I was advised to use cyber duck as an FTP client for my MAC, Support directed me to some simple installation guides. I can now upload and download files with ease

I bought a new server and was advised to use plesk. I had no clue on what it was or how it worked, Support gave me som simple help guides and its now perfectly clear. Great tool for server management
