ONCE AGAIN, CARDS NEVER TURNED UP, ONCE AGAIN REPLACEMENT NEVER TURNED UP, ONCE AGAIN REFUND NEVER TURNED UP. CUSTOMER SERVICES COULD NOT FIND MY POSTCODE THAT HAS EXISTED FOR OVER 35 YEARS, CONSTANTLY ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS, ILL TRAINED STAFF, LONG WAITS FOR REPLIES, JUST GAVE UP. MY TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT. my suggestion use another company hat actually cares about your important day. NEVER EVER WILL I USE MOONPIG THAT HAS LET ME DOWN ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION

“Too expensive ”

Trying to send a fairly plain mother's day card costs over £6, then add £2+ for postage, I thought ok, wil go Head as you can send flowers from here too, but wow, £60! Quickly cancelled the order and ordered a similar bunch from the florist for half the price , same with the card. Convenient yes but bloody expensive.

Selected product followed steps but it wouldn't take info. When I put sn address here in Scotland, it came up saying you don't deliver in Northern Island!!! Fir goodness sake it's Scotland;; lost all confidence in you. Useless web site. Appalling!!;

“Use Funky Pigeon”

I ordered from here for my son's 16th Birthday and was assured delivery would take place on his birthday. Delivery did NOT take place on his birthday. I explained this to their customer services via live chat. After a short while he came back and said the item had been lost in transit and re-ordered at a cost to them and would now be delivered in 1-3 days. I stated that it would have been nice to have a choice as what use was a birthday card which will now be 1-3 days late and that a refund of the item would have been preferred. Do not trust these one bit. This was my second try of Moonpig after they messed up a few years ago. Wish I hadn't bothered now. Go to Fucky Pigeon if you want a company like this. Never let me down once.

“No card delivered till after birthday ”

I ordered a card for my daughters birthday. Ordered on the 19th November her birthday was 22nd November. It arrived yesterday the 27th Waste of time and money. Won’t be ordering again.

“Managed to mess up an order for a once in a lifetime occasion not once but twice and probably the worst customer service I have ever received Extremely unhelpful customer service who refused to refund despite being told that the order was no longer wanted and would rather I sued them through the county court in the UK so I intend to. Will never ever use this company again

“My friend sent ”

My friend sent me a sm bottle of bubbly and a card and some chocolates it was in a terrible state when it arrived not even wrapped in bubble wrap the bottle had leaked all over everything making it wet and even the chocolates were wet in the box NOT ACCEPTABLE Bet you don't get intouch to put it right

“Poor service again ”

Ordered a card last year and it arrived late, tried them again this year but same thing happened. I emailed them on Tuesday 22nd to then get a reply today 25th which said they will look into it and cone back to me in 72 hours, that will be almost a week after my complaint. They clearly have too many complaints to deal with.

“Worse than useless”

I have given these guys WAY to many chances. Christmas cards ordered well before Christmas delivered in the New Year. Birthday Cards that arrive a week late. I know of no other online service that does not give tracking info and can think of no other online service where tracking info is so vital because the product is so time sensitive. And if you value your sanity, avoid chat AT ALL COSTS. Even once you get through to a "human" they will take a lunch break before providing you with a response that isn't a reponse, because it doesn't even tangentially answer your question and is clearly copied and pasted from the website and you therefore have already read!

“Non existent customer 'service' - Chat agents”

Having been a customer for 2 decades, being a 6 decade father I have moved to one of the MANY other providers. Moonpig chat agents are a joke, well the ones I dealt with. Just excuses for their failures, never saying oops we messed up and how can I fix it. Just more excuses. Never once asked for a refund, just for them to fix their errors. There is no email link in their Contact Us section, just pages of scrolling down to read list after list of self helps... Cleary Moonpig can do great cards, with quick delivery (not always on the date they state though - thanks to the failing Royal Mail service), but they don't give a hoot when the mess up. Suggest you use one of the other providers.

“Shockingly awful company”

Avoid £18+ on cards that arrived without envelopes...contacted them, they refused to send any out to me. Apparently you need to request envelopes. Been back through the purchase process, no option that can see to add envelopes...not that I would have been looking for the option as you kind of expect an expensive greetings card to come with an envelope. Wouldn't touch Moonpig again, nit even if they were the last card company on earth. They also don't respond to emails. Far better off using The Card Factory on line.

“Rubbish company”

Flowers ordered on 20 dec paid for delivery on the 21 December.. now 23 December and no idea where they are. No customer service at all. No phone numbers. Stupid virtual assistant robot. Please don’t trust this company they take your money and fail to deliver.

“No card!”

Ordered a card to give to a friend when I next met her. I ordered it on 29th November and eventually received a promise of delivery on 5th December, which meant there was a delay at Moonpig posting it to me. It has not arrived. I reviewed on trust pilot after I was cut off from "live???" chat after a very long wait (where I had asked for a refund and pointed out that RM strike had nothing to do with the failure to deliver). The occasion for the card being given has passed. I then received a very prompt automatic reply from Moonpig inviting me to join "live chat"if I had a problem. VERY IRRITATING

if there were zero stars I would have given this pathetic excuse of a business. they ruined my daughter's 11th birthday by failing to deliver our order, failing to respond to my request for details on where it is, and failing to provide contact details to escalate the issue. I think this company is both run and staffed by low life

Agree with you, same here,no delivery today for my daughter birthday, told back office forgot to let customers know and it ll be 5 to 10 days for a refund,then "have a nice day and Bye!
Absolutely no customer care.

Ordered card, champagne and chocolates for specified day delivery. They did not arrive. Order status stayed at ‘order confirmed’. When I spoke to customer service they said they only become aware of such issues if the customer actually gets in touch. Totally unacceptable from such a huge company. Communication between moonpig, their suppliers and customer non existent. Said I could have a refund and to reorder at ‘no extra cost’? (Money is going to take 5-10 days to be refunded) No thanks. It’s waitrose or marks and spencer for me in future. Moonpig would do well to learn from them

ordered a birthday card (personalised) for next day delivery they got the name wrong ( all details were checked as per my confirmation email ) blamed me for the mistake I asked for a refund gave me some bumph about 5-10 days still no refund I'm getting messed about some kid with a bad attitude via email keep telling me I'll get a refund in 5-10 days never using them again disgusting customer service avoid this company like the plague they will take your money and if they can be bothered get your order correct if they can't be bothered you'll spend the next 4 weeks trying to get a refund avoid , avoid , avoid

“Cards not delivered”

Ordered 3 Christmas cards on 13th December and got charged full amount. As at 04/01/22 the order status for 2 of the cards is still "order printing". The estimated delivery date at time of order was 14/12/21. Haven't had any e-mails or anything to say there was a problem and only found out when I asked my friend if she had had her card, as it was odd she'd not said anything. Totally unacceptable. Even if they printed now, they're too late for Christmas! A separate order was received and greatly appreciated by the recipient, which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

“DON’T BOTHER”

Beyond useless, should be 0 star. Placed an order for my 3 year old nephews birthday for a card and gift, it did not arrive, complained to customer services as his Baby brother has passed away recently, they said the item was not in stock, but didn’t even bother to tell me at all! I when they realised the severity of this they agreed to refund me and gave me gift credit also. Reordered and also ordered for my friends birthday a gift and card. Guess what, neither arrived, a glitch in systems or item out of stock or something, no communication, customer service does not care whatsoever. Got another refund and will not use again. If you need a gift with your card DO NOT BOTHER your order will not be sent AT ALL. I don’t understand how they are allowed to trade like this! Best to go elsewhere
