It seems 90% of the time McD's can NOT get it right. Well this is what they should have said when I pulled up in the drive threw today. I ordered the following for the family: 3 Hot Cakes and Sausage, 1 #10 which is a bagel sandwich, hash brown and Medium OJ, 1 Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin, 1 Medium OJ, 1 SM OJ and a Large Ice Tea unsweeten. They made us pull up and wait for the food cause the bagel wasn't ready. So we pulled up and started timing to see how long it would take to get our food. About 5 minutes later they came out and said they don't have any bagels because they were frozen. Is there anything else I would like. I said yes, just get me another hot cakes and sausage. About 5 minutes later she came out and gave our food to us. I decided to check the food to make sure it was correct. She waited for me to do so. Got it all except for the McMuffin so she went back in and got it for us. She also gave us some cards because of messing up the order. That wasn't the end of the story.. It took over 12 minutes for our food to get to us after we pulled up. When we did get home, my sister went to take a drink of her ice tea and WOW.. It was coffee. I told her no way... I took a sip and indeed it was coffee in ice. WOW.. Really? I called McDonalds up and told them about the coffee. They said yes they knew because they caught it and changed it. They would take my name and get us another drink. Well I am not going to drive back to get it but over all... It took 12 minutes + to get fast food and had 3 mistakes in the order. So... Welcome to McDonalds. How can I screw up your order today. TRUE STORY... WOW.. This happens a lot in Hutchinson for some reason. I hardly go there for this reason. When I go there and it is just me, they normally get the order correct, even though I always have to pull up and wait for my order. BUT you get more then one order 75% of the time they mess up on the order. Is this just in Hutchinson or is this happening everywhere?

No matter what Mcdonalds I go into, the service is terribly slow. No employee can ever do more than one task. I have timed the service the LAST four times. First time 22 minutes at the drive through for a regular meal. Next 11 minutes at the counter as everyone passed me by. Third time not too bad, seven minutes, and the fourth time, twelve minutes. Sorry, my time is too valuable for this business. go back to the operation of serving burgers and fries, not twenty different items that slow everything down. during lunch hour, have the basic burgers ready. Never again will I go there.

The location near Tecumseh mall in Windsor Ontario is improving . Communication with customers could be better a suggestion would be to have more women staff they are better communicators . I like the different flavour milkshskes like the orange creamsicle that was available at one time.Hours of operation arent always consistent.

The idea that this review would make the slightest difference would be ridiculous but nonetheless I felt the need to complain about the cleanliness of the mcdonalds I went to today. The play place looked and felt as though it had never be touched with any time of cleaning material since it was built! The garbages were all over flowing with trash, the highchairs that they expect children to sit in were covered in food and dirt. The food of course was like every other mcdonalds and it was served by the same bunch inexperienced underpayed juvenilles as always. Needless to say it wasn't the greatest experience and proves that mcdonalds doesn't.always make you smile.

When I go to McDonalds, I consistently find that I am not given the items that I order at the drive through window. 90% of the time, something is missing from my bag. After a couple of instances of getting to my destination to discover that I did not get everything, I have learned to always look in my bag prior to driving off. There is usually something missing. The sad thing is that I do not even get an apology. They just do not care nor find it a big deal that the order is wrong.

Just a simple review really, They can not get anything right. Coffee always seems cold when I get it, My mate in the car at the drive through ordered no salad in his double cheese burger.. what did he get a plain patty with nothing but salad in it NO meat lol I could not help but laugh at the incompetence of the staff at the friern barnet macdonalds. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

I love mcdonalds. Always quick and easy. At this one particular location I keep having the hardest time. I usually go to mcdonalds for the coffee, the last three times I've gone to this location they have either been out of coffe or cleaning the pot," how long?" "20 mins." That's ridiculous. I have been kept waiting at the window for minutes just for them to take my card. More than once when I pull up the kids are sitting there chatting, always horrible sutomer service. They open the window then just close it in my face without saying anything? Also, why does breakfast end a 1030? Everywhere else its at eleven. What I like about this location is that its close to my house and I know its ew, but that's no reason for bad customer service.

Upon arriving @ 7pm with only 1 customer in the restaurant, we where greeted with over flowing trash cans, leading to trash laying all over the filthy floor. The floor look like it had not been clean in months. After waiting about 5 mins to order ( keep in mind no one was infront of us, all employee's where standing around talking ) my fiance order the McRib with beleiving that the 2nd was $1.00, which was noted outside on the sign as well as the fellow taking our order told us that this sale was still going on, when the 2nd sandwich rang up for $99.99 ( yes that is the correct amount ) he asked another employee if the 2nd sandwich was still on sale for $1, which she also said yes and tried to ring it up again and the same thing happened $99.99. They both could not figure out what was going on so they had to call a manager and he also insisted the sale was valid, upon him ringing up the sandwich for a 3rd and seeing the price he deteremined the sale must have ended. Now after all this I beleive we should have received the sandwich for the $1.00 price since the sign was still out front and all 3 employees told us they where, but no we where not allowed to have this price. After all this my daughter and I went to get drinks and condemints, much to our surprise ketcup was not available, straws where not stocked and the filth that was all over the counter was unlike something I have ever seen. Once again trash was strung from one side to the next, spilled soda was everywhere and ketcup that had been on the counters for so long it was not hard. After this experience we go to find a table, NOT ONE TABLE WAS CLEAN. Keep in mind only 1 customer was in the restaurant so you can not tell me that the employees did not have time to come out and do their job!! Food was good, but in the back of my mind I had to think what the back of the house looked liked where my food was prepared if the front of the house looked this bad!! Should I really be feeding this to my family is all I could keep thinking... While we where eating about 3 employees came and sat down in the dining room to eat, I am lead to beleive this is very unprofessional. I suppose I would not have minded as much but the tone and the conversations they where carrying was not appropriate to have in a restaurant in front of customer's and especially my 9 year old child. This is a Mc Donalds that I will return to!!!

