I recently returned to the UK to East Sussex after six years and bought some Jacob's Mini Twiglets. What a disappoinment. They seemed to have lost that tangy, Marmite taste and crispness. My wife thought they might have been overbaked as they appeared slightly burnt at the ends. Just not the same at all and they had been a favourite snack of mine when visiting the UK. I know ingredient costs have gone up, but cut back on taste and what's left? I can't be bothered to go to the trouble and expense of sending the 200g container back as I would not want to eat a replacement.

Twiglets have always been my favourite since I was a child but over the last year or so the taste of them has deteriorated . They always taste burnt and I end up throwing the whole bag away which is annoying as they are really expensive now . I have given up and will stop buying them anymore.

I live in Australia. I used to buy Twiglets regularly because I acquired the taste after my parents who were bothPOMS who came here after the war0, fed them to me and my siblings regularly. The new Twiglets have no flavour and I have ceased buying them… Jacob’s have done exactly what the makers of the iconicAustralian biscuit ‘BBQ SHAPES’ did here a couple of years ago… listened to idiotic marketing fools who told them the recipe needed updating to appeal to a wider market and to increase sales… it didn’t and their strategy was disastrous… sales plummeted and they were forced to reintroduce a new line..’BBQ SHAPES ORIGINAL FLAVOUR’…Jacob’s are going to have to do the same thing,so how about doing it sooner rather than later guys.. Oh..and by the way..sack your marketing team and tell your Board to have a long hard look at themselves

Why, oh why, do companies makes recipe changes in the name of "making them healthier" without doing proper research. I bought twiglets two or three times thinking that they had "gone off" from poor storage or something. Then I found out they had changed the recipe and completely spoiled what was once a favourite snack, which I will not be buying again. I'd love to know how badly the sales of twiglets have fallen off a cliff since the change. They are disgusting now.

Twiglets have always been my favourite snack, ever since I was a little girl but now the recipe has changed they are the most disgusting things ever! As a neurodiverse person I can taste even the slightest change in a recipe but the change is Twiglets is huge! They are nothing at all like they once were. Even my Twiglets loving cat won’t touch them! Bring back the old Twiglets!

Oh Jacobs, what have you done. I have been buying Twiglets for nearly 45 years and have always loved them. I've opened a packet bought today and cannot believe the taste. The marmitey flavour has gone, they are awful. Why have they changed the recipe. I will never buy these again. Such a shame.

I am 59 and I have been eating Twiglets for over 50 years, not everyday, but on a fairly regular basis. I recently bought a multi-pack of the new baked Twiglets they tasted burnt and left a nasty aftertaste. After trying 3 of the packets in the multi-pack, all with the same nasty taste, I bought another packet from another retailer. I assumed I had bought a bad batch but no I hadn't. The awful burnt taste was still there. If I buy a packet of crisps and I don't like them then, I have the option of trying a different variety. There is no alternative option for Twiglets. I have therefore decided that if Jacob's are going to stay with this method of baking them, I won't be buying anymore Twiglets.

Oh my goodness, what a shock. My mosr favourite snack in the crisp area tastes awful. Bring back your wonderful original recipe please, even if it means a disclaimer regarding the salt content.

Twiglets are suddenly tasteless and awful. I won't be buying this old favourite again - why not give us the choice of the original recipe or the vile tasteless ones, and see which people prefer - I think we all know which will sell.

Absolutely gutted about the taste change - used to be my favourite crisp snack, now can't eat them. I understand the reason but please offer both so consumers have the choice. Couldn't recommend them now and won't buy them again :(

How can these be marketed in the same packaging? l would not have bought if I had realised how much they had been changed. Now they are, sadly, tasteless. I am genuinely upset at prospect on never eating another ‘proper’ Twiglet. Shall not be buying ever again.

Just to add to the chorus of other complaints regards Twiglets. Unless Jacob's decides to do a u-turn and produce the original recipe there is no point in buying the product. I have been a lover of the original Twiglets for over forty years. The new recipe is absolutely tasteless. The claim that the new recipe enhances the taste is total rubbish. This is borne out by the number of my friends that have complained about the new taste of twiglets.

I have been eating the "Real Twiglets" for over 70 years, NOT any more, thrown the rest away after trying a few. bring back the original flavour, the customer knows best and what they want, NOT what you the manufacturer think we should have. !!!

I thought my taste buds were on the blink as the normally yummy salty yeasty taste disappeared and was replaced by bland digusting weird taste. So disappointed that I have now chucked away the rest of the multipack and will not be buying anymore twiglets until the original recipe is back! So tired of the establishment dictating the health of the consumer.

Such a disappointment, would not recommend unless they revert to the original flavour and production method
