In-Design Scotland installed our Magnet kitchen they were so easy to deal with. We decided on a kitchen from them because they offered a discount on the Magnet kitchen we were looking for and according to their web which took a lot of searching (www.indesignscotland.co.uk) site they offered to look after our kitchen from start to finish. To begin with they sent out a designer to talk to us about our kitchen and what we wanted (no sales person so far) they then sent an email with the price of our kitchen. The fitter and electrician then came out after we accepted the price and checked the kitchen drawing (still no sales person). We had the kitchen installed and the sales person then visited us to make sure the kitchen had been fitted to our satisfaction and left a bottle of white wine and a bouquet of flowers. Is this normal. The kitchen is fantastic.

Doncaster Magnet was a dream! No problems what-so-ever. Our designer was great! She drew out our design by hand, 3D perspectives - the lot, no computer 'cheating'. Expert knowledge, and at a fair price too.

We've now had 3 kitchens from them, and we've been very pleased with all of them. They seem good value for money. The cabinets come already constructed and they are relatively easy to fit, and the main reason we buy Magnet kitchens is because you can do it yourself. Fitting doors and drawer fronts is a breeze. No complaints really, but judging by the other comments here it would seem to be better to either do it yourself or employ a builder to fit the kitchen for you. We've always found the sales staff very helpful, although I would never bother with a designer, as we used one for our first kitchen and he was useless - albeit free.

Magnet Kitchens provide the personal service and expertise you'd expect from a small local business with the back-up of a national organisation. Good range and knowledgeable staff. Robustly constructed units and really good value for money. The people get to know you and really couldn't be more helpful.

Having read a number of MAGNET complaint stories we believe we avoided most of these issues by simply recognising in our dealings who the best in house designer was and accepting in their professional opinion who was the best installer they would personally recommend and were we prepared to wait for that person to be available.
We should also add that the designer had 2 years previously assisted in designing our bedroom furniture scheme and also chose a excellent fitter.
So people not the product can make can make or break your dream, choose carefully!

After visiting all the kitchen shops in the area and getting several quotes we decided to go ahead with Magnet..Peterborough. We were very happy with the service we received from Magnet,from design to fitting and most of all we love our new kitchen,
