bought flowers for mothers day, there werent that many of them and they missed the chocs off. they didnt care either nor did they tell people or put it clearly on their site. WONT be using them again ever.

Sympathy Flowers arrived this morning to my mums dead and nothing like the picture, 1/4 of the size and all limp, total waste of money avoid!!

What an absolute waste of money! I ordered flowers for my daughter's 30th birthday. The picture on the website looks beautiful, but don't be fooled...the bouquet you get will be nothing like the picture you saw. I could have got better in the supermarket for a fiver. Very sparse with not even the full range of flowers advertised. Also no free delivery as advertised. I was so disappointed and wasted £25! Avoid at all costs.

arrived 2 days late flowers dying 2 days later in my opinion don't bother with this company waste of time and money.

Ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary to arrive Saturday 21st dec, it’s now the following Monday and still no sign of any flowers. Zero response from the service team and the customer help line us a test number. Disgraceful

Very easy to order had a good discount code from wow vouchers which made them an even better buy Good quick delivery as requested very pleased I found flying flowers can't exactly comment on the flowers as such as they went to a friend that is quite a way away.

My sister's birthday flowers arrived. Rushed and nearly dead. I contacted your customer service department on 16th March supplying a photo. They acknowledge the email and did nothing - not a happy customer especially as I have e had excellent service from you in the past.

I followed the instructions ie cutting stems at a slant etc. The flowers lasted very well. Delivery was at the specified time. I shall definitely use Flying Flowers in preference to other companies in future.

Stop reading the reviews and just order some! Easy to order, delivered on time (I placed two orders) my friends were thrilled I was kept up to date with order confirmation/out for delivery alerts etc. I’d use them again, in fact Mother’s Day is coming up.....

My best friend moved from Singapore to London for work 2 years ago. We've known each other for 50 years! I was very disappointed that having taken the trouble to order my gift of potted hyacinths for my sister's birthday present several days in advance, the flowers were not delivered on the correct day. They arrived the next day (16th March), not my sister's birthday and I shall never use your company again.

Sent a reciprocal floral Birthday gift to my Mum, after she had previously sent me one! As the small trough of roses looked so good, I decided to use your service to provide Mum with a special gift of spring flowers. She said they were delightful and beautifully scented. I also added extra chocolates which was just as well, since other family members helped to eat them!! They were excellent, too! Would certainly recommend Flying Flowers. Very easy service to use. Ordering was easy - great variety to choose from with options to add a gift to the flowers. Delivered on the day selected and I am told that they were beautiful will definitely use them again Nothing so far to dislike. This was using the Post Office delivery service. Will try the courier option at some point in time

Recipienst said the flowers were nice as I didn’t see them myself I can’t say more. I had ordered two bouquets for separate delivery & I was concerned that I received an e-mail advising of despatch for only 1of them, when I checked the order confirmation I noticed it had the wrong delivery date shown so I sent an on-line enquiry to check & the point of my enquiry was totally missed & I received a standard reply. Some how both bouquets did arrive on the right day but I am not sure how!!
