I always felt ashamed of my legs. Not only they are shapeless but they got quite thick hair too on it. I never wore short skirts and I never showed my legs (except when I had to because of gymnastic). If first used razor to get rid of them, but they became thicker and I got hurt too….a very bad experience. Then one day, I saw my older sister using that other product: smells good and very easy to apply. I also tried and found it very friendly. You just put enough cream on your legs, you wait five minutes or more and then you use the spatula to remove the cream and the hair with it. The best way is to put the cream simultaneously on each side of both legs so that you won’t lose your time. After use, your legs are very soft and smell very good. For me, hair grows after two weeks and the difference between veet and razor, it is not itching. It takes more time than when you shave but the result is better. You have three types: 1- lotus milk and jasmine (pink colour box for normal skin), 2- wheat germ oil and orchid (blue colour box for sensitive skin), 3- Shea butter and lily (green colour box for dry skin). I didn’t know these types at the beginning. I just chose according to the scent.

I tried this product a while ago because I'm like so many women out there I got sick of shaving so I gave it a try. It was a mistake I should have thought because I have sensitive skin and I'm allergic to certain creams that I might have a reaction. I ended up having a reaction not a tiny one either it burnt my skin I was in pain for almost two weeks my skin was red it killed. I never used it again I went back to shaving, I say if you have sensitive skin are like me have allergies to certain creams stay away. If you don't have reactions to creams and aren't sensitive and this cream works for you I apologize ,but I didn't have a good experience with this cream.

this week i used veet hair removal and i was satisfied by it..!! i used veet for normal skin in my armpits and it was really good.... once my friend told dat it was not at all good and recommended me to use Anne French but hopefully veet was better... it made my skin soft and somewhat less itchy. one drawback was that it has a foul smell and in 1st use some hairy roots are left behind :B i don't know about its time period...how long its going to last***

veet is a very good hair removal product it is awesome and horrible at the same time. its awesome beccaausse..it gets rid of mostly all of your hair on your legs annnnd it is very convient wen u dont have a razor and u need to shave your legs badd:0 also it is horrible because it has a stench tht smells like throwup and poop ..(srry veet makers) its also very slippery in the shower making it hard to move around pick up the soap and other necessary things tht u do in the shower. i would recomend this to ppl tht dnt really have to shave their legs ever week the hair usually stays gone for about two weeks. well depending on ur genes ..how fast ur hair grows. i usually have to buy another bottle about every two months . hope you enjoy!!

I used this product today for the very first time. Lets begin at the beginning: I bought it. It was pretty expensive, 7,99 for just 100 ml. It was t he first time i ever used something like this, and it said 'read the instruction before use' on it. The only thing was, it had no manual anywhere. It said i should let it work for 5 minutes. I used pretty much of the cream. I tried to scrape it off with the scraper, but: - The hairs didn't came off -The cream dried, wich made it hard to scrape away. I decided to let it sit for one more minute. After that minute it worked a little better, but i still had stubbles all over my legs. Then the smell: AWFUL!! It smells ok first, but its very gross on my skin. When i rinsed my legs, there remained a weird feeling greasy, annoying layer on my skin. It felt so weird! Its still there and its driving me crazy. On my arms, where i've let it work for 8 minutes, the hairs are totally away but they smell awful and have red spots on them, and they're itchy...I wont use this again, for a few reasons: -Its expensive -It smells awful -You need SO much for a little result (i nearly finished mine by doing arms and legs) -It makes my arms greasy. -It doesnt remove my hairs or makes my skin red.

this is one of the worst creams out there. At first few tries it made my skin soft but the last try was horrible. I followed all the instructions but after 6 mins (thats the time your suppose to leave it on) it left my sift having red dots which looked like I had I bad case of rash. It hurts a lot. Its funny oh the models on the ad seem to maybe tried it so many times but it didn't do anything do the legs. Stupid camera affect. Lastly I would like to say it didn't work for me but you give it a try after talking to your doctor. Before buying this make sure to read the label and be sure about the purchase.

That happened to me once with Nair. It happens when you leave the cream on even five seconds too long. That's probably what happened to you.
And yes, commercials lie. I thought this was common knowledge...

I read the back of the box and it actuallys says three minutes

I bought Veet Hair removal cream for my 12 years old daughter because she really wanted to shave her legs and they were somewhat hairy. Since I wasn't comfortable with her using a razor my friend recommended "Veet" because thats what she started out her daughters with. Last night we gave it try and it worked amazingly. Her legs are now hairless and SO soft!!! She will definatly be using "Veet" for a while. I highly recommend this product to anybody!

I two have bought this cream for my daughter. She has just turned twelve and is self consious about her hairy legs but after reading the precautions and a few of the other reviews i am worried that she may be to young to use it or it may hurt a lot. As you have used it could you fill me in.

What colour box did you use? My daughter wants to use veet as well but doesnt know what colour works best.

I bought this product just yesterday to give it a try and its fantastic! I didn't think it would work because it is just cream, but it works perfectly! All your hair is removed within a few minutes and there's no pain whatsoever! Brilliant!!

