I found that if you cut 2 holes in a old bra the niplette won't fall off easily. But make sure the holes are wide and exactly where the niplette is placed. so customize a few old bras!!!

My breasts are what they would call 'sagging' so I can only wear the Niplette a certain way. But what a great invention. I wonder how old the Niplette has been going as I'm sure I could have breast fed my kids.

I think if you have actual inverted nipples, the Avent Niplette will work better. However, I have flat nipples, which it just isn't helping at all. I am deeply deeply disappointed, as I hate my nipples. If you are like me, you should definitely try it, as maybe it will work for you, but unfortunately it hasn't for me.

I strongly recommend this to someone that is reluctant to buy it. It does work, but it must be worn consistently as recommended in the instruction booklet. There is a lot of helpful information about the product where I purchased mine online at Mothering From The Heart. They had the best price, and their shipping was super fast. They have a nurse on staff, and she was very helpful when I first started using the Avent Niplette, because I had so many questions. It is unfortunate that my OB didn't tell me about it, but it was recommended by a cosmetic surgeon!

If I knew the Aventi Niplette existed earlier I would have bought it then. I was really in doubt of what to do with my inverted nipples until I found out that there was a much simpler solution: the Niplette. The Niplette is not cheap but the results do make it worth to buy it. It does not hurt, I find that most important of all. You can still breast feed after using the Niplette. The Niplette streches the milk canal of your breasts, so it stays intact and that is a BIG plus! I could still do the things I always did even when wearing the Niplette, except for heavy duty physical action like : sports. I can recommend everybody to try it.
