Having paid £41 for the same pack of 3 at a well known retailers, I thought I would try online and came across iwantpants.com - I'm glad I did as I ordered 2 packs for £42. I also opted for the 2nd class mail as it was free and was surprised to find that it came recorded delivery - only a day after the 1st class, which I have to add was very reasonably priced. I will be ordering again and recommending to friends and family.

This is a great website! I bought these boxers for my boyfriend for valentines day and I always worry about delivery ie. not getting here on time and if the product gets damaged in transit but I had nothing to worry about at all! The item came completely boxed up with very strong cardboard but was also small enough to go through my letterbox so I didnt need to be in to recieve this. I also think that £25 is a great price for ralph lauren boxers definitely one of the cheapest I found. I also have to mention the fact that it's free delivery within the UK now not many websites do that! I will absolutely be buying from iwantpants.com again! Thanks for a great service!!!

I've been browsing this site for years and years, receiving their newsletters (nearly every one of which provides some sort of promo code with money off). Wrong sized pants were delivered in February 2011. After months of emails and calls I have had no response whatsoever from the company.

I went to Iwantpants.com as I actually wanted some pants, unfortunately I am still waiting and am now looking for a site Ineedpants.com. The website was fine, I was seduced by the 3 for 2 offer and went for this website over figleaves. Unfortunately 7 weeks later I am still waiting for my delivery. I have e-mailed numerous time with no reply, called umpteen times, left messages every time but never received a courtesy of a call back. I am now going through my bank's fraud department to get my payment refunded. After reading other reviews this is clearly not a one off. If you actually want to recieve some pants I would suggest using a more reputable and reliable website.

I tried the website and can only say positive things about it. The range of brands is excellent, the prices are really competitive and I couldn't find anywhere that got near the price I paid. The site is easy to pay, as you can link with PayPal and the communication is great. I had a query, the response I got was fast and really polite. The product arrived the next day by recorded delivery which was exceptional. Quite simply, one of the best online experiences I've ever had.

Phenomenal service. Ordered yesterday and arrived this morning. Great range of underwear and swimwear. Could spend a lot of money on this website so have to hide the credit card. There is a large selection of styles and prints available to suit every taste. Combine that with offers, competitive prices and free delivery and you have a fantastic online experience. The website could do with a little tweaking. Possibly filter searches for male or female in the clearance section and also filter by size as well.
