This is my second time trying Zantrex 3 the first time I tried Zantrex I could not handle the side effects I would only take one pill in the morning and I would feel terrible and shaky all day Now I got a bit used to it so I started using the pill on May 1st 2013 I take one 15 minutes before I work out with one cup of water and half a glass of cranberry juice -no sugar added I work out 4-5 days for about 30 hour after that I will eat one Egg with vegtables on the side , For Lunch I will have either half a tuna can with salad or Chicken breast with salad or Frozen vegtables steamed. I will take another Z3 pill . For dinner I will usually eat a very small portion of whatever my mom has made about the size of my hand than try to work out on my arms for ten minutes -Helps with insomnia. After 2 weeks on zantrex3 and my diet I lost almost ten pounds and feel great!! I am 21 yrs old Female 5'1 starting weight 146 Current weight : 136 .

Zantrex 3 is not for everyone it has very bad side affects it always gave me headaches, stomachs aches, nausea, diarrhea , and the caffeine affected my organism if I drank one before bed it wouldn't let me sleep the whole night I would recommend this product to any of the people that a sensible organism.

I first started taking Zantrex around 6 months ago; I felt awful, jittery, nervous, lack of sleep, sick, strange taste etc. But once your body gets used to them, and you give them time the symptons go away. However I haven't lost a lot of weight, around 5 pounds, but I will say I'm not religious in taking them at set times etc. Im going to try and start taking them again with more of a routine to see if they improve! Does anyone know of any of other strong diet pills out there?

I have been on Zantrex 3 for about a week now and I have not lost any weight, in fact I gained a few pounds. I am dieting along with taking 2 pills before breakfast and 2 before dinner and nothing. Very disappointed.

I had bought Zantrex-3 a few months ago and didn't use it until yesterday. Instead of taking 2 pills before the key meals, I took 1. Yesterday, things weren't bad at all. I was thinking I don't have any of the side effects that I read other people had..that was until today. I took the first pill this morning at 8:00am. I felt okay. The second pill is when I started to feel "funny." I started to feel shaky, my balance seemed off..even though I wasn't stumbling. My eyes felt like they were bulging out of my head and I felt very light headed. I thought maybe if I eat lunch I'd be fine..but..I felt the same way when I took the third pill before dinner. I thought the same...if I eat dinner, maybe I'll be fine. The issues I was having seemed worse.So if you're wondering if I'm going to keep taking it..absolutely not. Even though I want to lose weight, I'll do it the old fashion way. I'd rather be able to function and feel great, rather than feel depressed, vertigo and all the other various things I mentioned. I'm sorry for the ramble, but I just wanted everyone to know. I know everyone reacts differently to different things, but PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!

Started zantrex a week ago an already loss 4 lbs. Zantrex gives you a burst of energy and it is very important that you eat after the 15 minutes from taking this pill because it will make you light headed and sick to the stomach. I like this product a lot and hope it will help me meet my goal. I have IBS so I have a very particular diet I have to follow anyway and I get plenty of exercise because I have a very physical job, plus I workout 3 times a week on my own.

hey guys,, ive been using it for a while now and all what is said about throwin up and sweating and shaking is all true but what u forgot to mention is that all of them just happens in the first couple of days until ur body get use to it ,, so plz try using it for 1week or more and then decide and write ur reviews !! ;)

I love this product. I get a good amount of energy and gives me a jump start when I jog. Weight comes off really well with excerise or without excersise. I recomend jogging or walking so your more toned.

Im 20 years old and just want to loose a stone , i have tried everything from diet to excercise , nothing had worked this is my only hope

i also got ECA Extreame , diet tablets , but they have not worked , it did give me werid heartbeat

I have been taking the diet pill for 3 days and have spent the whole time in bed trying not to throw up.

I read the reviews but hoped i would not get the reactions. The only reason you lose weight is bcos ur 2 sick to eat

I use to take Zantrex 3 last year for about 4 or 5 weeks and lost about 6 pounds with no diet or exercise.. I absolutly LOVED it.. well after being on it for a while my body I guess got used to the Pill and I felt like nothing else was happening so I stopped taking it and gained all the weight back! I tried going on it again but like I said before my body must have gotten use to it because it had no effect. Soooo I stopped taking the pill for a year and just recently had bought a new bottle. Well like instructed I took 2 pills 15 minutes before a meal with and 8 ounce glass of water and I felt like my heart was going to explode and then suddenly stop beating. When I finally went to bed about 11 hours later I had a hard time falling asleep, when I finally fell asleep I woke up 3 hours later with crazy thoughts going through my head and could not fall back asleep. I did not take any more pills today, but I think I will try taking only 1 a day for now on. Although my latest experience hasn't been too pleasant with the product my past results were wonderfull. This pill DEFINITELY WORKS just BE CAUTIOUS if you are sensitive to caffeine for the feeling is not too grand.

I now take one tablet in morning before breakfast. I'm not hungry all day and I have energy without feeling jittery. I have lost 2 pounds in 4 days. So far so good.....
