“Always Supportive ”

I've been a client of Easy Space for over 10 years now and have always found the team supportive to my needs and issues. Contacting them is easy through their clear and concise control panel interface, something which also provides access to all my services. I have never thought of using another supplier as I get all I need and more form Easy Space, be it in providing a full hosting package or just looking after my domain names. I like the automated renewal facility which ensures I never laps or lose my services, although Easy Space, if you could remind me renewal is due ahead of your efficient payment collection process, this would just be icing on the cake as some of the services I use may need upgrading or changing and doing this on payment anniversary keeps things tidy. Finally, not bombarding me with unsolicited marketing is great, as I know where you are when needed. I highly recommend Easy Space and hope the next 10 years will be as positive.

“easyspace worst ever host”

avoid this host. their support is very poor, they charge for services which are standard with every other host i've used, and their admin cpanel tools are impossible to navigate.

The e-mail activation process eluded me, contacted Easyspace support and all was sorted by a superb support guy who worked past closing time and cheerily walked me through the process twice with two different packages...Absolutely Top Notch Service.

For a new business it is an anxious time choosing an ISP - so many negative reviews out there to put you off. I have previously run a business through Skymarket with no problems so chose Internetters over other providers. I am no technical whizz on my computer either and the thought of having to set up my email services online was daunting to say the least. The service I received was very helpful and also quick. The technical support team were very patient and when I had problems connecting my email they asked me to download a tool whereby they could then access my laptop and set me up themselves in real time - brilliant! They treated me with respect and I appreciate how difficult it can be for them to ascertain the problems I was experiencing. I have no hesitation in recommending them and hope that the long term business relationship will develop and that they will be there to help me along the way.

“Easyspace - a service you can depend on”

I have used Easyspace for nearly 15 years and will always recommend their support, configuarion and build services. Having also tried a number of the less expensive services as you do over time I can only confirm you get what you pay for and realibility in your host provider is what you get with easyspace. Security is also a major factor and at times when wanting to try innovative none standard tools or solutions that may not sit within the esayspace list I can accept the reasons for rejection. All in all I will continue to use easyspace time and time again and will sell their services as part of my offering knowing that this part of my delivery is covered and meets my objectives.

“Easyspace - mostly easy!”

Easyspace. As a domain registrar, which is our primary use of facilities, all the basic stuff is in place making domain registration straightforward, their are a few small inconsistencies in the experience from the web interface though, such as searching for a domain name once logged in takes you to another search page rather than returning results. The process for .io domains really needs to be improved, as it has gone through a broken online registration phase, and now moved to a 'call us' button. The only other thing I would pick them up on is the rollout of updates appears to be a work in progress. Very positive things are the level of detailed setting management, which we cannot do without, I would recommend them as a domain registrar if asked.

“Support Non-existant”

Had problems ftp'ing to my site recently. It won't accept incoming connections. Tried emailing Easyspace support twice and after 5 days haven't heard a thing. Shame is I'm stuck with them for another two years but can't update my website. They are really about the worst web-hosting company I have ever used and wouldn't recommend them to an enemy let alone a friend. I could ring them but last time was stuck holding for ages and felt that I had wasted my time. If you want web-hosting I would say avoid them like the plague as they don't seem in the least bit bothered with supporting you once they got their nasty little fists on your money. PS I tried their own FTP client, a recommended by them ftp client and my old one I had been using for nearly four years. I have 19 years IT experience so am well capable of FTP'ing.

“Gone for ever?”

Maybe it was too long I left the files inactive and in addition to feeling disapointed they were no longer accessible, I felt slightly unconvinced. Support found my reference ok and said they looked for what I wanted but it would have been good if they gave me something that really was convincing, like a footprint.

“Incompetent and Unprofessional”

Switch Media is deliberately misleading its customers: for several years they say on their invoices that after payment, one has to inform 'remit@switchmedia' about the payment. If you do that, the email will 'bounce' back to say that this email address is not in use. And this has been so for several years now. So, if Switch Media themselves can not keep their own system up to date, they expect us to trust them with ours?

“They don't work weekends”

Heaven help you if you get a problem on Saturday and Sunday because they don't answer the phone or reply to emails over the weekend. I've had several problems with my email and it always seem to happen over the weekend. At the moment they are telling everyone that my email address doesn't exist, which is causing em all sorts of problems. Today's Saturday but I won't be able to resolve it until Monday. It's a nightmare! I'm going to find another provider ASAP> I rue the day that Internetters took ver Skymarket.....
