I ordered a washing machine n tumble dryer for my daughter on the 23rd December, and was delighted when they delivered on Xmas eve. The tumble dryer was not working and only today have been able to get replacement delivered. The first and today's delivery men were miserable and not accommodating. My experience with the call centre was horrendous, logging 3 40 minute calls. No professionalism, not courteous and totally the whole experience unacceptable. Never again. “Knowhow Rip Off!”

Short version... I took my laptop to be fixed at the Knowhow Dunfermline store. Paid £100 and my laptop came back broken. Was sent away a further three times and still not fixed. Then tried to charge me an additional £50 because 90 days had passed since it went away originally. Shoddy service and awful customer service. Refused a refund and they refused to fix it. Went to Grimsby store on boxing day 2015. Bought Macbook Air. Told it wasn't in stock but may be on following Monday. It wasn't. Told to try Thursday but mid-afternoon to make stock was unloaded. Thursday told it had arrived but as they were closing early for New Year there wasn't time to find it. Went once more on the Friday to be told computer said it had arrived but they couldn't find it. Got a tv for a new kitchen. We didn't unpack it immediately and waited for the kitchen to be fitted and then installed the tv. There was a crack through the screen so called Currys to order a replacement. I was told that as it was over 48hours since delivery, they will not exchange it! I pointed out that it had been 11 days since delivery and the tv had just come out of theb box and onlyo nce fitted, the damage was identified. This has been my worst ever experience of online shopping. We ordered a New World Gas Cooker 3 weeks ago and booked the delivery and connection for December 12th. I bought something from Curry's on the 01/01/15. Got the confirmation from them on 1/12/15 and money taken off my account instantly. I have been getting stories from them one after the other. They are blaming the courier for the delay and yet the fact is the courier has not been given the parcel. I will never buy from curry's again.
