I joined Pogo in 2000. Around 2003 I got a second account because I wanted a different screen name. I ended up buying a Club Pogo account in December of 2005. I thought it was pretty cool and all that, but just the other day I got an email that tells me my account has been permanently banned because of my screen name. 3 years and all of sudden it's bad? Now the name wasn't that bad at all. On all of their word games you can actually use a word that is part of my username, plus some other unfavorable ones. Now how does this make sense? I never even got an option to change my screen name, which I would have happily done. They will not talk to me or refund my money (I still have 9 months left on the account).

All in all the site is fun, but I would not recommend them to anyone. How they can take your money and then ban your account without a refund or the opportunity to change your screen name is totally unfair.

I love Pogo ,but you need to fix what ever is wrong with shutting down the rooms OK.

I have reviewed the Pogo site overall it is good but does have some drawbacks as far as privacy and the friends list.

I like Pogo games very much I tell every one and all my friends have become members.I have been playing on Pogo for a long time and I like it so much I have since become a member. I have very little problems.I just wish I could win. I recommend their games to all my friend which now have become new members

There are many games to choose from, and there is something for everyone. Pogo is a great place to chat with people. I love being a Pogo club member!

Pogo is a great place to play games and meet folks. Worst place to try to email for support. When trying to get an email to someone becomes work, it turns me off. Everyone company and everyone should be accessable no matter your status in life.

I would recommend Pogo if it would quit having so many problems, but lately it's had too many for me to recommend.

I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing Club Pogo (www.pogo.com) for the simple fact that the staff at pogo can ban an account if they suspect you of auto usage. In my mind it is their way of not having to pay out the money if you win a prize.

I have been a memeber of Popgo (www.pogo.com) since Novemeber 2003. In July 2004 I joined their Club Pogo service and have since been addicted. The club pogo service offers more games which are also exclusive to the club pogo members eg, normal pogo members cannot access them. I pay £21.99 a year for the service and would say its more then worth it. The people on the site are great and are always congratulatoy when you win a game of Bingo or cards.

When you join Club Pogo you get the chance to do weekly challenges. This consists of 2 weekly challenges and then you get to choose a personal challenge from one of the 2003/2004/2005 badge books. When you have won these badges they are presented in your badge album so all the other players can see what badges you have. The badge album is presented along with your profile, stats and winnings. Stats are shown when you are in a game room and will tell you how many tokens you have won and your percentage of winning/losing the game. The winnings tab shows you how many tokens you have and what wallpapers/screensavers/jackpot prizes you have won.

You can also win game award badges which are awarded when you reach different ranks in different games. These show that you are a dedicated player to that game/games. These badges will be shown on your badge albums and in your game award badge ablum in Badge Centeral.
The only problem I have with Pogo is that people in the UK cannot win the jackpot prizes due to our gambling laws. People in the US/Canada can.

The help service on Pogo is fantastic. If you don't find the answer to your problem in their large question and answer database you can then write to Pogo and they will will respond to you by emailing you.

The Pogo service is great and I highly recommend it to people who enjoy online gaming. Be warned though it is addictive!
