The lessons at Bank Farm Riding School in Cheshire are OK if you are just starting horse riding, but after a while they just get boring and you don't learn as much. Sometimes there are over 10 people in one lesson, which is way too much for the money you pay… Read Full Review

Bank Farm Riding School Poynton, Stockport is not just a brilliant place to learn how to ride it is also a good place to improve your knowledge on horsemanship. My children had a fantastic time on the muppets course, they got out of the car one morning not knowing anything about horses and got back in the car telling me parts of the horse, how to lead the horse etc. I feel as if I have just got my moneys worth. I know that my children will be looked after in a safe environment where they are… Read Full Review

The lessons are only ever busy because they are so popular. You never leave a lesson without knowing something new to help you improve your riding. It has brilliant facilities for riding such as a big indoor, outdoor and a fantastic cross country field. The liveries are lovely girls and help you when you need it. The staff are really helpful and pleasant all the time. If you are on your way up to the indoor look in the block on your right and you will notice 2 horses opposite each other 1 named… Read Full Review

The staff at Bank Farm Riding School in Poynton are very helpful, so are the liveries and if you decide to ride by ringing up and booking then I suggest you take time to look at the first two horses opposite each other in the block on your right when you head towards the indoor! I am pretty sure their names are forest and stroller (forest gives you kisses if you show her food then point to your lips!) stroller does too if hes in a good mood! anyway it is very good for starting off; they supply… Read Full Review

Bank Farm is a small family run affair in a beautiful part of Poynton (Middlewood Way area) and it's easy to feel like part of the family after only a few visits. It's a very pleasant atmosphere at all times and it's as much good fun being there as it is educational for those who visit.

Animals range from very small ponies for young children to 16+HH horses for adults. All disciplines are catered for SJ, Dressage, XC.

Hacks on Sunday, damned good lessons and occasional 'party-rides' (for… Read Full Review
