In the belief that we were being overcharged by our existing supplier, my Wife and I did a comparison and found several other suppliers with reduced charges for the consumption that we use. It was easy, and the new supplier has been quick to action our instructions for the future.

A simple site that does the job, all going to plan to date and kept well informed of the progress.

Having just switched to UKpower, I have found the switch seamless so far. Communication and information have been readily available and I can see no reason why it shouldn't continue to be.

I'm only sorry I didn't switch and save sooner, I was too nervous to switch before because I thought it would be complicated, but I needn't have worried it was just so easy. Using the UK Power site made things straightforward, I inputted some simple details and they gave me a plethora of choices of who to switch to - so I've changed energy supplier, saved £150+ and am now getting nectar points and it took 15 minutes tops! I would urge others to do the same, don't stay with your current energy supplier if you could be saving money (to get exactly the same energy!) out of some sense of false loyalty; if they valued you truly as a Customer you would already be saving!

I found this is the best energy saver on the comparison sites, brilliant app and great at keeping you informed of the next steps.

I liked how straightforward it was - I didn't have to spend ages putting in my info and the details will be saved for next year and I'll get a reminder before the contract ends so that's all very helpful. I also liked that it is not a commercial comparison site - I didn't have to deal with the many emails/sales calls after I had used the site, just one for the initial quote and another to confirm the switch. Bonus that it saved me money!

Having used UKpower for several energy switches, it has become an invaluable tool to hunt for the best deals every time acontract ends. It is very easy to use, informative of the energy market, sends me reminders & surveys when I'm too lazy to switch, and it informs me exactly what happens next after a switch. I recommend it to friends.

Good, clear website. Offers an incentive via topcashback. Downside is that there is no side by comparison with your existing tariff which is offered by moneysupermarket.

He is a good guy. he might be new from the sounds of it, but he was welcoming even though he loved to follow script. I am sure with a bit more time he will become one of your top sellers! What was funny is because I rang him up in the day, your system still had me down for a call back in the evening. Might need to look at that as it uses your agents time up and costs money. All in all very happy with the service.
