Love it love it love it! I own 2 colours and intend to get more. It does what it promises: it stays on all day! I put mine (08) on at 7 am and it's still there when I get home, at 6 pm.
Removal is tricky as it doesn't wipe off like regular lipstick does. I find that a remover intended for waterproof eye make-up does the trick though.
When shopping, do try the samples. Each lipfinity looks exactly the same in the applicator (a dark pink) which can be confusing, but inside the colours are very different.

I have repeatedly bought this product as my first lipstick of choice and recommended it to other people.

Simply the best worn it for years now. I was looking at lipfinity colour & gloss but cant seem to take the chance of changing to the new product. Bad thing about it is when I see a bargain on another lipstick I'm too scared to change from lipfinity

The packaging looks good but the stuff itself is horrible.

Great product, I love it.

This lipstick, I feel, is the best of its type on the market.
Once max Factor Lipfinity lipstick has been 'fixed' with the glosser it is there for the day! (Unless you eat greasy food).
I am a receptionist, and I do a lot of talking. I put it on at 6.30am and it is still there at tea time.
There are so many colours to choose from that you will find one to suit your colouring, as there are reds, pinks and browns.
It does not leave marks on cups, and it does not come off on cheeks, if you have to kiss someone.
The lipstick runs out before the glosser. Therefore, I have a draw of white unused glossers. But they are useful in the summer as lip salve.

I have used it for over 6 months. I have all different shades. I'm not keen on the Lipfinity highlights, but the original Max Factor Lipfinity is great! I love the shades. They should have free samples. I love Max Factor makeup.

I found Max Factor Lipfinity almost impossible to apply. I bought two shades - one I bought first and once applied it, looked completely different from the bottle, so I had to get a replacement. I bought it for a Christmas party and have worn it only that once because I just can get it to go on right again.
You have to have flawless lips to wear this. Now I suffer from chapped lips in the winter and sometime eczema on my lips so I have to have something light and non irritating, and also something that won't show up imperfections. This has to go on in one swoop, any touch ups, even immediately after first application, and you get an unevenness in texture and colour.
The clear balm you put on over the top is nice and moisturising, although it is disconcerting to see the colour, you have just let dry on your lips, come off on the balm stick in little bobbles. Not very reassuring. It did, however, last for the whole 5 hours I wore it.
Despite all this, it was very easy to remove with a little Vaseline.

After writing a review on Estee Lauder Stay-in-place Lip Gloss, another reviewer suggested Max Factor Lipfinity was better, so I just had to try it. To give it a fair go, I purchased 5 different colours just over a month ago and started wearing them in turn.
The first thing I noticed is that I was unable to adjust the depth of colour, Lipfinity seems very strong and bold, and the applicator can 'blob' the colour in places while trying to apply. It is liquid colour on a sponge applicator. I found the best place to start is in the centre of the bottom lip to prevent this. The colour should be left for a minute to dry before applying the glosser. When dry the colour does make the lips feel dry and a little uncomfortable until the glosser is applied.
The glosser comes in a separate container, the push up type like ordinary lipsticks, only clear gloss. I found this a little sticky, and felt more like applying Lip Salve than Lip Gloss. However it does shine up the colour nicely.
About an hour or two after wearing this, I felt it was feeling a little cakey so I applied more glosser. Again my lips felt sticky. I can't say the taste isn't too great either. It felt like I had wiped lard on my lips.
When the day had ended and make-up was removed I found Lipfinity left my lips quite dry and in good need of moisturising.
I have given these lipsticks a fair go but find I have returned to using the Estee Lauder Stay-In-Place, as although more expensive, there is only one item to carry as it is double ended, and I can adjust the depth of colour accordingly (night or day wear) and the glosser is so much nicer, it is applied with a little brush. The whole effect looks better for me. I also find my lips are no longer dry.
I will still use Lipfinity occasionally as there is one colour I really like. Worth a try, but definitely not better than Estee Lauder Stay-In-Place, as far as I am concerned. Different, but not better.

I will only use the MaxFactor Lipfinity! I have noticed that your lips must be completely dry for the color to stick. If there is any bit of lipbalm/chapstick/moisturizer on your lips, the color will wear out quickly. Knowing that, when I do want to take it off, I just whip out a tube of chapstick and apply liberally and wipe off the Lipfinity.

One I usually keep for going out - maybe because of the colour, but definitely worth the cash if you want a lipstick you can put on and forget about re-applying!

I think Max Factor Lipfinity is wonderful. I was going to be Maid of Honor at a wedding and my friend said here try this. I didn't know what it was and read the label. I gave it a try and it stayed on all throughout the church ceremony, the pictures and the reception and I didn't have to reapply once. Thanks Max Factor I'm hooked.

I love to try new affordable price products from Revlon, Covergirl, Maybeline, Almay, Max Factor or L'Oreal, but I have to admit that Max Factor Lipfinity is the worst. The color is transferable, and it does not last all day. In fact, you can still see the slight stain of lip color on a white coffee cup. Covergirl did a better job than Max Factor on long lasting lipstick. However, the plastic design from Covergirl looks cheap, and not at all attractive like Max Factor.

I love Max Factor Lipfinity, it manages to stay on after eating, drinking, and smoking. I don't have a lot of time to be re-applying lipstick, most of the time I just won't, so this is great that I don't have to worry about it wearing off.

I was skeptical about "everlasting" lipsticks until I tried this. It comes as an applicator wand and a little bottle, rather than a traditional lipstick "stick", making application easy. There are loads of shades to choose from, even more if you choose from both the Lipfinity and Lipfinity Everlites range. Only two things to remember when using this product:
Use lip balm beforehand, as it dries out lips if you're not careful, and don't rub the lips together until it has dried.
This is a great lipstick if you fancy treating yourself (£9.99 in Boots), and the gloss pen included ,makes it easy to touch up the look any time of day. Removal is easy, as long as you have an oil-based make-up remover on hand.

I have used Max Factor Lipfinity for ages and love them as you only need to apply them once or twice a day. The colour lasts ages, although the tube doesn't! Huge range of colours. Could not live without them.

While I really Max Factor Lipfinity, I resent the cheap trick they play on us. They must think women are idiots and won't notice that the gold band on the bottom of the bottle covers up the fact that there is still plenty of the product left, but the applicator does not go past the golden band, trying to make us think it's empty already.....when it's not!
Don't they make enough of a profit already?
They must have changed the formula too. At the beginning the color lasted longer than it does now, too.

Max Factor Lipfinity does not last more than 3-4 hours. After that, re-application is necesary. Have tried various tricks (e.g., powder on lips, foundation, etc.).
What might be the problem?

Max Factor Lipfinity: On the outer lips it usually does last 8 hours.
Using it for 5+ years says it all and I can't go back to normal lipstick now.
Once you get used to applying and removing (try vaseline for stubbon parts)its easy.
In my opinion it's fairly expensive but worth it.

I've been using Lipfinity for about a year. I was skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It really does work! It's the best long lasting lipstick I've tried. I'll keep buying it.
I tend to put lipstick on in the morning and forget about it all day. Even without the gloss at least I still have colour.

You are absolutely right about the colour of Max Factor Lipfinity lipstick looking different in the bottle. I found that too. You can't always test them in the shop. Good review!
