slso debited for £1612. About 34 minutes later by chance I was on Travel Republic website when I noticed that I had received a Notification that price of booking had increased by £372 to £1984. I immediately phoned customer services and was placed on hold. Over the next hour whilst on hold I replied twice to Notification requesting that someone phones me as I have been on hold for about a hour. I had to terminate call as had work commitments. The following morning I had not received any contact from Travel Republic however my credit card was debited so I presumed my flights were booked. About 1000 hours the following day I phoned customer services and after 2 hours on hold I was told to my disbelief that flights weren't booked and they were now £2072. SERIOUSLY!!! After speaking with an advisor I was basically told 'take it or leave it' and I reluctantly had to book them at the price of £2072. On the 24/09/2019 I submitted a complaint. I heard nothing back so after 20 days I had to contact customer services who said they would review matter and I would be contacted the following day. I was contacted the following day and I was told I would not be compensated. I was told that when I had replied to Notification that price had increased that no one read my reply to the following day so it would have been pointless me responding saying just book flights at increased price as I wouldn't have got them either. I am now taking the matter to ABTA. How can you receive an email saying 'Thanks for your Booking' and your credit card gets debited for over 21 hours if no booking has been made and Travel Republic had no intention of making that booking. The integrity of Travel Republic has to be called into question as they have sold flights under false pretences, they have gained out of it and I have lost out of it.

Have booked with Travel Republic on many occasions and have always been very happy with the service and cost. Would always recommend looking at Travel Republic before other online sites for holidays, they can arrange everything from hotel, flights and transfers
