Not had reply from titan for 2 days - just wanting name of database server so that I can set up vpn. (I am a newbie). Any ideas?

Best advice is to learn great patience. Titan would try the patience of a saint, based on long years of experience. Sadly, the last year or so has seemed much longer than all the previous years combined.
