No one is contacting you back. TIME WASTERS!!! I have been reaching them out for almost two weeks. No thing happened and no one called. Useless- INDEED SHOULD BAN THEIR JOBS!

Apply for a job, leave me a voicemail asking me to call back. I call back and that is the last I hear as the lady is 'out for lunch'.

The person I dealt with at the Exeter branch is truly an Angel! She's been patient, professional and honest. She's taken time to learn about the company and what we need, meaning we've been given only high quality candidates. I can't thank her and the rest of the team enough!

I have gotten a job through them and am very stable but this was because of the person I dealt with:  shes so lovely and will not forget how much she has done for me on the other hand, I currently deal with a different lady the most awful woman to speak to, shes rude and quite frankly incompetent. hate having to contact her for anything as its never a nice response back, the only good thing shes capable of doing is actually reply to me i suppose.

I tried to join this agency as I thought they were somewhat serious about actually finding people jobs. After sending my cv and going to the offices in person, I had to chase them to actually get me in for an interview. And after that, they never got in touch with me again. Never replied to my emails and basically completely ignoring me. Not the way you want to deal with new candidates. So, word of advice, try and apply for jobs yourself as they are a waste of time.

If I could rate this agency with Zero stars I would. Useless service and they never even revert with confirmation of job submission. Terrible service and don't bother with these guys! Useless is too good a word for them.

Office Angels !!! Wouldn't waste your time , I have applied for quite a few jobs where I have had the relevant experience , they have never acknowledged any applications very rude and unprofessional !!!

I come from another continent, but have studied and worked in the UK most of my life, always with a valid visa and always paying all my taxes etc. I had an interview with Office Angels in south of England and everything went fine, until the manager called me a couple of days later, nearly yelling that she reported me to Home Office for working illegally, that "all you immigrants come here working illegally and then don't want to take any jobs, but just take benefits", she promised to report me to HMRC, too, and kept on going on how immigrants are a problem. Well, my paperwork is spot on and it will now be a waste of tax-payers' money for the investigation that will prove it, if she really has done what she claimed. Apparently only white Britons are welcome in Office Angels and the employees don't even do their checks properly before they offend a large group of innocent people. This is not acceptable.

I have tried to call Office Angels to book an appointment to introduce myself and talk about my CV and what job I was looking for. The lady on the phone told me that there was no appointment available and asked to call back. A day later another lady told me exactly the same. I then decided to just turn up to their office. When I arrived a woman directly came to me and handed me some forms to fill in. That woman told me that they will contact me as soon as they have a permanent job available, within the field I requested and that in the meantime they will call me everyday for temporary jobs. Since then, no calls, nothing. I have chased them up and they apologised saying that they will contact me shortly with some temporary jobs. Still haven't heard anything. This company is a joke. They are supposed to help people find a job but they're helpless.

Don’t bother registering with them. All they want are numbers on their books they aren’t interested in helping you find work.

Applied for a job that was advertised by Office Angels Manchester. They required me to come in and sign up with them before they would arrange an interview and mentioned that with my CV they would have several vacancies that could be interesting. Once the interview was arranged, they called me numerous times with useless advice like, I should put my best foot forward, be perky etc. (because with 20+ years of job experience, I clearly need advice how to go through a job interview). Once the interview was over - silence! I tried to chase them up to give me feedback, if they had heard back from the company I interviewed for. Nothing. I was promised the agent would call back, this never happened. Seems I didn't get the job. I would say, this might have been an exception. But three years ago I had contact with the same branch of Office Angels and exactly the same thing happened. Super annoying before the interview, then, when the customer didn't bite, they dropped me like a hot potato and didn't even bother to inform me. Seems that is their way of doing business.

They don't pay wages stay clear

I have sent my details over and heard nothing for 2 months so I resent my Cv and rang 2 days after, someone rang me who was very nice over the phone but didn't have anything for me, she then passed me through to the manager who said she had the ideal role for me... she said she would email/ring me with details. I have rang her twice and emailed her 2 times and all she done was emailed me to say " sorry I've been busy" no call back was set up.. Wouldnt waste my time with this agency again. dont seem to want to help people find the right role.!

Initially i had to write an abrupt email to Office Angels to get noticed as i had been applying to multiple vacancies i clearly suited with no response. Once i got noticed i briefed the recruiters on what i was looking for, they then called with various positions that did not match this criteria. I had a meeting in office with one of the recruiters, she seemed lovely but had a job spec for a role i specifically said i didn't want and then 'sold' me another role which sounded ideal.. that was until i turned up to the interview and it wasn't what i was looking for at all. Of course i went through with the interview but had no interest in accepting this role. The recruiter called me later that day to say i had not been offered the position (thankfully) but would be in contact with suitable roles. Since then i have heard absolutely nothing yet i see posts from the daily, they clearly are only thinking of their commission and not their candidates. Waste of time & effort. Would not use again or recommend. Employers i urge you to seek new employees via in house recruitment.

Office Angels employees in Taunton are rude and only seem interested in registering as many people as possible. They are an agency for Office Workers but now offer manual work in factories for goodness sake. If a job ends because the person sent to that place of work is not up to the standard required then Office Angels will never send that person on anymore assignments. When I asked if I could contact the Managing Director I was told that's not possible. They promise to ring as soon as a suitable job comes up, and everyone they speak to is "top of the list" for the next assignment. AVOID

Went to the Office Angels Chelmsford over a year ago, was told I was being short listed for a job I applied for, turns out I weren't short listed and no mention either when I turned up, just for me to go and sign up, was seen to by a rude consultant, looking down on me, felt very offended and unhappy! I was told the reason I do get interviews and unssuccessfull was the way I answered the questions and my body language, what are you a psychic ? Thinking she is better than anyone !! Make you feel big and important being nasty? FFS! I may not like interviews but I do quite well in them most times when I was looking for work I even get AND ask for feedback every time and practice questions! Ruined my day and wasted my time ! Never again, this is one Recruitment agency I refused to go to if I was ever asked to go again ! Wouldn't recommend, you just be wasting your time, by looking at the reviews here I now understand the 1 Stars. #poorshow #avoid #dontwasteyourtime

I signed up with Office Angels because I needed money and know no other way to get it apart from working. Office Angels got me work when I really needed it when I was going mad with anxiety waiting for other agencies to place me doing work that they felt was what I was worth. Fine but I needed to work a.s.ap. and Office Angels called within a week of registering with them with work close to where I live, super short notice and not the best pay but if you really need to work like I did then you will take it. This was the Bristol office I am talking about, I read all the horrible reviews and still signed up and am glad I did. They offer you work when you need it and if you deliver and show them you are reliable then you get more.

I honestly don't think Office Angels have half the jobs they advertise on various jobsites. When I registered with them a few years ago, the consultant was so nice on the phone and then she was a little abrupt in the interview. I sat in their office and did some skills tests, went through my CV and then was sent on an interview for a permanent job which turned out to be a little different from what the consultant described. It was supposed to a be a lovely media company but it was in a small dark office behind the West End and it was horrible. I was never offered anymore interviews for permament work and I was never offered any temporary jobs. From since then, I have had constant calls from Office Angels who saw my CV on one of the jobsites. I am suspicious of the job adverts they are always posting. I asked one consultant about a role I saw and she told me the role had been filled, the advert was only 2 days old. I mentioned another job and it was filled too. I think most of their job adverts are fake to lure candidates in and to impress clients that they are a busy agency.
