Not sure If I should give a good review for Taylor Taylor, as then I know I will struggle to get a appointment. But on 7 Jan, had one of the best haircuts that I can remember. Anthony (Art Director) was a star, from start to finish. Have had so many compliments. Thank you

It doesn't happen very often but I think I might have stumbled across the best hairdressers in London Taylor Taylor! I have been to most of the 'major' salons in town on the recommendation of friends but have been let down on more than one occasion so I was quite reluctant (to say the least) to try yet another boutique salon!
I couldn't have been more wrong. I was greeted with a warm smile, treated like a princess and fed the most delicious bellinis a girl could ask for!! My cut and colour were lovely, my stylist was attentive and charming and I left feeling most spoilt! Lovely lovely lovely!!

I have booked with a senior stylist. When I arived I realized that my appointment was with a different person, but just assumed that he would also be 'senior', as I wanted to pay pay a little extra (I was having my hair cut for the special occasion). I have been growing my hair for a while and wanted to make sure there was enough length to have my hair cut in layers, some parts of it much shorter than the rest.
The booking was made 'online', and I received a reminder but was never told that my hair was going to be cut by a different stylist.
I am not happy with the haircut at all. I noticed straight away that the stylist was not very experinced, my hair (all of it) was cut far too short. I found out that the stylist just started working for Taylor Taylor, and when I was paying, I found out that he was not a senior stylist.
This is not the worst hair cut I ever had, but it is not very good either, and it will probably take 8-12 months for my hair to grow back to the length I wanted.
Very disappointed, and will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Taylor Taylor, London - I booked my appointment after reading the great reviews and because of the ease of booking online. However, after already being cancelled the week before, the reception failed to book me in with someone who could do full highlights and cut. I was told by the stylist that my dark roots looked good and that she could just tone them. At that point I realised I was being fed a line and said that roots at the parting look silly.It was only then that she admitted that I'd been booked for a full colour and that was why she couldn't do the roots. After telling the stylist that I wanted a shorter hair cut (my hair is curly) but I also wear it straight, she cut way too much off. It actually looks quite nice now I've styled it myself but there is no way I can wear it straight now. I am therefore disappointed and will not be recommending this salon!

My expectations were far exceeded by the way I was greeted at Taylor Taylor Hairdressers in London and also the hair cut I came away with- I was pampered with a fruit cocktail before my treatment and cannot fault any aspect of my experience at this top London Salon.

Looking on the internet for a salon is always a bit risky but stumbled across Taylor Taylor London and thought I would give it a go.

Going along to meet my stylist, she put me at ease and asked me what I would like and gave me some suggestions. Then I met a lad who washed my hair and was a real London lad, with the banter to match.

Overall I had a great hair and would suggest anyone give them a try.
