We ordered a Scott Contessa 710 2019, very happy about our experience with the Halifax shop, easy going staff and willing to help. Very happy with the bike too, great price and fast delivery. The Scott 710 is very well spec'd for the price, Specialized and others need to up their game.

First time dealing with this Company and after doing a lot of shopping around for the right bike i found it at an excellent price on this site. Still having a few questions i phoned up and the team couldn't have been more helpful and very well informed. They gave me the confidence to press on with the purchase. I financed it using their partner Klarna who have been great, very efficient. The bike arrived a week and a half later by TnT, well built and well boxed and i couldn't be happier. Great site, great service and a great price. I certainly recommend and will use myself again.

Ordered an orbea mx 20 team disc 2019 model for my sons six birthday. Bike was listed a full £50 cheaper than anywhere else I could find it and my local stores were only taking orders for the 2020 model which they were asking an extra £20 more for than the 2019 models available elsewhere. Bike arrived after a week fully assembled and in perfect condition in plenty of time for my sons birthday. He is over the moon as it is the colour and type he wanted. Can’t say anything bad about the experience and will definitely use them again in the future as my sons get older and need new bikes. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent advice before purchasing great delivery times excellent after sales. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else . Cannot speak highly enough. Don’t have 2nd thoughts defo but from here. Oh and bike was cheapest I could find ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unlike some bike shops I could mention, they actually have the bikes in stock that are advertised on the website. Very responsive & friendly communications, good to their word, competitive price, and a very nice showroom full of lovely bikes.

Ordered the product was told a week for delivery but alas fox messed the order so had to wait another week and without no complaining I got given not 1 but 2 pairs of free fox socks!! Wish other companies would adopt this kind of service thanks very much would def buy again many thanks As for the helmet just what you would expect from fox good sizing comfy and you can wear it all day I use mine on my Ebike, don’t take it off at all till I finish my ride class

Can't fault the quick service when buying my first ebike. Ordered early Wednesday morning, delivered Thursday morning (early Easter pressie to me). Straightened the bars and away I went off for a quick spin. Bike is great am glad I chose what to buy from ukbikesdepot.

Customer service was prompt. I tried to ring the store to check the availability of a bike. My phone call got through in less than one minute, much faster than another bike seller that I used to cope with which the typical waiting time is 10 minutes. The staff member who picked my phone call was also friendly, helpful and considerate. He actually went down to their storage to check whether the bike was physically there or not. At certain point, I changed my mind by canceling an order and purchasing a different model. The cancellation request was handled very swiftly. The despatch was arranged within one working day after I changed my order. I have not received the bike yet so no comments on the product that they sell. I will update my review (if possible) when the product arrives. I am very happy about their customer service.

The communication was good letting us know it wouldn't be delivered on time however when I wrote to say it was unfortunate as the new delivery date would mean it wouldn't arrive for her birthday you managed to get one there on time - thank you so much, would highly recommend for such good service.

I ordered an Orbea Gain from UK Bikes Depot at the beginning of September 2018, as a birthday present for my wife. She had recently torn her knee ligament and this electric assisted bike fitted the bill. The original delivery was due in October, then pushed back to November, and again until the eventual delivery in December 21st. So the birthday present, became a Xmas present. The cause of these delays were due to the manufacture issues, and out of UK Bikes Depot control. That said, UK Bikes Depot always responded to my increasingly inpatient phone calls and messages, in a professional and courteous manner. I am glad l ordered the bike through UK Bike Depot rather than other well know web based cycle chains. As in a situation like this it is always better to deal with the same person. Personal service is still relevant in these web based times. Thanks UK Bike Depot.

Bought the Orbea 24 for my 8yr old boy for Christmas. On receiving it I was thoroughly impressed by its spec and build quality. Also cannot believe how quick delivery was. I’m sure on Christmas Day he’s gonna be as thrilled as I am with it! Thanks again

Fantastic bike for £550 just because of 2019 colour change, light weight 29er MTB with remote lock off, cannot fault it.

A bit disappointed. Before I purchased the bike I asked for an expected delivery date as it was a birthday present. I ordered it then I received a new delivery date which was on his birthday which was still ok. I had the day off to receive the bike but nothing came. So I emailed and was told sorry the bike hasn’t been dispatched yet and it will arrive on Monday three days after his birthday. On the plus side bike was a great price and easy to order.

I purchased a new Scale 935 Scott MTB and after a few months the forks developed a problem The shop sorted everything out very efficiently and getting them repaired was easy, quick and at no cost including free returns postage. Excellent after sales service I thought.
