After looking at many other reviews about how bad this product is i decided to go ahead and try it for myself anyway. It has completely surprised me! great product left my skin smooth with absolutely no redness or bumps. Even used it on my upper lip though the warnings said not too but again was perfect. so happy with the results :)

So i buy this piece of bad thinking its good, oh Lord did i get that wrong. I don't know why the creators advertise such a bad products. It does not work on most of us. So basically, i started to use it, and not only did it leave a scar on me, but it smelled horrible. It still has not gone away and i can truly say that i am VERY disappointed with this product, and veet's overall products. They are absolutely horrible and do not remove any hair. Unless you have a war in pulling and tugging and constantly re applying it. SHAME ON VEET.

i used the cream as directed and it barely took any hair off as well it gave me a horrible red rash and burning sensation all over both my legs even though immediately afterwards i had a shower and thoroughly washed my legs off with soap it has been 12 hours since then and the INTENSE burning continues, this experience has really turned me off of ALL hair removal products, i think if i ever try again i will just use shaving cream although that is not designed for legs ANYTHING seems better than this was

The product itself is really great. There's just one thing bothering me.. the smell. It says the odor is like velety rose but it smells terrible. The smell is really chemical-ly and every time I use it, it stinks up my bathroom. And I recommend not wetting your leg before you put the cream on the the cream can adhere to your leg better. The first time I used the cream, my leg hair was extremely abundant and on the packaging it says to NOT go more than 6 minutes but since I tested a little patch on my leg when 6 minutes were up and nothing came up, feel free to put it on for about 10 minutes but NO LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES. And when the time is up, you can take a wet washcloth and scrub it up and down your body until the hair lets go. Sometimes, hair falls off on its own when you just rise it in the bathtub, but usually you really need to scrub. Overall, I'd say Veet Hair Removal cream works pretty well on sensitive skin and removes lots of hair within 10 minutes but the smell is disgusting and sometimes unbearable. I'd give this product a 4/5 stars. I hope this review helped you.

I was really worried about this cream due to the many bad reviews especially relating to irritation and allergic reactions. My skin is so sensitive I am allergic to so many creams! But not this one! I put it on for about 7 or 8 mins (bikini line) and afterwards it was really smooth! It felt like I was going to get a rash as it went a little red but as soon as I put moisturiser on it I was fine! I am so relieved! Why would you bother with the pain of waxing when you can use this! Thanks so very much veet! You have made me even more excited for summer!! Don't hesitate! Just buy it!!

I bought the Veet bikini cream with the little spatula because I get major shaving rash and I was willing to try anything to stop it! I absolutely loved Veet! I left it on for just under 10 minutes (if you exceed 10 minutes its obviously going to do damage! It warns you on the box. Leaving it on longer won't make it smoother just painful) and I didn't put it on any areas I know are extra sensitive and once I'd relaxed for 10 mins it took the hair off soo easy! And it came out really smooth Such a good buy! Will definitely use it again :) Don't understand all the bad review to be honest... It could be a bit cheaper but that's not a deal breaker! Emma

well I already tried it, but on my legs you know ? So I decided to use the facial hair removal ! My mum told me not to do it, but as a stupid teenage girl I didn't listen and bought it. I did exactly like the directions said to do it and it wasn't so bad. The place was red and kind of burned for 10 minutes, but it was worth the itself area was perfect hair clear, smooth and the hair didn't grow as thick and it was kind of clear at first. I redid it but this time let it on for 30 seconds more than they told me to and the effect was horrible! The hair was off but it took off a little bit of skin on some areas and it was red for 2 hours and burned a little! I'm writing actual having this story right now cuz I'm living it !!! so you judge do you want to !

I just use the facial hair removal cream, and it is a horrible product!!! It left stubble and it burns, but at the same time it is numb. I will not use this product again, in fact it has gotten me to not want to use any hair removal cream. I will go out to buy wax strips instead. I have read earlier reviews, and it worries me that I might be stuck with a red upper lip for a while. I am not happy at all with this product. I hope that someone reads this review before buying the product.

So you've probably seen all of the bad review titles, as did I! I used this cream for my toes because I just kept on forgetting to shave my toes when I'm in the shower so I had nothing to lose, (only the hair on my toes!) and gave it a try. Whilst it was on, after five minutes I read the reviews and then lost hope in it so I wiped it off with kitchen roll, and the hairs came off inside the cream! Now I was pretty impressed, although maybe it only works for smaller areas. Either way I will still use it and recommend it!

