I returned items as they were not what I was expecting. I checked the cost of returning these items with customer services and was told a certain amount, so went ahead and returned the items using the courier company they organised. However once I the money was refunded I realised they had taken more money off for postage and included a "collection charge" that they had never mentioned. Absolutely rubbish and misleading customer service. Use anyone else before using simplygames.

I just ordered from Simply games for the first time & there certainly won't be a second time. Two of the games were in stock but neither have been dispatched within 24hrs as promised by the website. When I queried that one of the in stock games was still not authorised they sent me an e mail cancelling the remainder of my order but not responding to my original question. I've just checked the site & one of the games they cancelled is still being advertised as in stock. Their customer service stinks!

BRILLIENT! I pre-ordered my Sony PS3 Slim from SimplyGames.com and recevied it as promised on the day of release. The product was really well packaged (in a proper cardboard box, not a plastic wrapper like others use). The price was one of the best I could find online and the other bits I bought also arrived on time and packed well. I would definately use this company again.

I ordered a PS2 game from Simply Games at end Jan and their website stated in stock. It is now 11th Feb and item still not arrived and now the website is stating out of stock?. I have sent an email asking them to clarify that they can deliver to me the item this week, or I want a refund and to cancel order? I am still awaiting a reply so have sent another email again asking for a response and I am now if this fails to work going to use Mastecard to intervene .
I am a sales rep and work always to maintain and build customer satisfaction, I was not happy with the customer service and could not seem to find a contact telephone number.

Ordered a Wiimote from Simply Games on the friday, not received after five working days, contacted them only to be told i have to wait another five for them to contact royal mail. After ten days contacted them again and not heard much since. Also Amazon and play don't seem to have much trouble with royal mail?

I would just like to say what a brilliant service I have just had from Simply Games. I personally would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Not able to find a PS3 60Gb, I eventually came across Simply Games. I had read some negative reviews, so I was unsure what to do. Well, I'm glad I ordered from them. Brilliant is the only word I can say!!

My PS3 60Gb was ordered, and I was told 24 hour delivery... After 23 hours the postman was knocking on my front door and the 2 games I also ordered followed the same morning.

I can't understand why they had negative reviews, as they are the best company I have dealt with so far on the net, and I have used lots of companies.

I have been very impressed with Simplygames.com. I ordered a Wii console from them back in March (when no other sites had stock). It was reasonable value, and most importantly, I got the console (delivered free by courier) the next day! I then ordered two separate Wii new releases (on pre-order), and I got them both on time. On Friday I ordered a Nunchuk, and again, I had it the next day. I have recommended this site to others, and I will continue to do so!

I bought my son his Xbox one off them two years ago and had no problems what so ever. They are fast delivery and also if you pre-order games you normally get the games the day before they are due out much to the delight of my son and the envy of his friends.

Certainly not. I bought my PS4 from them and received it within 24hrs - obviously depends on when you order (time and day) - I ordered at the beginning of the week in the morning and arrived next day. The console and box itself arrived with no damage, seal intact etc. Its as I would have expected, as if I walked into a high street store and bought one there. I have bought a lot of things from Simply Games including a Turtle Beach Elite 800p Headset - my 2nd most expensive product after my PS4, from them and every product has arrived safely at or before the expected due date - inc pre-ordered games too. I can honestly give them a great recommendation - often best on price, very quick delivery and never once had any issue at all. I buy with confidence from them!

My partner and I have bought PS4 games on numerous occasions from Simply Games. The prices have usually been the lowest around and they are delivered very quickly. If they are pre-order games they usually come a few days before release date which is excellent. I have just recently purchased a 2nd PS4 for my son for his 21st. Unfortunately, we had already ordered it from another on-line company. Just after we received the PS4 Simply Games had the PS4 1TB edition on offer for £40 cheaper. I was definitely a tad miffed for missing that bargain! We can thoroughly recommended Simply Games and we have had no trouble with any of the items we have received. Go for it - especially if you can find yourself a bargain - with Simply Games. All the best.

As a company they are serious, no problem there as in they will ship out whatever you buy from them. Shipping on the other hand ... not so great. I had preordered Destiny The Taken King with them and got it a whole 5-6 weeks after release date. When contacting them, they said they couldn't do anything except wait until 6 weeks minimum had past before they could start making inquiries. So basically: yep, safe to buy but don't hold your breath if your package takes a long time to be delivered.

Yes all consoles bundles from simplygames have a 12 month warranty. Unless stated that its a pre-owned console.

If the console is new it will have 12 months manufactures warranty, you may need to register it on line, most manufactures need this or keep your receipt

All new consoles carry a 12 months manufactures warranty. Pre-owned or refurbished units, check with supplier if any form of warranty applies. Also remember to keep your purchase receipt and preferably pay using a credit card for added security. Once purchased, it is advisable to register your unit with Microsoft. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please confirm directly with the supplier "Simply Games" they are always very helpful.

How long does it take for this company to make its refund? The company is sure to charge a person in a second , but when it comes to cancelling an order and getting a refund , it takes bazillion of years, its way over 5 days they said that they were gonna refund me and yet nothing happens. Not to mention not to have the common decency to answer on 3 mails that i sent asking what's wrong with them giving me my money back. Poor customer service so far.