Went to Donalds in ballymena. The aim was tp grab a quick bite to eat and then get back to work as soon as possible. After waiting 15minutes for a big mac meal it arrived cold soggy and with a ridiculous about of lettuce. Extremely disappointed especially as it was 11am and it wasntt busy.

Everytime I want to eat at these Mcdonalds, it's always difficult to find a seat. Customer come here to eat. There are no seats available as there are alot of people studying there. And majority of the seats are taken by people who are studying. I like to come to this Mcdonalds due to the ambience. It would be nice if there is a no studying sign put up. This will benefit those customers who comes to have meals there.

The Falmouth McDonalds off route 28 is supposed to be 24 hours and every night from 2:30 to 3:30 they stop serving food. They shut off everything, then around 3 they say they only serve coffee. I understand they do need a little bit before breakfast to clean and prepare, but here they have at least a good 3 hours Inbetween. I feel they should keep the food running until right before they start cooking breakfast. So baisically this is not a 24 hour McDonald's. Every other 24 hour McDonald's does NOT do this and actually does keep serving food until breakfast. And also they haven't had paper for receipts in months. I recently bought breakfast and was charged almost 19 dollars for two meals not even 5 dollars a peice, 2 hash browns, and an egg mcmuffin! I know I was at least 5 dollars overcharged, but they couldn't give me a recept because they were still out of paper!

Why is it that the drive through at many locations get my order wrong 50% of the time. They either give me wrong things, don't give me stuff I asked for, or things are missing. This an all too common occurance.

I love Mcdonalds food. Ive been eating there for years. Until suddenly its like my local Mcdonalds stopped training the order takers. About the past 5 times they have had major trouble getting my order right. Not only that but hey sometimes have a extremely hard time understanding me. I just went there today and i was sitting in my car for 10 minutes telling the order taker my food i wanted. I just said i wanted a grilled chicken snack wrap with no ranch or sauce. She put that on and a grilled chicken sandwich. I told her to take the sandwich off and she took off the snack wrap. I told her to put it back on and she did. So again i told her take off the sandwich she said. "Sir the snack wrap either comes grilled or fried". That had nothing to do with what i told her to do. I also ordered coffee which came cold. Lately Mcdonalds have had really stupid order takers its not that hard to listen.

Would not recommend going to this one in a car as you WILL be parked up to wait and there is NOT enough bays to park EVERY customer that goes thru the drive thru! If that wasn't enough they got our order wrong and when the women came out to give it to me she gave me two other receipts from some other poor customers waiting for their food! I took the receipts back instore and had 2 managers & at least 3 employees stumped at what had gone wrong, I just got what they missed off the order and walked out! The food on the other hand was alright, presentation was awful but what do you expect, all McDonalds are the same! Rant over!

Frankston North maccas is the worst! From half patties to no lettuce, tides out on the chips, 3/4 of a cup of ice!!!! All in one dinner!!!! To make things even worse the staff are rude and throwing food around. Usually I haven't had a problem but tonight was a complete joke, and don't even bother asking for a replacement or refund! You'll have to wait untill the managers next shift which is more than a week away and don't bother trying to leave a name either. Not happy

I saw the new machines being introduced and found the Latte taste is not very nice. Really bland and tastes like it has been watered down. The machines have an LCD touchscreen and guess by now have been rolled out to most outlets. I am sure mcDonalds must have trialled these before rollout but honestly to me the taste is far away from the old machines. Not sure if the coffee has changed as well but after having 2 cups a day I will be moving to another brand maybe back to Starbucks or Pret. I have searched to try and find a feedback page into McDonalds but failed as I don't think they want individuals to provide general feedback to such a large organisation. I do get this (the local outlet just shrug their shoulders) bit the taste that got the company to No1 spot in coffee distribution may well fall off the plinth. Do other people feel the same and does anyone know a way of providing feedback to get the old taste back?

The food is delicious ,and the price is quite decent aswel! However the service is absolutely ridiculous! I go once a week and every other week I have to go back in because they have got something wrong, the people who serve you and work there are complete dimwitted idiots and either don't listen to a word you say or just choose to ignore you, I always ask for a plain cheeseburger and it's never plain they always put all the rubbish on it, the people who serve you are stupid, very rude, obnoxious and completely ruin McDonald's name, McDonald's food is very nice but the idiots who work there make you just want to fling the food back in ther face. McDonald's needs new staff urgently because it's just ridiculous how you can't just simply go and purchase a meal without implications because of uneducated idiots who work there and have no people skills what so ever and are very unapproachable and speak to you like something they have stood in when you tell them they have gotten the order wrong once again.

On the 23rd of April 2011, i was with my boyfriend, and he ordered a CBO from the drive by take aaway service.
While eating, he found 4 pieces of hair, both in the burger aand in the box. What servicce is that???
I always like mcdondals but from now on, i swear i wont even consider going again.

First off, i'd like to point out that i've worked at McDonalds for a few months. The food is very very fake. When most of the fried products get to room temperature, they melt into a goo rather than just getting soggy. . . Need I say more? Everything has additives, and yes, eating there often will make you fat. It's impossible to avoid with food of that quality. The service is going to depend on who the manager is at the time. If there's someone running the store poorly, people are going to be waiting on food. When people wait on food, they tend to complain... but my problem is its mcdonalds... you get what you pay for.oqit
