“Bad shoes ”

I bought a pair of shoe for my daughter. when she wore them they cut her feet at the back they were bleeding and very sore. I took the shoe to the shop and explained the problem do one was bothered.l was told to go and dispose them my self coz is not there responsibility l walked out and left the shoe at the counter. We all like good price they offer but is it really worth it. My daughter had to walk bare footed for few days

I often shop in Shoezone, Broadmead, Bristol and have always had a very good experience with the staff there. They are always very polite, friendly and helpful. Their shoes are very reasonably priced and they also have a wide range of vegan shoes - which I appreciate being vegetarian myself.

I am pleased with my purchases,but the staff were very unfriendly. Having worked in retail myself being polite to your customer is very important. Twice I smiled at her and twice she glared back at me! Come on shoezone, train your staff please.

I did not like this shop because they were rude to me when I was there and they were really unhelpful. when I asked to return something they asked me why and I told them they didn't fit but it wasn't that it was because at the back of my receipt it said they would just return it with a receipt and I had one and they also asked for my address and when I asked they said that if you don't give me my address they wouldn't give me a refund and I still didn't know why they asked for my address if you know can you please tell me why

“disgusting customer service!!!”

Went to exchange a pair of school shoes for my son, i had the reciept and did not want my money back. He had only had them 5 weeks and the alot of the stitching came away at the top of the shoe. I got hurled with abusive of the sales assistant, and basically got told my son should not of worn the shoes???? I was bewildered. Its the first time ive ever had to exchange a pair of shoes from shoezone but i will NOT be shopping in there again!

I have been buying a shoe for a long time which is very comfortable. Went to my Stroud store and could not find it on shelf. On a weekend in Burnham on Sea i found the store there could not find it. A member of staff asked if she could help, told her my problem and she found it on the system. They did not have it but she found that my store in stroud had two pairs. then she rang and asked them to put them by for me. I am sending this to you because i was impressed by her service and help and she is to be congratulated for her good service.

“poor customer service”

purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter at 10am this morning she tried them on after school at 3.30pm and was too big so at 4.26pm we returned to the store just for an exchange I didn't want a refund but was told by the supervisor shoes wasn't acceptable as had been worn outside and they had dog poo on sole !!!!! I asked for a contact number to make a complaint as I was very disappointed the way I was spoke to by this male and telling me I have dog poo in my home when I don't even own a dog !!!!customer service is very poor and I will not be purchasing another item from shoe zone

“avoid at all costs”

If i'm looking for a cheaper pair of shoes to tide me over till pay day i usually end up spending a tenner on supermarket canvas shoes but saw that shoe zone had a nice looking pair of white canvas shoes for two pound cheaper and ordered them, big mistake The good first is the free delivery which was with hermes and arrived three days before the expected delivery however, i'm always a size 9 yet they were too big for me, the platic all around the outside of the shoe was uneven and had little corners of plastic sticking out and worst of all glue had been dripped all over the end of the shoe with two thick strands, i have no idea how it passed quality control Staff were rude but let me return it for another with a eye roll, the " new " pair have bad black scuff marks on the toe and have a blop of glue sticking out where the sole meets the material, i'm not expecting them to be converse quality but these are a joke, spend literally a couple of quid more and avoid shoe zone canvas shoes at all costs

“Return postage refund”

I bought a pair of boots online which were to big so I had to return - goods were returned using Collect Plus. Shoe zone refusing to refund the cost of postage saying this is the responsibility of the customer. Really poor service when other retailers offer free returns when buying goods online. I spoke to the MD who couldn't give a dam, his attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional. Have not recommended to friends and family and urge other customers to stay well clear of this company.

“Manager.”

I went into the Crewe store in the other day. I went to the the till presuming it was the manger the elderly lady?? She didn't say hello or nothing she was doing something with the till didn't say sorry I'll be with you in a minute!! Then once she had finished doing what she was doing she asked another member of staff to serve me while she stood next to the counter and started talking to another member of staff which I thought was very rude.

It's my first time to purchase at this site. I really like their products especially the dress and shoes. I was worried that this is not legit because I have not received my order after 25 days. Yet, i contacted customer service and to my surprise they are prompt in replying to my queries and even gave me options on what they can do. So far, I'm happy and satisfied with how they communicate to their customers. I look forward to receiving my parcel and from there will make my next purchase. I shared this link to my officemates and they too are getting excited making their first order.

“Really good pair of rigger boots”

I needed a pair of boots for work and bought the black Earthworks boots from Shoezone. I wore them for about 11 hours on the 1st day and they were really comfy and sturdy. Great value for money too.

“Work place shoes”

Went back to Chelmsford shop I bought a pair of workshoes they let water in when just standing on damp workforce and were uncomfortable customer service was very bad never never go there again surprised they haven't been shut down they wouldn't refund or replace them didn't even last a day

“Use to love their walking boots but now soals have no grip”

Shoe zone walking boots have gone from being fantastic boots to now unwearable they give blisters on heel as they've changed the inner material and boots don't grip anymore as the base are not rubber anymore they are plastic

I went into the abertillery branch to purchase shoes I had seen in another store they didn't stock the ones I wanted but the staff was more than helpful to find them for me they rang numerous stores and got them for me you don't see this standard of customer service very often I will be going there again and thanks you again

I recently bought a pair of shoes from stratford shoezone and when I asked if my receipt counted as my guarantee I was told that there was no guarantee and that I could only bring back my shoes in the course of a year if I had not worn them!! When I asked about my statutory rights I was asked where I was born! when I said london they said to me they could not belive I was so polite!! I do not think this was racist but it seems they did not want to talk about my statutory rights. I left the shop no wiser about what I can do if I wear the shoes I bought and the soles or heels fall do not last a month. Can anyone advise please?
