Hi guys,do you not purchase any electronic from Sold by: Kikatek on amazon or other place the Kikatek selling dodgy product and faulty. the item you receive well look like brand new but fake.

Very poor supplier. No phone contact possible, email only, which is frustrating and laborious. Ordered a laptop which didn't work on receipt. After lot of hassle, returned it for refund. Kikatek's response was to say it was working and was now ' used ' so 15% would be taken off my refund. It was not ' used '. I had only managed to switch it on and off! I bought it through Amazon so having to make a claim for full refund. I strongly advise not to have anything to do with this outfit!

The case was cheap and the site was very easy to deal with compared to others. The case itself has one major issue in that it blocks the hone button/finger print reader

Item arrived on stated date, was packaged well however had minor cosmetic damage. This did not degrade the functionality or usability of the item as the damage was very easily fixed.

I needed to build a new NUC-based system quickly to work on a project, after an existing computer's drives kept failing on me. Thankfully, Kikatek had all the components I needed listed in stock. Although I registered with the website late on a Monday evening, everything was promptly dispatched by Tuesday and arrived on the Wednesday (in comparison, some of the same components were out of stock on a well-known e-tailer's website). The items were protected nicely and within half an hour of unpacking and installing SSDs and RAM into the NUC, I was able to continue work on my project. Tips I'd recommend: (1) download the latest BIOS update from Intel and flash the system prior to installing Windows (version 0044 as of late May 2016); (2) download the install packages for network and graphics adapters as well, so you can install them offline as soon as possible. I found the NUC would lock up randomly and require a hard reset until I'd updated the graphics drivers in particular (version 15.40.22.4424 as of late May). Overall, I was really pleased with my first purchase from Kikatek and wouldn't hesitate to buy with them again.

Great item but buy from somewhere else. Cannot contact by phone and although they answer emails it appears that they employ chimps to select random responses regardless of the question. Steer clear and go to a decent retailer.

I ordered a "San Disk Image Mate All-in-One USB 3.0 Reader" last Sunday at a very good price, I received it on Thursday morning post free. I think I would struggle to find a better deal. I will certainly consider Kikatec for any future requirements.

Been looking for a good ipad mini case for a while until finally I found this one and couldn't be happier with it! Certainly recommended!

Delivery is supposed to be within 5 working days, yet they didn't even dispatch my order until 6 days after I placed the order and the goods have been dispatched using a courier service that take 2-3 days. Pretty poor even for a "saver" delivery option! If you want goods in a timely manner that arrives when promised, I would steer clear of Kikatek, the products are well priced however.

I ordered a Cherry mechanical keyboard. I was delighted with the price and the delivery arrangements. The order was received on-time. On unpacking, the box and the keyboard inside were damaged. This was when the fun began with Kikatek. I followed the procedure on the website for the return. As I still wanted the keyboard, I didn't want a refund I just wanted a replacement. I specifically asked Kikatek on four occasions to tell me how and when I would receive the replacement. On each occasion I was completely ignored and only returns information was given. I was really left with very little choice; the item was returned yesterday and I have had no further instructions on what will happen next. This could have been solved in one minute on the telephone but Kikatek does not have an external call number - everything is done inefficiently by email. Reading similar posts on multiple websites, I can now see that lack of a telephone number is an age-old problem for Kikatek. In summary, a good company if there are no problems with the goods but if there are, watch out!

Great prices and very competitive with other online companies. However, I ordered my product on Thursday 21 Jan and as of today (Wednesday 27 Jan) I still haven't received it. It claimed up to five days. Very disappointing

I bought the Xperia Z5 Premium Roxfit case for my smartphone. The case is excellent, it makes my phone look more stylish and gives my phone a little more protection. The delivery was good considering I didn't have to pay a penny. The phone case sells for £15 on Ebay and on here its only a £10! I would recommend anyone to purchease from Kikatek.
