As a reseller customer of 34SP if I find I need advice to keep my customers web sites and email accounts running smoothly, it is always there. I find the 34SP support staff respond quickly and with accurate and helpful advice. It makes little difference if I raise a suport ticket or call their telephone helpline, the repsonse is always spot on. “Help with ftp access”

I had a problem accessing my ftp and generated a ticket on the support system for help. I had a prompt email reply but had had to go out in the meantime. Through a number of emails 34SP suggested a way to deal with me not having the information they needed at hand and then proceeded to solve the problem before I got home in a very friendly and accessible way. When things are going fine, all ISPs are the same. It's when things go wrong that the good ISPs shine. I had a problem where my mailserver appeared to be under sporadic attack from some unknown software on some device occasionally connecting to my WiFi. The ISP software was protecting itself by temporarily preventing access to mail for minutes at a time. A few weeks ago, the person responsible for our website design, hosting, emails and account payments died tragically. I was recommended 34sp by a course tutor at a course in Brighton. As I believed that all hosting/domain sites were probably all the same, I went for it. I now have about 10 domains with them, of which five are also hosted by them. Regarding hosting issues– there are none. The way to tell the quality of the company is not the blandishments and inducements offered when they're looking to sign you up as a customer, but how they treat their customers when things go wrong. Hi, sorry to hear about your less than great experience. Please drop an email to our support team marked FAO Stuart (me) so I can review this for you. Your experience of our service sounds like something is amiss.

The load (contention) on our shared systems is actually going down, rather than up - and is now the lowest it has been in the better part of a decade. Indeed, most of our professional servers run far ahead of our internal 99.5% uptime target; of course there are some that might miss this from time to time, but we correct any broad issues quite quickly. Also, our reseller solution is containerized, not shared, so again, there does sound to be a communication issue here.

If you can drop the email into us as I mentioned, I am sure I can ensure your issues are addressed.
