I loved how this looked on my skin just made me break out everywhere with soo many bumps.

I always used to go back to this foundation due to the pro's of it which are: 1. Affordable 2. Goes on smoothly 3. Wide range of shades 4. Nice feel However, I am now changing my foundation from this as I have found this foundation is no longer good for me due to the dryness that can be seen on even the slightest dry patch (I have oily/dry skin depending on area of face. It does not last long at all and looks patchy and cakey in creases such as the nose area. I also feel it can look oily after a few hours of wearing it. Overall, I would not recommend it as it can be extremely dry and will make these dry patches very visible and it also does not last long at all and can sometimes look horrible when its put on. It goes flaky and doesn't cover acne prone/ spotty skin very well.

I had no issues with this foundation, when I go out I use it and it blends easy in.

What a distressing time I had with Maybelline dream matte mousse! Within three hours of buying and using this product my face was burning, bright red and very sore in all the places I had put it. This lasted for three days whilst I had antihistamines and Aloe Vera gel on my face to cool it down. I couldn't sleep or work and when I reported this to L'oreal was told that the only help they could give me was to send me to a dermatologist to test why I had the reaction. I would absolutely stress I have never had any allergies before and in fact any other make of makeup has been fine with no bad reaction. I have used this product before and can only think they must have changed the ingredients recently. Needless to say I will never use a L'oreal product again!!

Its the best foundation I have ever had. I have really pale skin and this is the only foundation witch is light enough for my skin. I would completely recommend it and any one who says its rubbish must have REALLY high standeds I love it

I started using this mousse a while ago, and at first it seemed very good. The coverage is good and the texture is very light, and doesnt feel like your waring any. However I found out that it was making me break out, and had reactions because of my sensitive skin. As time goes on both me and a friend has found that when applying the foundation, it starts 'crumbling' which sounds odd for a mousse, but it would get all over my clothes and hair. Overall a decent foundation for lightness and coverage but not so good for sensitive skin.

iv spent a fair time trying to find my dream foundation but havnt yet succsded. I have to say that this foundation makes your skin look horrid it gives you flaky bits around your forehead and nose!! it makes your skin look dry, flaky and its a big dissapointment to me. I can say i will never use this foundation or any of this makes products again!!!!!

The mousse did not look nice on my skin. It looked really blotchy and dry, particularly flaky around my forehead and nose. I don't normally have problems with my complexion but this made me look worse! I was actually embarrassed to be seen out looking like that so I went out after two days use and bought a different product. I would expect this from a cheap inferior product; but Dream Matte Mousse has been well publicised and I expected a lot more than I got. I haven't bought this brand name before and it's put me off their other products too unfortunately.

This is a great product. I LOVE IT! So easy to use - blends in easily and lasts all day. It makes my skin look and feel so smooth and keeps me shine free all day. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I have really good skin and I rarely get dry skin or spots but after I used this product for a while I started to notice my skin getting dry and flaky on my T-zone, I also started getting spots on my cheeks. However if I moisturise my face twice a day, and put a liquid foundation on as a base it does look good. it has good staying power and stays on during exercise and when it rains it stays quite well, it doesn't make my face shiny at all at its easy to put blusher/bronzer on top of without making the foundation look weird. I also like how it goes on to my face, its easy to apply when you use an application sponge. It is quite good value for money but I have noticed a price increase.

i have only used this foundation for a few days and i love it! my friend told me about it and i thought i was really good. i love the texture of it, a really nice creamy feel that leaves no streaks, however, i do have slight reservations with the fact that people have said it leaves your skin very dry. on the first day i wore this, i looked in the mirror at lunch and it had left my skin dry and it left it flakey, but now, with heavy moisturiser, about 3 times a day, it gives my skin a really nice look. it isnt the easiest foundation, always having to apply moisturiser, but, it is very good for covering u spots and giving a lovely matte finish!
i love this roduct at the minute but i really hoe it doesnt affect my skin to much!!

I brought this product as i was informed that it was good.How wrong my friend was this has caused my skin to breakout and my skin has not looked so poor in a while.I have a had a lot of spots and blackheads from this product let alone it has made my t-zone very dry.I would not buy this product again and have no resorted into buying a better brand foundation to repair the damage this has left.Also the shades are poor as well and it does not last very long either.

i love this foundation, the application is very nice and the tecsture is like whipped cream on your face. it blends very well and i would definatly recomend this to someone will very good skin, i say this because it someties vewry ocasionally ecaomes eaither caky or flaky the only bad point i would enforce is to set it with powder because i last 2-3 hours and if your looking for a long lasting foundation then you may want to rethink aout this purchase (:

I didn't like Dream Matte Mousse at all! It was good the first couple of days, but then slowly my skin started to become very very dry. I tried all sorts of solutions to stop my dry skin but nothing has worked so far. I brought the foundation about 3 months ago, and stopped using it about 1 month ago...but still my skin is very dry. Especially round my nose and fore head. I am trying different foundations hoping my dryness would go away but i have had no luck yet. It looks ugly and unnatractive. I have quite oily skin too, so that might be a problem. If you can help me, and get rid of my problem then please do!
