I ordered a battery charger for my Sony video camera on the 20 April 2012. It arrived within 2 working days, but unfortunatly it was faulty. Contacted digitalmediastore by e-mail and the item was returned by Free post within a day or so. I was kept informed at all stages and in the end the replacement was not in stock and a full refund was offered and accepted, and paid without delay. The Hallmark of a good company is the manner in which it deals with problems and on that basis, Digital Media Store cannot be faulted and they can be proud of their customer service. It would have been better if the charger had been OK, but faults do occur with any product or process and I would buy from this company in the future.

I found this company when I was looking for some accessories for my Nikon L120 Bridge Camera. Found just what I wanted and at the right price. A bonus for me was the fact that PayPal could be used as a payment method, quick and simple and no messing with debit card numbers etc. I ordered just what I required and two days later was fitting them to my camera. It's so great to find a site to fit your needs, as cameras vary in so many ways, it's difficult to find that exact type of battery for your camera, or the exact match for your camera lens. I recently ordered a Universal Magic M-Charger. The charger was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I thought that i had ordered the wrong charger so i emailed customer service, letting them know what battery i had and that i thought it was the wrong charger. They advised me very well that the charger was in fact the right one as well as sending a link to a video of instructions on how to use the charger. I was very happy with the standard of service i received and would definately recommend to a friend.

Both items received damaged and faulty.Hve complained but no email back!!!
