Good News is that all members of the service and technical team (I spoke to three different people) were extremely concise, charming and helpful and knew their subject backwards. When I contact Easyspace I always get a friendly and helpful voice at the other end. It's great that it's a real person and not an overseas call centre. The best thing is that they'll email the advice or details they've given you so you can refer to it again. I like their informality - it puts me at my ease as I'm not totally computer savvy.
