“Terrible service never again!!!”

Never ever order anything from this company, we ordered a table and chairs and we were waiting 2 months and it still never arrived, they took money out of our account and kept us on hold over an hour at a time, all of the staff members were rude, never ever order from this company, the managers were rude and even when we went to the complaint department they were rude!!!!!!… Read Full Review

“Dreadful Company to Deal With”

Trying to get a rug cancelled was I thought easy,when it turned up, we had to take it to the depot ourselves. Still waiting for a refund, trying to get through to them is a nightmare, keeping you holding on or putting phone down, I have now written two letters, as they still have not got this rug back since 21st July!!!! And I have a Hermes receipt for it. My hubby is going to his solicitor, we are totally fed up with this Company and who needs all the hassle. I will never order from them… Read Full Review

I didn't want a credit account, just pay upfront for what I wanted to order. Now got a adverse credit check against me….why? Never been in debt and don't need credit to buy £50 of goods. I saw an item on their site at a good price. I filled in the order form, and wanted to pay with my debit card. This was refused, and when I phoned them, they said I had to open a credit account with them. I don't like credit, I like to pay in one transaction. However, this was not agreeable to them, so I have ordered the item I wanted on Amazon at the same price, no problem. Studio must be a rich company to be able to refuse customers with ready cash. despite showing the item I had ordered having been despatched I received an e mail with a credit note saying item out of stock, contacted customer services to be told I would have to wait 14 days for a refund for them to verify and process, they took the money from my card and never supplied anything, what is there to verify. “OUt of Stock!”

Although I have sometimes received goods on time, there are times, and now is one where they have been "out of stock, awaiting supplies from the supplier". This has happened with a rug I ordered two months ago, and they are still awaiting stock. In the meantime,I ordered another one, which arrived in two days from a different company. “Absolute disgrace”

Absolute disgrace in terms of dealing with faulty goods and customer complaints, still have no idea when faulty goods will be removed from my property and more importantly a refund issued. Having now raised several complainants with this company and having been charged twice to deal with faulty goods, I have to advise people to stay clear, they truly are a shocking company to have any dealings with. Hi there, I am having the exact same issue with studio myself, i ordered a dressing table that was showing in stock on the website, only once i had booked this, it came up saying there was a 6-8 week wait as it was out of stock.

When i finally recieved this it was badly damaged, i contacted them and they advised it would be picked up the next day. They also asked if i wanted to reorder the item, i originally said yes but 10 minutes later called to cancel as i had a bad feeling. They told me that was fine but low and behold a week later this arrived.

To cut a long story short i now have 2 dressing tables waiting to be collected, it has been ongoing for around 6 weeks, i have had various phone calls/ promises but nothing has been collected and i still have £400 on my account.

I am going to contact the financial omburdsman if i have not had any movement by next week!

I have never had such an appalling online shopping experience as I have had with Studio! I ordered a dining room table and chairs set which arrived a week late with no notice. Upon opening it I could see that the table itself was covered in damage. It had scratches, chunks gouged out of it, splinters of wood hanging off. I tried to spend my hard earned cash buying clothes for my teenage daughter. When trying to place an order a credit check was done to open an account and subsequently denied even though I was not applying for credit i wanted to pay cash!! Do not purchase anything from studio. Be warned!!!! I purchased a sofa and set of dining table and chairs. All items arrived fine but the sofa leg was broken so i had to return it. Before delivery they requested payment which i made of £343.37 minimum as the total was £699. I returned the sofa, when i called they confirmed they had received it and will refund me in 14 days. I have spent hours over the past few days trying to place an order with studio. I needed an item that was personalized so I stuck with it against my better judgement.
