I work at a Supercuts salon, please remember that it depends on the person cutting your hair. Everyone has their own style and ways of doing things. I don't agree with a lot of things that Supercuts does, I think the color prices are a little high and they charge for every little thing you get done, not to mention the stylists don't get paid very well either. Supercuts is called that because it is meant to be super fast. After a certain time, you can't colour your hair and after a certain time you cant wash, cut and blow dry it. I am a young student and my hair was looking in a bit of a need of a cut, I'd heared that Supercuts works on a walk-in basis so I deceided to pop in at my local branch on New Street Birmingham, an extremely pleasent and comical lady served me called Lorraine and when I explained to her that I wasn't sure what I wanted but just to 'spruce it up' a bit she said this wasn't a problem and gave me a fantastic cut that I was extremly pleased with. she even recommended me some great Redken and Regis products that work wonders on my hair.I would definaltly go back, especially with the free entertaintment included, free of charge!! Good hair cut and fun all round, what more can a girl ask for?
