You can argue with them, yell them to go away, be rude, but they still come back,again and again. The second week each month when we hit the afternoon I get calls from their Indian call centre. All with fictitious names, and not matter what you do they will keep calling you every 3 hours till you answer their goddamn questions. If you tell the truth you get phones from the companies, so I just now tell them a pack of lies. Just had some Indian lady. And when she asked for my date of birth I said 30 February, and she didn't even question it. But it got rid of her, so that will be it till next month. I wish these company would disappear, and give us all a break

I own a block of 1000 numbers. These numbers are all ex directory and used for medical equipment to dial home and report problems. Now it looks like they have got hold of 78 of my numbers. Always seem to dial them at 7pm every day. I have tried contacted the head office but they never return the calls. I do now have over 6 months worth of call logs that I will be using to make a legel claim against this company. These number have been owned for over 9 years and have never be made public. Out of the 78 numbers they are using, 20 are concurrent. So are they using an auto dialer and not as they own phone line says, using user submitted numbers!

Consumer Lifestyles Customer Surveys are a complete and utter nuisance. I have received 6 calls in 24 hours from these people. I have joined the Telephone Preference Service, some time ago, still it makes no difference. Calls have been received now for over twelve months but recently it has become beyond beleif. How can this company be stopped?, who do you go to?, they are driving me mad. When I ask who they are it becomes a battle as to who can speak first, sometimes abusive and rude. Can anybody help stop the harrassment.

Harrassment. Ringing me all hours of the day and night. I have resorted to swearing at them to stop them calling.

I have received numerous calls from this company in the last few weeks. However in the last few days they have been ringing and asking to speak to a different member of my family who happens to be 12 years. Apparently he had completed a questionnaire which I know to be a lie. I am appalled that they have his name and would like to know how I can report this invasion of our family privacy.

They keep calling asking me to take part in a survey. They are very insistent and call every evening. When I tell them I'm not interested in it they keep talking until I put the phone down, then call again the next day. I registered with the TPS but they still call!

im sick to death of these calls every hour day and night because they are not in the uk .... I cannot ignore the calls as my son lives in America nd my hubby is a ships captain so can be anywhere in the world for gods sake leave me alone !!!!!!

I have had multiple calls from these people so far this week,usually in the evening and some of them silent, despite TPS registration. I have been asking at every call this week and over some time for them to stop calling and to remove my details. They take no notice so Ofcom is likely to be my next step.

How many times do you have to be told to frig off. Your company is a serial pest and a bunch of liars, who write down not what you say but what they want you to say.

i have told these people on numerous occasions to stop calling my number. I am a carer for my sick husband and these calls are stressing us out. I got cross three days ago and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. after arguing as to why, to my surprise I got one! he gave me his name and assured me I would never be contacted again as i'd threatened him with solicitors. they apparently can only call once a day, not within 20mins!guess what... that's rubbish!! I have just had another altercation and been refused to be put in contact with the person/supervisor I asked for or an alternative. the final words from the caller was "go to hell". not a very pleasnt thing to say to someone, especially as I was not rude at all to him. not this time!i feel this company needs to be reported to the appropriate people and I am now looking into taking this further.

In the last 2 days we have been called 3 times by this company to participate in their survey despite being told we do not wish to receive their calls they are continually calling sometimes more than twice a day their number is witheld so that a block cannot be put on them when does this become unwarranted intrusion. WHAT DO I NOT LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY YOU MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND FROM THE ABOVE TEXT IF I COULD FIND ANY PRODUCT THAT SUPPORTS THIS COMPANY I WOULD THEN CONTACT THE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW I WILL NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCT AS SUBSCRIBING TO THIS TYPE OF COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL

This company will just not stop calling I have now threatened them with legal action in the hope that they will stop. A withheld international number with people with fake names who just talk over you, until you have to get quite rude or just hang up. I do not want to be rude to these people who are trying to earn a living but I would gladly be rude to the fat cats who are getting rich by this underhand method of data collection.
