Sent 2 danish tables using parcel force. Both were extremely well packed. Arrived at the customers house and 1 of the tables was broken in 4 places. After paying extra for insurance and photographic evidence of the damage to the table, and having to wait 2 weeks, I was told that my claim had been rejected because damage to furniture is not covered. There is such a long list of items NOT COVERED for damage that I would recommend that any one sending something with parcel force check the list of the items. Absolutely disgusted with the service that they offer. The words pass the buck springs to mind.

Latest surcharge I have been charged for by them is for to much tape,wow stoped using plastic wrap as was charged for that I send 3 parcels a day,used dpd today as its getting silly with parcel force

Parcel shipped to the United Kingdom then blocked by Parcel Force in exchange for taxes / handling fees: impossible to reach a competent advisor either by phone or by email, and finally the parcel will not be returned but lost (or worse) in a depot. They ask me to contact the French post office to open a claim, it's nonsense, the worst carrier I have ever seen !!!

Driver dropped calling card through door. We have just moved in and bell doesnt work and I was on 2nd floor. Luckily I caught the driver and said you just left the card..is there a parcel to which he very rudely, abruptly and arrogantly said I knocked on the door. (he didnt) and tried the bell (which granted doesnt work). When he gave me the parcel I said there was really no need for such bad attitude to which he just walked off without saying a word. Quite frankly a disgraceful attitude. We will be posting this publicly on Twitter etc, as I'm sick and tired or bad attitudes on a regular basis for absolutely no reason apart from the person is completely arrogant.. I run my own business and I would not want people like this in my organisation whatsoever.

Please!!!! Stay away from them!!!!!!! They lost a figurine worth £400 that i sent to germany and when i submitted a claim they wasted my time for 3 months requiring documentation and today, 3 months later they told me they refuse to compensate me and i paid extra for insurance when i sent the parcel!!!!!!! Now on top of everything my customer is angry and is never going to buy anything from me again thanks to them. Be warned!!!!!

pain in the a.....s I am sure it isn't the case with all of the drivers but the one that was supposed to deliver my parcel is ......idiot- as not first time I had FANTASTIC experience with parcelforce I've been waiting on the balcony for the driver to arrive. Once I spotted the car I ran straight down to get my parcel however he left already!!!! I called the customer service and told what happened and been told they'll get him to turn around and get back. Never happened Girl from customer service called me and she said the driver couldn't FIND THE ADDRESS???????WTF?????????? how can you not find the address where you've been few hours before? One big block of flats in the town and he can't find a way back???? so he dropped it in local post office. So I asked fore redelivery as it is only open till 2PM and I work till 5 so the lady on the phone confirmed that for the next day. Obviously nothing happened the next day so I called them - been told that it wasn't booked for next day but for the day after. which was today. So again I've been waiting and nothing happened again. So I called them again what's going on. been told it is scheduled for today so I gave them bit more info to get it in time before the post office closes and again been told it will be collected in time. They even took my number again. obviously nothing happened - so I called again to find out it has been rescheduled for next week?????? now how do you call that LEVEL OF SERVICE???? How I call it I can't post as it would be deleted.

I tried to send a package with them in September of 2020 that never arrived at its destination. I contacted several times and was told several times that things were moving slower due to COVID before they finally admitted they have no idea where my package is even though I sent it tracked. It's now April of 2021 and I'm just trying to get a refund for the package they lost but all I've been told for months is "We sincerely apologise for the lack of contact from our Claims department- I have emailed them this morning to request they contact you as soon as possible." While their customer service team is usually quick to respond, they clearly have no power to resolve the situation themselves and are essentially just middlemen.

I have contacted parcel force so many times regarding a parcel I had posted on the 2st of Desember 2020!!! They damaged my parcel and they still carry out investigation to see what has happened with the parcel...they delivery it to Madway Depot and back to National Hub many times witout for reasons ... Actually THEY DO NOTHING ....They also repead: ohh, so sorry, we can't hepl you..... Now my package has been with them since January 23 and is not sent to the recipient still! I think they stole my package... Terrible service... irresponsible staff employees incompetent to track a parcel let alone to deliver it.

Absolutely abysmal service!!! Arranged for a parcel to be collected over a week ago and NO DRIVER TURNS UP. I've spoken to the online help 7 times now each time they promise it will be collected the next day and promise to upgrade my service. STILL NO DRIVER AGAIN! I've asked to speak to someone in charge but apparently they don't have anyone in charge or any phone number to complain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just to add after speaking to a supervisor tonight apparently the guaranteed delivery doesn't mean the delivery is guaranteed it actually means if your parcel is not delivered at the right time they will give you your money back. Not sure if that is false advertising, it's not a great business ethic to work to. My reference number is PFW3121162 my order was placed 03/11/2020 it's now 17/11/2020 and my parcel still hasn't been collected.

Parcelforce collected my parcel and then 'lost' it at their depot, it took 6 weeks of very frustrating effort to file my claim, there is no email address to chase, I had to tweet them to get it, I eventually got a fraction of it's value back from them, a terrible experience, they have nothing but contempt for their customers believing that as they are part of the 'Royal Mail' they have a God-given right to our business, deeply arrogant and offensive. Use at your own peril!

