I had apprehensions about using Destinology since I tend to stay on the safe side and only book through Virgin or British Airways however after booking my multi centre holiday through Destinology I would only book through them again. Evan was patient and professional and helped me source a great holiday in keeping with my 5 star requests on a budget to New York and Mexico. I changed my mind about hotels about a million times before I booked but he always had ideas about the best hotels and when I had booked, he even made sure I knew about visa requirements and contacted the hotel to try and get some extras, Great service from Evan!

We booked with Destinology (only hotel) a trip to Orlando for Christmas to celebrate also the 3rd birthday of my daughter. We were travelling from Switzerland and we managed to arrive in Orlando only midnight December 22nd. We headed to the address that the voucher from Destinology was mentioning. We arrived there around 1am December 23rd. When we went to the front desk to check-in, we were informed that there was no reservation with our name and that they are not working with Destinology. We tried to call Destinology, using the number for emergencies. Nobody was picking up. We were trying like crazy to find out hotel without any success. And all this with a 3-year old kid that was extremely tired and wanted to rest. We didn't give up calling Destinology, as we couldn't find any place to stay. Finally, at 3:30am, someone answered, but the line was interrupted. Then trying to call again was impossible for another 15min, as the system was "too" busy. I managed to talk finally with someone around 4am, and informed me that will call me back. He called me back after 10min, saying that Destinology is working on that. Finally after 15min, I received by email the RIGHT information: instructions, telephone numbers of the US agency, etc. And we made it to our home only at 5-5:30am. This was the worst experience I ever had with any of my reservations. Destinology for me now is on the black list.

My second booking with Peter Sallis, who really provides very high standards of customer care and a highly personalised service. Destinology seem to have it right - great prices, great holiday options you can price up yourself online, good advice if needed, then great personal service to get it booked in one phone call. Bruce was calm, efficient and patient with my constantly changing requirements. Scott Dunn made great promises but never called back, travel bag "lost" my call twice and failed to come up with anything suitable. Destinology far outstrips the competition in terms of service. A very professional experience throughout! The travel consultant was very friendly and helpful, she matched other prices I'd been offered, and arranged a lower deposit. This will be the 4th time we've been to Dubai, but the first time that we've used Destinology and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Having generally booked family holidays on line you tend to forget what a difference a good agent can make to your life! I have booked many holidays through Destinology. The class of service I have recevied compared to highstreet travel agents is a cut above the rest. The agents pay attention to detail, happy to make suggestions on flights/hotels etc... they even suggest travelling on different dates to save money! All the holidays I have booked through Destinology have been out of this world.

Very happy with the booking service. We travelled with Destinology last year and there were some communication breakdowns, so that I would have given 3 stars then. However, this year, as returning customers, the staff member we dealt with was extremely helpful, even sending emails with possible itineraries to us when they were meant to be on annual leave. We asked for quite a few quotes, as we weren't quite sure about dates, how long we wanted to stay, and flight class, but nothing was too much trouble. Our travel consultant also checked various things with other departments and even with the hotel abroad. Overall, we are happy to recommend Destinology and may easily book with them again.
