Great valve for money, excellent customer service (I got my problem sorted just 30mins after contacting and that was after 10pm on a Friday evening). Used numerous hosting companies but none are this good.

Too quick to suspend account leaving me in a serious position where I needed to access my email but could not! Will shortly changing back to previous provider

5quid host customer support is amongst the best I have ever experienced. They are always really quick to respond to queries, and in my case, emergency account upgrade requests. I built and manage the website for a friend's hobby, and have limited experience, but 5quid host made the whole process of hosting the website really simple. I have recommended them to a family member who wanted to build a website for a club he's part of and he also found them to be great! 10/10!

It seems sensible when there is an upgrade order to direct payment requests to the given email address that is not likely to be subject to a 'full quota' restriction. We were unable to get in to retrieve that request this last time!

Blimey! Can't believe how fast I've been setup with a hosting service. I knew I wanted to run several sites so just went for the free service and then upgraded. Very, very quick response to both requests and actioned immediately. If the rest of the service is this good, I look forward to a long business relationship with 5quidhost!

5Quid consistently knock every other host i have used into a cocked hat. Their support is second to none (not that i have call to use it much). Get back to you in a jiffy and sort things out. This alone is worth the fee. But also their service represents superb value for money at a fraction of the cost of some of the more well known hosts.

Whenever I needed some simple or complicated query, technical or non-tech, I typically get a quick reply, either same day or next day. Actual product (network service hosting provider) works great. Pretty much uses standard hosting product, not some confusing home made interface like go-dad-dy. UK provider for European based English webmasters. PHP MySQL MyPHPAdmin works great, although I'm just learning in. Email and FTP also pretty much standards based in CPanel, which helps because you gotta know what you are doing (I use both their email service and an external domain name service email forwarding). WHM good if you got multiple sites or clients to manage. Recommended.

5 Quid hosts are great for service and support, we wouldn't use anyone else. Great pricing and we have never had any downtime, I can say that the support staff go above and beyond to sort out any problems all in a very short timescale. Wonderful Company.

I've been hosting my websites with 5quidhost for many years now and I can't fault them at all. I've recommended them to a few of my friends and they couldn't be more impressed. On the several occasions I have messed something up in the backend of my sites and contacted customer support for help with restoring backups, the team are really patient and don't make you feel like you are an idiot (unlike other hosts I have used in the past). In my experience they have always responded to support tickets extremely quickly. They are really good for allowing you to customise your packages too and I have recently upgraded to a bespoke resellers account which I was able to discuss with customer support and have them tailor to my specific budget - which is superb value for money by the way. I mainly use them to host my Joomla! and Wordpress websites and once optimised my page loading speeds are very good.

Setting up with a host is always a learning curve but 5quid have been there every step of the way to guide me through. And unlike other hosting companies I have dealt with, they make suggestions to get my account in optimum state rather than just adequate. It appears to me they really go the extra mile - please stay that way 5quid!

I'm just a small business owner with basic IT needs and no proficiency at web design or IT admin systems. This means I can get flummoxed by things that appear quite simple to the professionals. But the support from 5quidhost is excellent. They get you submit a written request with some detail of the problem, which sometimes I can provide and sometimes I can't. But the support is very prompt, very courteous and respectful, even of my lack of knowledge. They have always solved everything, usually at the first attempt. Initially I was perplexed at not being able to pick up a phone to the support team. But I have earned this is more efficient and keeps down costs for everyone. On occasions they have phoned me to query things or to guide me down a route so it's there when necessary. Very cost effective and highly recommended.

Very happy with an "Everlasting", all I wanted was an off-site system under my control with adequate disk space and SSH access for DR purposes. All the other hosting companies seem to think their customers are complete idiots and dress their services up with things I don't want. Only down side was it took me a while to realise I had to contact support to get the firewall opened up for my SSH access..

Great on the whole but a few little things need attention. Only notified of expiration right as it expires. Not great if you're not around for a few days. Can't change the main domain the account is registered to. As companies grow and move so do their domains. The ability to change this is vital and can be done on other hosts.
