We ordered rose baskets for two friends,one who had just had surgery and another who had been recently bereaved. Both recipients were delighted. We were very pleased with the gifts we sent although we didn't actually see them, the feedback from our friends was outstanding!

“Avoid if you want flowers on a specific date”

I ordered flowers a week in advance on the anniversary of my Mum's passing. I wanted to let my sister know that I was thinking about her. After a no show I contacted Flying Flowers and they said they would come in the next couple of days. What is the point of that? I'm so upset and no apology was offered... I was just pointed to a small print get out of jail free card. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to send flowers to someone you care about.

Orderd flowers for my wife's birthday (19/1) when they arrived they looked half dead and if they had been picked from the side of the road. IF YOU WANT TO RUIN A SPECIAL OCCASSION ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!

“Pathetic bunch of flowers total ripoff”

Pathetic bunch of a few carnations and two freesias. A sprig of green. My sister who lives overseas had lovingly ordered what she thought would be beautiful flowers for my birthday and has received terrible service.  You could buy them for a couple of quid at any supermarket. Do not buy flowers from this company when there are so many other florists to choose from..or contact a local florist who I am sure will do a better job.

Received an unrecognisable bunch of half dead, broken, brown wilted 'flowers' one day late. You would be better off buying from a garage and sending yourself by post. Half the carnations never even opened and the rest were dead or broken. Shocking that they could send them out like this.

Husband Purchased a bouquet for his mother for mothers day to be delivered on 9 or 10 March. Was charged P & P even though add said Free P&P. Flowers arrived on Mon 12 they were completely wilted and could not be revived. Have only heard this now as mother in law did not want her son to get upset. Needless to say will never ever use this firm again and would advise anyone to use local. They may be a bit more expensive but when you add P&P to this site and unreliability you will win in the end

The brochures and website promise a better quality than delivered. When you send flowers, unless you see the recipient’s flowers they are hardly likely to tell you the flowers are not up to scratch! I feel the Brochure is a little misleading when it illustrates a larger size than the price but offers an upgrade to that size. The cards you can buy to send with the flowers are overpriced and uninspired. I have been the recipient of flowers from FF, they arrived by post and looked rather bedraggled and sad, although they perked up after a day or two. You can usually get a discount code if you look online.

Received a bouquet called Harvest Haze, worst flowers I have ever seen they were fit for recycling bin! Customer service was quick to respond and offer a resolution but avoid ordering at all cost!

I received these flowers as a gift from my elderly neighbour. She does not know how poor these flowers are and wlii not tell her. : you are no reccomendation for me to use . The bouquet is strawberry sorbet .

Get Well Flowers arrived wilted and thirsty. Further order of a birthday present and balloon arrived in a beaten up and damaged box 2 days after her birthday! Not very nice to receive, even the delivery man was embarrassed. Advised Flying Flowers nz of this along with my disappointment and have had no reply. Really wanted this to be my 'go to' company in New Zealand for flowers and presents. I will not be using them again and will continue my search on finding another company who care about their customers and receivers.

“Terrible service”

Disgusted at the services. Flowers didn't arrive for Mother's Day, promised some would be sent next day. None of these flowers were sent out. After 3 more phone calls I was promised a refund and flowers to my mother by courier on the Friday. They arrived Saturday and were left on the doorstep my Royal Mail. I'm still waiting for a refund! Will never use again, so stressful and very upsetting for my mother I don't see very often. Please don't use.

“Waste of money”

I ordered a Mothers day boquet to be delivered the day before, I placed the order a week in advance with free delivery expecting that to be plenty of time to ensure it arrived on time. It did not start to get delivered until the Saturday and so did not arrive until the Monday ruining my Mothers day surprise and was totally pointless. When I complained I was told rather tiredly (theyve obviously had the same complaint many tines before indicating they have a problem with the description conditions of their free deluvery which needs to be updated). When I checked with my Mother she said the flowers were ok so they were 2 days late and were not all that great!!! I had no recompense from them as a goodwill gesture for our inconvenience and and as far as I am concerned their mistake, badly worded delivery information and lack of good customer service. I will never waste my money on them again.

“delightful pink bouquet”

Ordered the above bouquet wasn't impressed by letter box delivery, just as well I was at home. Very disappointed when I unpacked the flowers firstly there was not plant food, and by the next morning they were in a very sorry state, although I had followed the instructions and removed the leaves that would have been in the water and also cut the stems as instructed. Would have done better to buy from my local supermarket that I will do in future delivered Saturday 24th March.

Use this company at your peril! Foolishly I have, to deliver a simple bunch of flowers in Sussex on three occasions. Despite paying extra to ensure they delivered on the correct day, they failed to deliver. This is the third ( and absolute last) time I will use them and the second, yes second, time they have failed. A success rate of 33%! Not fit for purpose. DONT USE THEM. YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED>

I was all organised this year and ordered mum's Mothers Day flowers from Flying Flowers 10 days early. I paid extra for the specific date delivery as I didn't want to risk them arriving on Monday. There was no option for a Sunday delivery, so went with Saturday. Mum and I usually go out for the day on a Saturday, but I suggested we stay in today so I could be sure we'd be in when they came. By 2pm I started to worry so emailed Flying Flowers to check that they would be arriving. I got no reply (still haven't). As the money had been taken from my account when I placed the order, I decided to trust that the flowers would arrive and waited... and waited... At 6.10pm there was still no sign, so I decided to call... Apparently there was no trace of my order!! They'd accepted my money (of course!), but no order was received, and instead of contacting me to ask why I'd paid them over £35, they just left it and waited for me to chase them. The lady on the phone was almost, but not quite, apologetic. She simply said that this 'just happens sometimes' and I should have chased it earlier and now there was nothing to do but refund me as it was too late to place an order for delivery tomorrow... So now I'm here at my mums, having done nothing but wait in all day for the flowers that never arrived... Livid doesn't even come close.

I would never use Flying Flowers again as the order never arrived and when I called the company nobody ever got back to me with an answer as to what happened. I had to get a Paypal refund.

Absolutely disappointed! Avoid ordering flowers from this florest at all cost. I ordered, what it seemed to be a beautiful buque of flowers with big sunflowers for my mum on International women's day, and what she got is the sorriest excuse for a bunch of flowers. I have never been more sorry for spending money on something. A lot of effort has been put into making the website and the flower bunches look pretty on the pictures but reallity is devistating. I spent 23 pounds on a bunch of flowers, expecting something special and what they delivered is what they sell for 2 pounds at your local supermarket because the ones you buy for 5 pounds are already having many more, fresher and fuller flowers. I can't express my disappointment! Glowers were delivered on the set date but the message and the card were missing. An absolute rip off !

I tried and got nothing except an apology if you bought through PayPal do it that way , I ended up giving them bad reviews on every web I could! Sorry I couldn't be more helpful don't know how the are still running
