The process of migrating our web hosing to Names.co.uk has been handled BRILLIANTLY!! Tech support has gone beyond the call of duty to resolve any problems we had. The staff were knowledgeable, polite, patient and extremely helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

It took the best part of a day to set up the new Namesco hosting details on the Online Control Panel & Server. It took a while to establish that the server did not support Front Page. I was then was advised to use FTP Software 'Filezilla' but I found it carried a Cloud 9 Virus. I'm now using Cute FTP which is OK, but in my opinion is not as good as the MS Front Page Publishing software. It took several 'phone calls to iron out the various problems but we got there in the end. Most of the Tech support guys were helpful & patient with 77 year old. Telephone responce times could be a bit quicker.

I've been a happy customer of Namesco for about 7 years and, although not the cheapest on the market, this is greatly outweighed by their dedicated UK-based support and reliable services.

as a web designer i dont know much about web server or apache or deus. they helped me migrate when they could have said it was a website issue. they also went that little bit further which was really nice.

I bought from names.co.uk because its a UK based company, I thought I would get on well with their services. However, I found them to be constantly focus on making me by more, instead of making my user experience a good one. When trying to Host a domain from domains.co.uk on a separate hosting package, they directed me to buy their own hosting. Their how to host 'tutorial' is an insult. Poor poor poor user experience for me.

Initially I was offered a helpsheet I asked for more help and it was all done for me fantastic

So I had this issue where my websites hosted with namesco were displaying the subfolder and an in index.php name in the domain address bar like this. www.mydomain name/folder/index.php.contact-us when I wanted it to be www.mydomain name/contact-us.NAmesco were very patient with me even though I posted many, many messages they understood my frustration and did everything they could to point me inthe right direction until eventually they took some direct action and helped to move my files etc. it took a while to sort out but sort it they did. Very happy result.

I used this company when I started my business two years ago. Very proffesional in all areas.I would highly recommend them.

The issue I had was a little strange on that I could send emails but none were coming back. The problem was identified as a VPS issue where incoming emails were going to an unknown server. Once identified and corrected by namesco all was well. I have no negative points to raise as I felt the representative new exactly what he was doing which he clearly did.

Mark was very helpful and sorted the problem very quickly. I have dealt with the support desk on numerous occasions and the staff are always efficient, professional and courteous. That's the main reason I use Names. Thank you.

Spoke to an agent who was very helpful and had the account set up in minutes, she also helped us with transferring the domain and changing DNS etc, she was very charming and professional. As a regular customer I have always been very satisfied with the service provided.
