“Let Down”

Ordered on the same day delivery service, paid £8 for benefit of same day delivery, only to be phoned at 3.05pm to say they could not fulfill my order!!! How is it right that they advertise same day delivery on orders before 3pm and then are unable to fulfill them! Will never use again. Resolution offered was to delivery tomorrow, when the recipient will not be available, refund will take 5 days yet it's instantly gone from my account. “Stay away from this company ”

Ordered flowers on Valentine's Day - paid for same day delivery, guess what.. flowers don't turn up. Given that I had paid £50 for flowers and £10 for same delivery I was expecting a half decent service. Also received a text message saying the item had been delivered, which was clearly not the case. Have used interflora before and found they used a local flower shop near me so this year I went to the actual flower shop and relised how much interflora charge for doing no work,the same bunch of flowers was over £15 cheaper at the shop and there next day delivery is £3-50, so ild rather go straight to my local shop and support them than be ripped of by interflora… Read Full Review

I bought a bouquet of lilies for my wife for Valentines Day today - the 13th Feb. I paid extra for same day delivery as I was aware that my wife would be unavailable to take delivery on Valentines Day itself. Interflora took payment for the bouquet and same day delivery in good faith, then waited 3 hours to tell me that they could not fulfil the order until tomorrow. “Bouquet flowers dead within 2 days ”

Myself and a colleague was given a Christmas bouquet - within two days the flowers were dead. I contacted interflora, sending photo's. I received an apology and was told that replacements would be sent. Received replacements and both bouquet flowers had died within 3 days!! They guarantee 7 days of freshness! - clearly not the case. As I live some distance from my parents, at Christmas time I often send their presents through the post, because I can't always get away to see them. This year I decided to send them a nice bunch of flowers for delivery on Christmas Eve. I chose Interflora because of their nationwide coverage and ability to deliver on set dates/times. “Very disappointed with bouquet ”

Bouquet was a complete rip off for the money and nothing like the photograph online, in fact half the amount of flowers. Complained to interflora sent photos and their response was that they were fully satisfied with the bouquet. Definitely won't be using again and have warned friends and family to stay clear. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a work colleague. They were sent to the incorrect address and also left with a neighbour. The second attempt arrived a week early as she was on annual leave. I placed an order to deliver flowers one day before the birthday of my girlfriend. I received a notification one day after (!!!, the birthday) saying there was a problem in the transaction with my DEBIT CARD (incredible!!) and that there were not placing my order. we ordered some flowers for a family member to be delivered on the day of a funeral myself and a family member couldn't attend in person so I ordered the flowers in good time prior to the funeral .a family member said at the funeral there was no flowers from our family I checked to discover they hadn't been ordered by the florist concerned .mistakes can be made I know to anyone but this oversight is not good when you use a reputable organisation like interflora and you get terrible service will… Read Full Review

My husband ordered me a bunch of flowers to be delivered last Friday, they arrived in time but that's about as good as it gets. The arrangement was amateurish and straggly and I had to rearrange it myself to make it look half decent. It was nothing like the photo, it had half the flowers picture and some of the fillers (Rosemary, lavender and other bits) had just been replaced with 2 twigs with boring green leaves. If you do not receive the service from Interflora that you expected be it non arrival of the flowers or that the quality of the flowers was not as described or the item was late. If you are getting no joy from Interflora If you paid via Paypal a way to seek redress from Interflora is to log a complaint via Paypal and ask for your money back. You just need to go to heading 'I have a problem with the Item I purchased' and then detail the problem encountered, for example I received my item but it is significantly not as described ....or the item did not arrive at the time specified or at all.

Explain the details of your complaint and the redress you require. This will then trigger a complaint that Interflora will have to respond to. I logged my complaint via Paypal and received a full refund today.

BEWARE. What shocking service. Order for flowers to Italy placed with a promise of an email alert when they were delivered. I have had no such email and do not know if the flowers have arrived. I have called four different numbers at least ten times now (that's right 40 times) and each time the same message says they are TOO BUSY to take the call and to call back later. I have had exactly the same experience with a delivery to Switzerland and that was for a funeral so it is very sensitive and I do not wish to keep phoning the bereaved family. Still no answer from Interflora to my query of 4 days since the funeral. No e.mail confirmation and the 'phone line is a joke and constantly too busy (after being sent round in circles on their stupid 'phone system). I thought they had a good reputation of old but will never use them again.

If you do not receive the service from Interflora that you expected be it non arrival of the flowers or that the quality of the flowers was not as described or the item was late. If you are getting no joy from Interflora. (please see above regarding failure to answer the phone etc..)
