I had got down to a list of 10 web hosting providers that seem to have good reviews and testimonials. I thought I would try one of the less out there providers as my previous provider was advertised everywhere but they were so big there was no love for their providers and the customer service was appaling.
I went onto Storminternet.co.uk and thought I would try their live chat to iron out a few questions I had before buying. This was an amazing service the sales person was so helpful & friendly and didn't even try and sell me the dearest package but the one that was best suited to my needs. What a great idea to beable to offer immediate service to potential buyers. Once I had brought from them the service just got better their tech guys are friendly and helpful making changing providers a breeze. They have continued to offer great uptime and value for money. So highly recommended.

Have used some of the big well advertised companies and been let down by their customer service in my opinion, down time and high prices so after some research and reading reviews decide to try SI and haven't looked back. Usually these things are too good to be true but in this case the reviews are all correct and the comments fair. The sitebuilder was a bit complicated at first but the clear advice I received through email made the whole process a lot easier and once up and running a lot easier to update. I found the domain name cheaper elsewhere and they suggested that I could buy it myself and then host with them.
Anyone not convinced by this company and the reviews think again, as I really don't think you'll regret the move.

I am very pleased with the service from Storm Internet. The only real bad points is the control panel (Branded version of a custom built control panel) which is slow and clunky. It lacks many more advanced features, and does not go into great detail when configuring the domain. PHP and MySQL are both outdated, which makes compatibility and issue with the new GoPHP5 incentive.
I currently have a UNIX Plus account (the best plan available at the time of subscription). It used to be perfectly adequate for my needs, but I would like to expand my website... for which I will require something a little larger and more powerful - a virtual private server, a service not provided by Storm Internet.

Apart from the small flaws, I must say that I am VERY pleased with Storm Internet and it is a great host for people new to website building all the way to large businesses. Their prices are brilliant, and the specification of the webspace provided is brilliant for the price. For £49.99 (~$100), I was given unlimited bandwidth, and 2.5gb webspace. I assure you, unless you are hosting media files then 2.5gb is EASILY enough to satisfy your needs. I was hosting a large forum (1k+ members, 60k+ posts), which filled just over 300mb of space with large backup files stored on the server.

I would happily recommend Storm Internet to anybody!

They do 3 different ASP plans depending on your requirements, mine was just for a home site and the price was great with no lack of support or service. Recommend Highly!!

At last a hosting company who have it all, excellent up time, friendly efficient customer service (email support), value for money and a variety of plans.

Found Storm Internet through chance on a Google search and thought I would try hosting with them as I was completely unsatisfied with my larger well known hosting supply.