Second day of futile waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Parcelforce - again no door bell rang but noted "unsuccessful delivery attempt" - this appears to be a recurrent theme in the Aberdeen area - so perhaps simply admit that you can't actually deliver so we can plan to pick up the parcel from the depot from the start rather than waste our time waiting unnecessarily at home - DHL /UPS have been straightforward in comparison

My parcel has now returned to the depot twice! Should have been delivered yesterday morning around 11 am but it was returned to depot. Out for delivery today, should have been here between 2-3. Returned to depot again!! Annoyed that I've been home for 2 days and still no delivery. Do any of these people know how to use a doorbell?

After stating the parcel was delivered with my signature I enquired as there was no parcel and neither had I signed for it. 8 days later and calls made everyday with little or no progress. Parcel Force employ agency workers who do not necessarily use GPS or photograph the delivery as DPD do. Therefore, very hard to trace if a parcel goes missing...in this case a 140 pound pair of trainers. Each call I make it's the same answer, talk to the General Manager, we will escalate (not one courtesy call made to me). Bottom line is they don't know where my parcel is. Would suggest avoiding them if you are sending a valuable item! Im sure the agency driver is enjoying his new trainers :-)

Today I received a parcel delivered by Parcelforce. It arrived exactly as promised, delivered by a very pleasant chap. The communication beforehand was excellent and spot on. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone. A very happy customer.

Parcel sent on 48 hrs delivery, card put through when recipient was in and after that it went missing!! Was told it was damaged, then weakened, then is was returned to sender, then out for delivery, then back at original depot!!! Christmas presents still not delivered and unable to claim as do I put lost or damaged? Customer services and the depot useless just keep giving lipservice with no results. Online complaints told me to contact the depot which I have done daily (half an hour on hold)! Wasn't cheap to send either. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered my rugs from Wayfair. It has been at the Depot since the 16th of December. I have had no delivery. I've been given the run around. I was transferred to the Depot and the Depot never answered. An automated service transferred me back to customer service. Parcel Force is not fit for purpose. They do not adhere to timely deliveries and no consideration for when persons have adjusted their time to receive a delivery. I am happy Wayfair is going to use a different courier service because of the abhorrent service and complaints. I still have not received my package.

This parcel was not delivered even though both my wife and I were at home at the time a card was put in our mail box. Neither were my delivery instructions followed. Instead I was required to go and join a long queue at the Post Office to collect. I resent paying for a service which is not provided.

24 hour delivery. Wish I could give zero stars! What a joke of a company. How are they allowed to continue to trade? I can't believe all the negative reviews on here (well, I can, but can't believe they haven't done anything about it!). Customer service operator should not be employed in customer services, she sounded like a complete ****, she was no help at all. She blamed the sender, saying they hadn't sent the items. I know this to be untrue, and even received an email from them saying it was on its way! I paid for 24hour delivery, but obviously not received it! They just have no concern for customer satisfaction, and they are couldn't care less about the service you receive. Given the choice I would have avoided these incompetent clowns, but the company I ordered from unfortunately had little choice due to timing. You would think that with all the negative reviews they'd up their game... What a load of ****. My advise, AVOID! I always use DPD or even Hermes at a push. Both cheaper, and 100% more reliable. Of course you expect unforeseen incidents, but to be spoken to by a nasty customer services agent, takes the ****! They have one job to do, and they can not do it properly. I seriously hope they cease trading and fold the company. Pathetic. The reviews on this site speak volumes. Seriously, why haven't Parcelforce done anything about their shocking service? Not even an apology to any of the dissatisfied customers who have reviewed them. Shame on you Parcelforce.

The inefficiency of this debacle has to be experienced to be believed. They are desperately incompetent. I was expecting a bike to be delivered last Friday. I booked a day off work in order to receive it. I rang them for an approximate del time and was told it had gone to the wrong depot so I won't be receiving it. after a brief discussion I was assured it would be delivered today (19/08/19) I rang them earlier today for info re delivery. Again after taking another day off work and this time their incompetency has sank even lower as I was told they didn't know when I would receive it. She said she would ring me back later today with an update. She didn't bother. In fact on both occasions when I have rang them their attitude at best has been inconsiderate, dismissive and with a laissez-faire attitude. Nonchalant to the extreme. I felt as though they are so used to providing a rubbish service that my situation is quite normal to them. In future I will check with all suppliers to find out who is responsible for delivery and if it's PARCELFORCE I will order from a different supplier. Beware of this company!!

such a bad delivery company i had an item being delivered by parcel force which was not my choice as they've let me down before , and the item needed to be received on a certain day as it was a birthday present so when they e mailed me asking where to deliver i clicked the option 'with a neighbour ' as they could not specify a time . When i got in there was a note saying they had attempted to deliver to me but was unable so i called their depot only to be told that it had now been delivered to a local post office but that it was open until 8pm This put me out massively as then i had to drive to this depot only to find out that it closed at 5pm . I called the original depot to complain and they said that they would get a manager to contact me ..... but as i suspected , that call never came . I had too then go to the birthday party with no present , and then return to the persons house the following day to give it . All in all it was a total nightmare experience and they are not the slightest bit bothered about the inconvenience Will never use them or recommend them Avoid at all costs