This product is horrible. I have now tried it on three different occasions and left it on for 9-10 minutes as directed, giving the product more and more each time because the first few times, it did not seem to be working. However, not only does the product not remove any hair whatsoever, after it is fully removed, the skin which had the product on it itches like crazy. The cream also has an odd odor, which does not make the product very desireable. After about a half hour of completely removing the product, the itching spreads. A lot. The first time I used it I only put on a quarter sized spot to make sure I didn't have a reaction, but soon, my entire leg itched. Finally, I have to put so much on (the bottle requires you to put on a "thick" layer; they didn't mention by thick they meant about half the bottle) that after only three uses, more than half the bottle is gone. Veet hair removal is also expensive; for a tiny bottle, it was almost ten dollars! Seriously, do not waste your money. If you're worried about razor bumps, I use Skintimate shaving cream and my regular Venus razor, and have not ever gotten razor bumps from it.

I have used this product on 3 different occasions and find that it leaves stubble. In addition, and I do not have sensitive skin, it begins to burn within the first minute of application. And, the burning does not stop, irregardless of how long you wash and rinse it off, for 2 days afterwords. I have tried another major brand(NA-R) of hair removal cream and found that it didn't leave the stubble, although it still caused some burning. If you must use hair removal cream and can handle the burning sensation, then use the other brand simply because it doesn't leave the stubble which leaves you hair free for much longer!

I agree with the above statement. ^^ The exact same thing happened to me. Burning and left stubble and I left it on for the full 6 minutes. I have tried Neet one other time and that seemed to work a lot better. I don't remember that leaving stubble at all.

i used veet facial hair removal about 3 years ago and as directed did a patch test prior to treatment which all went fine however once applied to my upper lip it started to burn...i immediately took it off and although i couldnt see anything at that time the following day it looked like i had a reddish/brown moustache where i had been burnt!!! now 3 years on and fully healed i have been left with hypermigmentaion and although improved from 3 years ago i still have the appearance if a moutsache which is actually from my skin darkening around the upper lip and not hair...im devastated and have been using hyroquinone ever since but still it has not gone...if anyone knows of anything that could help please let me know.

I used Veet to remove the hair (little sideburns). Not so attractive when your a girl. Within a couple of minutes it was burning and was red for a week. Now I have bumps on my skin that are not going away. This product is very scary and no one should use it.

I used Veet for the first time. I did the 24hr patch test & had no reaction, soI tried doing my legs, within 1-2mins of having it on my legs started burning & hurting like heck, I immediately removed the cream & saw I was bleeding from some of spots where my hair was & my legs turned an awful red color like a cooked lobster, so I rinsed with cool watet & noticed I have awful burn blisters all over my legs, from top to bottom. I can barely walk wearing anything that rubs against. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone. I am going to my Dr., getting my legs checked & taking further action. This product is NOT safe for anyone!

I always got razor bumps form shaving so i went online and saw some positive reviews for veet.I bought it and then put it on for 10 mins. The cost wasn't worth it after seeing how much i ended up having to use.Plus they never tell you to put it on using the scraper which is what works best. After the 10 mins, I started to scrape it off but no hair was coming with it.So I got in the shower and used my loofa to help take it offand that helped. I noticed it didn't work very well on my under arm and bikini area. It was good on my legs and arms, but after I showered, I noticed a huge rash forming all over my uper arm. It was really sore and I couldn't even move my arm and then it bled a little. I put some diaper cream on it and that really helped the pain. Now i'm going to take an allergy tablet, rinse it with cold water, give it an oatmeal bath and put some cortizone cream on it. Now I will only use it on my legs.

I used it under my arms and 2 minutes into it the burning was so intense it took my breath away!! Its made my skin peel off, i cant do anything now, they hurt so much everytime i move my arms. Im not sleeping because of the pain. Im goin to doctors about this, then takin it further, this shouldnt have happened. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone its not safe

I did a test patch 24 hours before use as instructed, with no skin reaction. The next day, within 1 minute of applying Veet to my underarms, I felt intense burning pain. I washed the cream off immediately and rinsed my skin for 15 minutes under cool running water, but am left with painful burns under my arms. I've used other hair removal creams in the past without any problems, but Veet has left me with serious chemical burns. I will be making a complaint about this product- it is clearly unsafe: DO NOT USE IT.

What's a really good cream that works? I've used the one by Sally Hansen and it doesn't really have an effect...

I bought a veet for sensitive skin. It is the worst product ever! My skin got irritated, turns red and got plenty of red little bumps. It hurts like hell. :(
