I hired a jeep from the MHT depot of Dollar car rental. The collection point for the vehicles from the terminal is quite a walk, and for an airport with few trolleys, this can be challenging, especially if you have a lot of luggage and kids!
This branch is also a franchise of some sort. So Dollar reservations cannot do all the deals they could normally do, as they're restricted by the local company policy ... just something to bear in mind when booking.
Staff were young females when I was there, and I wasn't over confident with their knowledge about rentals. My pre-paid arrangements seemed to be the first they'd seen!
Friendly enough though.

Always use Dollar on our frequent visits to the USA. They seem to be on airport more than Alamo and the queues always seem to be shorter. We must have hired 30+ cars from Dollar and we have never had a problem with any of them. They also tend to be a little cheaper than their main rival Alamo.

Los Cabos, Baja California, M xico - We were a little worried about renting a car in M xico--we had heard so many horror stories. But our experience couldn't have been better. We received the exact car we were expecting and for the expected price. It was in great condition and blended right in with the vehicles of those who live in Los Cabos -- very important in my opinion. Though we had a "Dollar Rental" sticker on the back of the car, we didn't want to have a vehicle that screamed, "Hi! We're tourists and just rented this really expensive car! Come rip us off!"

When I arrived at Boston, there was a bus ride ... we waited 5 mins for the bus and it took another 5-7 mins to get to Dollar.
This is OK, but its much better if the rental is on the airport. The lot is dirty and could do with a good clean inside and out, the place was busy and the staff seemed harrassed. Getting the kids seats seemed a hassle to the staff and then they did not fit to well. On the plus side they refunded my gas charge when I told them of this on my return.
Great car, big Mitsubishi Montero. Brand new and had everything except sat nav ... the kids needed a ladder to get in!
