“Swiftcover Car Insurance Devious and Dishonest!”

I cancelled my insurance some years ago and thirty days prior to the renewal date with Swiftcover. In essence, Swiftcover owe me about £20.00. They adopted an aggressive policy of pursue some small print about cancelling the policy. They were seeking some £90 compensation. “They'll take your premium but will they pay out?”

I have used Swiftcover, an AXA insurance company, for four years. At the beginning of December I had an accident and immediately submitted a claim. Initially Swiftcover appeared helpful, and send they would arrange for my car to be picked up and repaired. After hearing nothing for a week, I phoned up their preferred repairer who told me that they had refused the job because they were too busy. “They may be cheap but thats exactly what they are CHEAP ”

What a rip of company who have in my personal opinion no idea of honesty or integrity and I dont even insure with them. Well we did but cancelled before inception of the policy They suggest like other competitors driving abroad cover in big and bold is included but it may as well not be. They give you buried in the small print only three days whereas many others give you 30 or 60 or so on. 30 days being a minimum. They argue that 3 days cover is driving abroad cover. “Car write off, dealt with surprisingly well”

At the end of October my car was involved in an accident where I was mainly to blame as I misunderstood the junction. It looked like my car would be written off as there was a fair amount of damage. “not to be trusted ”

Car insurance is just away to rip off the motorist by law and make profit for shareholders. I have a claim ongoing for 10 months not of my fault luckily the police were near the scene of the accident but don't see what happen. “Wrong information giving by advisors”

W Cocker and Sons & Swiftcover Car Insurance is a partnership made in hell. Our car was struck by a passing vehicle whilst parked outside our house causing scratch marks on the front right wing and a small mark on the alloy wheel. Had an accident, though this was proven not to be my fault. My insurance with Swift Cover was due for renewal and they put the price up by £200 I decided to renew with another company, I consulted Swift cover and was told that this would be ok and they would see this claim through. All i can say is lucky you but watch them , my car insurance was with them for 4 years and it kept going up in price a bit but I stuck with them .But in the end it was double the price I could get insurance from other companies ,When I asked why and could they do anything I got no help at all from them they dont careless about there old customers who have stuck with them take my advise and move on before you fall into the same trap as me they are no good at all AVOID them everyone go else where .
