Marmaris Club Anastasia - The Club Anastasia itself is spotlessly clean and the pool is great. The staff are very friendly (especially if you are a blonde female and not with a boyfriend or husband) but then all places are the same. The manager (if he is still there) is a bit of a tyrant he rants and raves at his staff for the slightest of things which I found to be degrading for them. The kids club is ok, although most places do a pool dance that is fun to join in with, their pool dance is pretty poor, considering the others I've seen it is obvious not a lot of work has gone into it. The last thing is the card... when you arrive, there will be a sort of credit card allocated to each room, with this you add money to it because the hotel do not accept, money only the card. Each day you can add as little or as much money on it as you like (I personally didn't like the card, nor did many others staying there). On the last day, I had around 30 million lira on it and was about to leave, I tried to get a refund back on my card and was told that this was not the policy, so they kept my money. Then they pulled out a little card from under the desk and said this is where it says there is not a refund on your cards. (Tut, I was not impressed at all). Anyway, besides all that, I did enjoy my stay there, and I am going back in August and looking forward to it, let's hope they've improved the pool dance and abolished those dreaded cards.
