AVOID!!! Fuel quality is poor. If you do not believe compare MPG with another petrol station! People working there always on the phone even dealing with you! Do care about customer. If something is not working pump car wash etc. they do not care at all.

I filled my car at jet in godalming on Saturday 14th February at 8.45 am I went 5 mins down the road and my car just stopped. After calling rac they had to tow my car to garage. After 2 weeks of trying to fix my car they noticed that the fuel was contaminated! I went straight to jet where they admitted that the pump was faulty and water had got in which caused 15 other cars to break down. They have agreed to pay for the garage bill and the fuel I put in but I had no car for 5 days which caused me much inconveniences as I rely on my car to get to work etc. I feel they should compensate me for all the trouble this has caused.

complain about service I recently received from Jet Petrol station/ Cottingley Service Station, Ring Road Beeston, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS11 0BD. I called Jet Petrol Station Cottingley on 20-Feb-2015, to Find out how to deal with problem I’ve had with service. After I had been on hold for several minutes, ‘Adanan’ Manager came on the line. I had to explain my problem but he crashed on me. He was speaking in really bad manner. He did not listen to me and finally cut the line. Two days later I went to the same Jet petrol station to fuel my car fortunately I met with another guy. He was working on till and when I asked his name he said his name is Raja Aamir. I told him my problem and about manager of Jet station. He put me on hold and called his manager and talked him in other language I think that was Asian language, and then returned to say he could not help me. He did not seem to be listening same as Aadnan. No manners how to treat customers. Never go back again. I think this site should be given to another retailer having good service record. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated. I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not spend my more time on this problem and I left the station. Now I fuel my car from Shell petrol station. And I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.

Stopped this morning to ask for warm water for my water jets as windscreen filthy, abruptly told no tap outside (which is cold and frozen yeah right)! So had to buy a bottle of water to pour on my jets which with the car running took ages to defrost them. Her helpfulness was awful and she shouldn't be serving customers in a garage. What if I had two little kids in the car, yes I'm a female and going to work. I had screenwash in washers and other than that car was ok. Won't be stopping there again!!!

I use this garage weekly to fill up my car (£65). popped in today as the washer bottle was empty and asked if I could have some water ie from a watering can like most garages have. no not this one, 50p for some water!! needless to say I wont be buying fuel from them from now on. motor cyclist will not be served unless they remove helmets !! they don't use the garage, soon be no one left. staff are ignorant, rude and miserable.

I filled my car at jet petrol station Wednesday about 8 am in the morning and unfortunately i didn't get the name of the woman who served me , and so typically its hard to find the way to inform her employer of the fantastic customer service she has and represents the company in an excellent manner , will go out of my way to fill the car there and hope she is there , credit to the co , station at plawsworth Chester-le-street

I use this petrol station at least 3 times a week, on having a new nat west debit card went to pay for my fuel as i'd done many times before. my card was declined, (hadn't been activated) I asked if I could nip home to fetch cash, he declined extremely arrogantly, I wasn't allowed to go to my car to phone my wife, I had to make the embarrassing, phone call in front of several other customers, for her to help me out. I will never use this jet station again!

Offers are not what they are on their posters distributed around the garage. Visited Tickencote, bought two bottles 1 L Robinsons On BOGOF. Went to counter, they charged £2.39 for one bottle and another bottle £1.99 so instead of total cost being 1.99 for both bottles on BOGOF deal, they charged me total £438 for two bottles of Robinsons juice. No difference in size bottles or anything. When I challenged the man behind counter, stating these were BOGOF and there should have been one bottle free, the man on the counter said he didn't understand what BOGOF meant. I took him to the sign and he said they aren't in deal but sign clearly said this, then he made me out to be stupid in front of other customers, be careful of this shop! Wanted my money back but too embarrassed to ask the man who was pretending he couldn't understand me!

Went to use the air and was told it could be a bit temperamental. I asked if it was working or not and was told sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. When I put the money in it didn't work, I told the woman that they need to put a cover on it and stop people wasting their money, and asked for my money back this was refused on the grounds that she told me it was a risk. Nice and simple I paid for something I did not receive. That is illegal, is theft and poor customer service. All of which leads me to say do not use this garage, if you have a problem they will screw you over. This gets my vote for The worst garage in Britain.

The Jet garage in Leigham Ct Road SW16 is at 127.5 per lit so I thought I would favour my local jet garage in Ewell KT19 but was disappointed to find it 130.9 per lit. When I challenged them they said this garage is privately owned and that they could charge what they liked. I told them that I thought this is underhand, but they said their manager decided on prices. I am a pensioner and my weekly pension is the same wherever I live. I felt that Jet head office should know that we, the customer, are assuming that Jet had control and had the same prices everywhere. All the petrol stations in this area were at 130.9 so jet wasn't even the cheapest! So there is no incentive to support your local business.

I have never met a member of counter staff so rude. I used to use this fuel station regularly on my morning commute but never again and I urge others to stop putting up with this shocking service. Firstly the guy is always on his mobile phone and treats the customer like a inconvenience. Absolute no communication just throwing the receipt on the counter when the transaction is complete. This isn't a one off I've witnessed this on numerous occasions. Secondly the garage is supposed to be 24hrs. I called last week to find the shop in darkness with a note on the door reading 'back in 10 minute'! How professional.

