“Import charges on orders”

Order placed for delivery to my 70-year-old Mother. After 2 weeks of waiting, she received a note from the post office that it was being held due to customs issue and that she needed to explain what was in the package and pay an import and handling fee. I'm not sure but I think it was because instead of sending the package from within Europe, it was sent from the USA. Anyway, because I had bought the tablets, my Mother didn't want me to give her the money for the fees. For a company that claims to "have built a strong reputation for service, reliability and quality" they seem to be failing very short.

“Worst company ever!”

I request a Host Defense Stamets 7 online, I get a package number and then I am told that the request was canceled because of some problem with my card. The bank informs that the sale was registered on my card, but Biovea says that all they did was to authorize the payment. So, the money has been frozen since Feb 16th, 2018, and I am left with no product, no money, no one to actually talk to. 5 emails later, and still nothing. The bank HAS the transaction registed, so...where is my money?

Biovea is an online company with a wide range of health products that are either produced by them or sourced by them. I have been ordering from them for many years and have always found their products satisfactory. Although I've not always taken advantage of their range, I've always appreciated the availability of just about every type of health supplement made. My only complaint would be sometimes I find their pricing a bit expensive. They do offer good discounts if you buy more than one of the same item, but many individual customers like myself find that difficult to afford. Their site is easy to navigate and paying through Paypal makes it extremely easy and quick to use. I also appreciate the information they provide about their products and their recommendations for use. I have been using them a long time and find them to be a very reliable company and good online source for health products.

Used Biovea for several years, user-friendly website, products seem good quality. Prices a little higher overall - swings & roundabouts - than competing suppliers. Last year or so, all my Biovea deliveries from USA to UK have been snagged by UK Customs for insufficient duty. Result: I have to travel 10 miles round-trip to nearest Post Office to pay extra duty before package is released. Biovea refund the extra duty freely and quickly when claim submitted. However, the hassle-factor prompted me to use a UK-based competitor. Annoyed to find on email order confirmation that they are a front for USA distributor. Strangely though, order arrived from USA within 7 working days and with NO Customs issues. Eh?! If they can do it, why not Biovea? We in the UK need you to pay your taxes Biovea! Feel quality of competitors tablets not quite as good, so currently returned to Biovea to see if the Customs issue still exists. Order awaited so unknown at present.

I have used Biovia for various products, though mainly mens hair products, for a number of years. I have always found them to deliver quality products and for a good price, which is why I stopped shopping around after using them a couple of times. The products are usually delivered within a week, which isn't bad as I always get the free postage and they post from Europe , not the UK. The products I order come well packed, in a small cardboard box with bubbled plastic to protect them. I can't think of much more, which is probably good, I just use the site with no problems and it takes very little time to find what I want. Thats all I need.

On the top left corner of the biovea web page there is a flag with a drop-down facility and all the countries from which you can contact biovea. If your country is not mentioned, then telephone contact is not available from it. You then need to go to the bottom of the web page and select whichever contact Link is the most appropriate to you. In my opinion, try contacting them by email using the information at the bottom of the web page. Use the biovea UK Support email address, if all else fails. Good Luck

Hello This company is usually very helpful. I believe they have a non geographic telephone number that allows mobiles to be charged the same as a land line - obviously not sure this applies from Saudi.  I hope this helps.

From my experience, it takes a few days for Biovea to actually dispatch your order, they should send you a notification when they do dispatch it.....after that I would think it would depend on the method of shipping and the country of destination....you may be better off contacting Biovea themselves and ask an estimated date of arrival. Hope this helps :)

Just got my order of Chlorella and Raspberry Ketonesf very quickly but noticed it was sent from India. It says made in the USA, so why has it been sent from India. Now I am very suspicious. Any clues??

I had an order recently, and as far as I know, it came from within the EU. Can't say I've ever had a delivery from any other/non EU countries. I have another small order due this week, so if it seems to come from anywhere outside of the UK/EU, I'll update this. There have been some small changes with Biovea: They stopped giving the 5% member discount without any warning that I was are of for one, and their website for another: I preferred the old one personally, but I use a large screen PC and don't like tablet biased websites. If your product appears to be packaged the same, has the same ingredient list, looks and smells the same, then it's probably safe to assume they're OK. If in doubt, do ask them as they are usually very helpful.

It is not unusual for supplies of such supplements to be sourced from a number of different countries. The answer to your question can simply be obtained by Biovea themselves. They are one f the better & more responsible and responsive companies in this industry and the should have no problem in answering your query. this has been my experience, at least.

Biovea is a world-wide company and most of their products is outside from USA. E.g. my Minoxidil was made in Israel, my Q10 was made in UK. As I know, the do not claim that their products come from the USA. The only thing what I can see is that on several products there is an American phone number, what you can call if you have questions.

Certainly I am used to Biovea having an Indian call centre. So far as I am concerned recent orders have been fulfilled efficiently and effectively and I have no cause to question the company's standards.

Hi. The issue is all about where they are shipped from, after they are made and then talen to the supply network position all over the world as a global company operator. This is down to the specific Laws in your country, that are repressive with regard to selling certain items online, so BIOVEA operate shipping on a GLOABL platform, thus rarely will you find an order being sent to a customer from the Country in whcih they reside, or where the product is manufactured even...... This then mean your purchase is classed as an overseas purchase and does not get blocked by your own domiciliary Countrys laws, the UK is the same. It is nothing to be concerned about. It is perfectly normal as an occurence on orders and is absolutely 100% legal. I buy regularly from BIOVEA from my home in the UK, and have done for mnay years and I would know if it was illegal as I took my law degree as a mature student in 2006 and also have a family member that is a UK Licensed Pharmacist who also has insight into this type of online shopping and shipping practices too.
