I used them twice, and they disappointed twice. They sent the WRONG arrangement in the WRONG container. When I called, their autoattendant put me on hold for 20 minutes. The service representative said they could not send the correct arrangement until the NEXT DAY. No where on this site does it tell me that I am logged in! I placed an order without knowing that the computer was logged into my wife's account. We use a shared computer and because the website does not state that I am logged in under Debora, the email notifying my wife of the flowers went to her email address.

Ordered flowers for Valentines day and they deilvered them LAST monday a week before Valentines day! It was even close to what i ordered it was missing 6 roses and two Happy Valentines Day balloons. We purchased a sympathy arrangement for our Grandmother's funeral held in a different state two days before the viewing. Not only were they not there for the viewing when we arrive after a two day drive. When we called the customer service, they guaranteed them to be there first thing the next morning. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 41 years. Not only do they deliver inferior products (and not at all what you wanted), but they don't respond to complaints -- AT ALL! When they delivered a hideous philodendren rather than the holiday floral arrangement I ordered, I called and emailed to demand my money back, and I never heard from them again -- and that was more than 2 weeks ago. This place should be closed due to inaccuracies. I ordered a flower arrangement which was guaranteed to be delivered same day. After placing the order i received a confirmation order. Never received the flowers that day, called Teleflora and they said they weren't responsible since they actually don't handle the flowers and use local florists. Ordered item for next day delivery. Still had not heard anything from recipient by late afternoon. Called and was told shop didn't have what I ordered, so they just decided not to deliver it. Asked for something comparable to be delivered (which is supposed to happen anyway - - says so right on the f-ing confirmation page). They promised to get it delivered by the end of the day. NEVER EVER use Teleflora. I was gauranteed that a spray of flowers would be sent to a Funeral. I even called twice to be sure. The day of the funeral I was EMAILED at 10:30am, not called, to let me know there was a question. By the time I checked my email and called back and they said they could not fulfill the order. WATCH OUT - they never delivered flowers to a funeral and sent a phony confirmation email.. When contacted that flowers were never delivered no reply from customer service. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST!! they must know most people who send flowers are usually not present and they send out fake confirmations and never deliver the flowers instead pocketing the money and who is the wiser... they get away scott free.. wouldn't tell us the name of the susposed florist?? wonder why?… Read Full Review

I was only told after contacting them, a number of excuses with information that should have been disclosed on their website before purchase. I placed an order on Friday April 16th for a delivery on Sunday April 18th for my sister's birthday. The website asked for the zip code for delivery before I placed the order and it presented me with a calendar of delivery dates with no black-outs. I selected Sunday April 18th and completed the order. At no point was I warned that Sunday was not a possible delivery date. I recieved and email confirming the order and the Sunday delivery. Horrible experience. Ordered flowers (5 days ahead of requested delivery date, which was not a holiday) for my 91 year old grandmother. Day after delivery was supposed to occur, I got an email saying they could not deliver on the requested date. I called their 800 number and was basically told that someone at teleflora had held onto the order for several days, and when it finally got to the local florist, it was too late for them to get the delivery out.
