Upgraded from 3210 (which I had no problems with in 12 mths) and noticed an improvement in Vodafone reception over the 3210.
I then found that there was a plastic granule trapped on the speaker cone which caused a buzzing noise as it vibrated when someone spoke. Sent it back and got a replacement within 2 days. The new phone arrived, was pleased, then after a week it lost all signal reception. Thought it was network problems but tried other phones and they were ok. Now complained and the new one is on it's way. Just hoping it was my model and not a software bug!!

I must say that I bought it after I've had a 3210 & I was pretty skeptical about the reception (it really sucked on that one!) but now I think this will be a phone I'll keep for more than 6 months (unlike its predecesors). What else can I say, it's cheap & has features that, since now, were reserved for business-class phones.
Ah! Why, oh why, did they choose that colour for its internal structure?!!!!!!!!
But u can't have 'em all...

The nokia 3310 is a fun feature packed phone witch will never leave you bored.

A great quility phone suitable for teenagers. The clip on covers also make the phone look the part and at 70 quid who can complain. this is one top phone that beets the 3210 in every class.

This is one of the phones which is probably going to become more popular than the the 51xx and 3210 phones. It is also the most up to date nokia. Even though it has slight glitches, it is still a brilliant phone. At the moment you can get it on contract for roughly £20 on all 4 uk networks but at the moment, the only uk networks which offer the phone at pre-pay level are bt cellnet and orange ( reception quality is fine, by the way), both for around £100. It is well worth it.

When I first saw this mobile phone a while back, I had mixed reaction. I had long awaited a new Nokia model, and I was greeted with this. At first, I thought it was very stylish indeed, but the oval shape took some getting use to. However, having had the handset in my.. well hands, it looks very nice indeed. The ergonomics are spot on, and fir into the hand 'like a glove'. The features are also mind boggling. The menu systems remain the same as all the other Nokia models, which is a good thing. It's so easy to get around, and they've managed to add in new modes. Most noticable is the Chat feature, which is actually pretty useless. The new games are fun, and will keep you entertained in all those dull journeys. Snake II is not only the one found in the 7110, but it's much improved. And space invaders is a first on any mobile phone. Nokia's trademark removable faces has made it to the 3310, and you can change both the front and back, to any style you wish. This phone basically takes every feature from all the other Nokia phones, and combines them together to produce the 3310! No one phone has Voice dialling, Vibration, face-off, predictive text input and a screen saver mode all on the same handset, but the 3310 does! All these reasons are why I strongly reccomend this phone to potential mobile buyers, why? It's at a remarkably low price even on pre-pay, it has all the features you can dream of, and is a phone you won't feel embarassed to take out in public. Top marks for Nokia once again!

When compared with other small sized phones such as T28-s, T-20s and Mot V8088, it definetely out smarts them as the Nokia 3310 truly delivers quality and superior performance above the rest. It may not have WAP capability but it certainly has style and most of all the Quality that people look for in a phone. Thank you .. NOKIA.

This is the kind of phone you can buy and keep for a long time. It is a very attractable phone because of its size, look, features and because it is the sexiest phone on the market at the moment.

In general a very good product. Elegant and effective, very nice buttons, very smooth.