I love Veet hair removal cream! My skin was soft and smooth on my legs and I can't stop feeling my legs! I bought the sensitive one (even though my skin isn't sensitive!)and it was amazing! I had to try it somewhere else, so I did my under arms! Before you use it, you should test a bit of it on the part of your body you're treating, just in case you have any allergies! Don't shave or wax, just buy Veet! I was about to start waxing but I'm never going to touch that wax stuff, ever! I would recommend it to everyone! I didn't rad the packet when I bought it, but I read it at home and it said to test it on a small part of your body for 24 hours! I didn't do that but nothing bad happened! I would recommend you buy it from a Superdrug if you have one near you because they sell it at a nice price! I don't understand the other remarks people are making about Veet Hair Removal Cream making them itch or go scabby, I haven't experienced any of these things! Also, people have been saying the smell isn't very nice, it does smell strange, but it's not a horrible smell! Use Veet Hair Removal Cream, because I'm rubbing my legs right now and I can't stop! They feel wonderful!

Do you think you could use this Veet hair removal cream for your bikini line too, or do you have to get a specific bikini hair removal cream for that? Or something..I'm seriously considering getting this for my legs as shaving does not last long and is a pain, also how long is it before your hairs start growing back on your legs after using Veet? :) Ta!

I bought the normal Veet hair removal cream lotion for $7.99. I left the hair removal lotion on for 5 minutes (it says 10 minutes is the max on the bottle,) but recommended that 3 minutes is good enough. It removes the hairs amazingly. It left my legs smooth and silky feeling! The bad thing about this product is that it left my skin feeling itchy, causing scars. I didn't even scratch, but I had scars. I went to the doctors, and they told me I have sensitive skin. So I bought the sensitive skin removal cream. Same exact thing happened! It left me with a permanent scar. So if you have sensitive skin, I recommend you not to buy it. If you don't, you're lucky! D:

The Veet hair removal cream works pretty good, but the only thing is that it smells really bad. Lots of people judge products by its smell, so if it smelled better, alot more people would've been attracted to it.

I don't know what everyone is talkinb about. I got Veet cream and used it right away. I left it on about 6 minutes and I used it everywhere. Arms, legs, arm pits, bikini. It left some little hairs behind but no rash, no irritation, and wonderfully smooth skin. The next day I used it again (yes i know it says to wait 72 hours) and it removed the rest of the hair that was previously left behind. I love it. Now that I am hair free, I am using it every few days just to prevent regrowth. So much better than shaving and waxing! Love it!

Um, i don't really like this product. I bought it and used it instantly, after washing off and use of spatula, still have some hairs left. After I used it, i got a burning sensation and i just applied cool water. But soon after that, I had small red dots, like a rash on my legs. I used the dry skin one, i should try a different brand or the sensitive version. My friend used NAIR and she didnt get a rash at all. I would have liked to b able and get the sensitive skin one. But awell.

I just used Veet for dry shin removal cream on my legs and bikini line, the result was fantastic. It was my first try using this product and over all I was very happy, no rashes at all and all hair removed...will be using again:)

I should have stuck with NAIR. I was actually looking for good old NEET and when with its rhyming counterpart VEET. Not really satisfied. It said to keep the cream on for 3 minutes so I kept it on for 4 and it didn't remove everything so now I will wear pants for the next 3 days so that I can do it again. THANKS!!

Used the veet ready to use wax strips for sensitive skin. Found the product to be extremely disappointing, the strips removed only a few hair strands, although I followed the instructions to the letter. Most annoyingly, the wax left my skin feeling extremely sticky, the finish wipe helped me get rid of this problem, however the small size of the wipe suggests that the packet is intended to be used for one sitting only...what if one plans to wax over a few sittings at one's convenience? Isn't that the whole point of waxing at home?!!

I used it...and ahh.
it didn't remove all of the hair, it was smooth in some places, stumbly in others and just terrible in the rest :/
Ohh dear.
Do you think maybe this was because i didn't apply enough?
Also...on the box it says wait 74 hours between applications...but it's so terrible and i've got a biggg date with my bf of 6 months tomorrow :/
Should i re-use it, whats the worst that can happen...someone...help me please?

it wasnt bad- it made my legs visibly smoother, but didnt get all of them out- i had to go along my leg and remove lots of hairs. they were only very fair and easy to remove, and hardly noticeable. i liked how easy it was to apply and remove after a short length of 3 mins.

I am very happy using Veet hair removing cream , but i insist to to launch a hair removing soap rather than cream. customers will be very happy using soap rather cream.

today i used veet hair removal spray (sensitive). i did the patch test and left it on for 9 mins, it worked very well (better than i thought i would). i thought that i didnt cost much as i got it while it was on offer. over all i think i will start using this more often as it has worked very well.:)

I really liked this product, Veet hair removal spray as it did remove hair in an easier way
However there were a few problems with it!
I had been camping the week before and had got loads of bug bites
I forgot that it said do not spray on any irritated areas and the not meaning to i sprayed it on my bites.
The annoying thing about it is after you remove the cream it rubs of the top layer of your bite and also skin this makes your legs feel like hell
This means that if you have a good than (like i did before)
It all rubs of and makes your body go white at first i thought it was the blood flow but after 20 minutes it had made no difference what so ever
It does also leave a few hairs behind! Which is not a good look if you are swimming or wearing shorts
There was a good point though it is alot safer than using a rozor as you can not cut yourself with a sharp blade!!
I would buy this but read the instructions properly before use
I am only a 12 year old so i do not know if your opinion will be the same as mine!