The staff are just plain ignorant and rude. When you use the collect plus service, they treat you like a problem, they don't like taking parcels for returning and dislike even more when you collect them even just a few days after they have arrived. Given that you are supposed to have 10 days to collect a parcel, its seems the staff there just decide that they no longer want the parcel however small it may be. I tried to pick up a parcel there and they said it wasn't there, turns out thee had sent it back to the depot after 3 days. Then when I contacted collect plus and they spoke with Jet, Jet said I have collected it!!!! I use them as they are near to work, but I definitely won't be using them again a hurry. Better customer service please JET. If you don't like providing the collect plus service then don't provide it!

Rude arrogant Pratt! Refused to give me customer service details. Spent the whole time on the phone with someone!!! And completely useless! WILL NEVER USE A JET EVER again! Way to go customer service skills JET!!! Not even 1 worth the 1 star terrible is an understatement!!!!!!

Visited station in Seaham fueled up. Went to pay with credit card Lady ( I use the word lady in its widest term) took my card said " machines not working I have to enter it manually " She typed details in " its been rejected" I was gobsmacked and asked her to check she had entered number correctly and to retry it. " If its been rejected it won't work if I try again" So I asked if her typing it in rather than using chip and pin was the problem." No it makes no diference " " Everybody else's card works" I contacted by bank and they confirmed the card would not work if not processed through chip and pin. I got them to confirm this with the staff. Got no appology for the way I was made to nlook like a criminal in front of other customers. I went to a cash machine and got the cash went back to pay and I can assure you I will not be going back there.

Visit Jet in Seaham Co Durham. Fuelled up and went to pay Handed over credit card which the lady, I use that term in its broadest sense, took it saying chip and pin was down and she would have to enter it manually This she did then turned to me "your card is declined" I said sorry "your card is declined" I asked her to check she check she had entered the number correctly and to retry it. "Once card is declined it wont work you will have to pay some other way" Stupidly I had just grabbed that card as I left the house. I asked if it could be that she had entered the number manually that was causing the problem. "No it doesn't make any difference and everyone else's card works" I contacted my bank who confirmed to me and to the lady that the card can only be used with chip and pin. No apology from her and I was told I had 10 minutes to get some money or she would report it as a non payment. I was made to look like a thief in front of other customers and treat disgustingly because there was no note to say chip and pin was down before drawing fuel and staff were not trained in operation of POS terminals. I used the same card to obtain the cash took it straight back to her, and left the place for the last time as I will not be returning

During the week, I went to fill up my vehicle at JET. I go to this particular fuel station almost all the time. I work for a national company and have a fuel card. On this particular occasion the card wouldn't swipe. I won't go in to all detail of the ensuing conversation but suffice to say, I was treated with total contempt from the guy who I assume was the franchise owner.For a situation that was I was totally unaware of!! Oh, and at the end of all this, I was told that I was barred from future attendance! I never once used bad language. I was left totally dumbfounded and ever since then, I have been active in trying to deter fellow drivers in our large fleet to desist in going there for fuel. The most frustrating thing about all of this is that, as far as I can see, there is no governing body within the organisation to handle these matters, when a customer is so harshly treated. It reflects very, very badly on the brand name of JET

I am sorry that you have had cause to complain about your recent treatment at a JET petrol station.
JET does not own any filling stations in the UK, all JET branded sites are independently owned and operated. Each owner will set their own staffing policies and complaints procedures.

Guess that's me stuffed then i.e. I get a totally unsatisfactory reply to my complaint and when I tell the respondent (totally anonymous) that I am very disappointed, then there's nothing................
A the outset, do you not carry out a full and thorough investigation as to the suitability of a franchise bidder to be a suitable person to uphold the brand name of your huge company? A fit and proper person reflecting the company's ethos and standards? And just as important, do you not consider doing this on an ongoing basis?
Or is it just a case of raking in the profit, regardless?
Shame on you JET.

I visited a station in knottingley West Yorkshire a station I have filled up at for the last 7 months using on average £100 of fuel a day mon to fir today I was told I could not drive under the canopy as I'm classed as a hgv in my seven and half ton vehicle although we have been using the pumps under the canopy since March 2013 when I asked why the manager said "because"he said so and "if I didn't like it to get your fuel elsewhere" we'll guess what not only will I but also my colleagues will that's between 10 and 14 trucks using about £5000 to £7000 a week that will now be going to morrisons just round the corner I will never use jet service stations again all because of one ignorant jumped up manager who needs to learn how to talk to customers correctly

Jet garage, Burringham road scunthorpe I have been in here a number of times, and every single time without fail the cashier is on the phone, does not talk to you at all. Not even to say please or thank you. They are ao rude! This morning I went to the garage at 5:45am before starting work to get a paper. The door was locked so I went to the window to see the cashier in the back on his knees. I knocked on the window to get his attention. Nothing. Knocked again. Nothing. He completely ignored my knocks to get his attention for about two minutes. He had his shoes off and was kneeling on a Matt so he was obviously praying. I understand that people have different cultures etc, but I that's the case they should get more staff on, I've never known anything like it! , To be completely ignored whilst trying to buy a paper from a shop on your way to work?! Disgusting. Was not happy at all! I took my custom across the road to Asda. He didn't even try hiding from the window he was in clear view. There were people filling up their cars with petrol so they would have been waiting to pay shortly too. Was fuming. In my experience since that garage had been taken over the customer service has gone downhill massively. Will not step foot in that place again
